La habitación que reservamos era una habitación de estilo alto. La habitación es muy compacta, por lo que no había espacio para sentarse y relajarse tristemente. El baño era muy estrecha y el ron no era muy grande pero suficiente. La piscina era buena y la buena tarea de jacuzzis que mi toddler amaba. La comida fue buena en general. La ubicación es buena, ya que es un sabor de la ciudad con muchos turistas que se preguntan por la ciudad. Creo que este hotel sólo carece de un toque extra pensable para sus clientes, por ejemplo Robes, pocos notas de bienvenida que algunos de los otros 4 hoteles de primavera caliente cercanos prestan atención. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad. ¡Sugiero un cambio de uniforme para el estancia porque parecen todos llevar una camisa blanca de trabajo y pantalones negros que son tan de ochenta! También hay un caballeros de mediana edad que vi caminando por todo el día y la noche, normalmente comiendo en el restaurante y sentándose en el salón delantero con su laptop trabajando. Me pregunto si es el Manager/GM, porque si es, le sugiero que sorrie un poco porque parecía muy gruñido y miserable.

It's in a great location, within walking distance of public transportation and pretty much all Xinbeitou places of interest. The staff were very kind and friendly. Our room was very large and the bed was big and comfortable too. The free snacks, tea and coffee were a nice touch. I read other reviews complaining that the rooms are old and in need of renovation. The curtains were old and had holes in them, but other than that our room was in good condition. We made good use of the hot spring bath, which was our main reason for coming up to Beitou. I was surprised that bathrobes were not provided, which would have been appreciated. The bathroom stayed damp after using the steamy hot bath on the first day, but the cleaning staff wiped it down on the second day. If it hadn't been quite so cold outside we could have opened the bathroom window to let it dry out more quickly. Breakfast was typical buffet style, maybe not enough variety for typical Westerners, but we were satisfied with the selection. All in all, it's a nice hotel for visiting Xinbeitou area and having your own large hot spring bath.

Location & Convenience The hotel is centrally located in Jiaoxi, just a short walk from Jiaoxi Train Station and close to local restaurants, night markets, and family-friendly attractions. The convenience of having everything within reach made our trip much easier, especially with kids in tow. Family-Friendly Rooms & Amenities We booked a family room, which was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The highlight for us was the private in-room hot spring tub, which allowed us to enjoy the hot springs as a family in a comfortable and private setting. The kids absolutely loved it! The beds were comfortable, and the room had all the necessary amenities, including slippers and yukatas, making our stay even more enjoyable. Hot Spring Facilities Apart from the in-room hot spring, the hotel’s rooftop open-air hot spring was a fantastic experience. The view of the surrounding mountains was breathtaking, and the warm mineral water was incredibly soothing after a day of exploring. It’s a must-visit, especially in the evening. Service & Hospitality The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating to families. They provided excellent service, from check-in to check-out, and were always happy to offer recommendations for nearby attractions and food options. Breakfast & Dining The breakfast buffet had a good mix of ********* and Western options, catering to both adults and kids. While the selection was decent, we would have liked to see a bit more variety for children. That said, everything was fresh and well-prepared. Overall Experience Jiaoxi Wellsprings Hotel is a great choice for families looking to experience Jiaoxi’s hot springs in a comfortable and convenient setting. The private hot spring tubs, spacious rooms, and friendly service made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely return for another family getaway! As a solo traveler, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience I had at Just Sleep Hotel. The hotel's location is truly exceptional, conveniently situated in the centre of that small town. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the area and get around without any hassle. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, offering helpful recommendations and attending to my every need.I felt truly cared for and catered to throughout my time at Just Sleep Hotel. It truly is a home away from home. I will definitely be returning for my next visit to the city.

Y hay aguas termales en la habitación♨️ (el espacio en la piscina tiene capacidad para una familia de tres) La recepción es muy educada (hay un hermanito muy guapo😍) El hotel dispone de un servicio de traslado en autobús a las estaciones de MRT ”Xin Beitou” y ”Beitou”. Los viajes al hotel deben reserv**** con antelación. No es necesario reservar si viaja cerca de una estación de MRT

La ubicación del hotel es buena, la estación está cerca  El servicio de departamento más satisfactorio para el individuo, ya hay personal antes de entrar en el hotel, ayuda a coger el equipaje, hay ayuda a coger el equipaje cuando vaya, compruebe el descanso de departamento para hacerlo (17:30-19:00)  Hora feliz, puedes combinar bebidas (evangelio de vino )  El tamaño de la habitación del hotel es moderado, limpio y limpio. Recomendado, el Líbano se ha invertido en este hotel 

This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel. Staff were approachable, friendly, and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable, cosy, and spacious. Daily top-up of minibar in your rooms. Breakfast was great with set meals for selection on top of the buffet spread. Great location. It's just a stone throw from Jiaoxi train station. Walk down the street for many good foods. Definitely will return again.

Very good hotel for hot spring inside the room, where you can enjoy the mountain view and away from the city. There is shuttle bus from the station which is convenience. The room is very big and spacious. If you are looking for a relax hot spring holiday I would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast is included and the food has many choice from traditional ********* food to western style breakfast.

Since I only spoke to them in my terribly broken Mandarin, I don't know how many staff could speak English for foreigners. Room: Very clean, A/C works very well and isn't too noisy. The bed was large and comfortable. There was water, and tea and coffee - I forgot to look in the fridge. Bathroom: Most hotels in Jiaoxi have hot spring bathtubs, and so does VASTY. There were plenty of toiletries and towels, flip-flops, slippers and bathrobes. The bath was lovely. Shower did make the entire floor wet, but not slippery. Other amenities: The rooftop pools (x2) are small, heated to a comfortably warm temperature, and clean enough. There are loungers and chairs. There was a family with two young children playing in one of the pools and taking photos, very cute. Free water, towels and cans of Coca Cola upstairs too! Breakfast: Buffet style with mostly Asian food, but plenty of choice to help oneself to meats, breads, fruits and vegetables. Tea, coffee, milk and juices. We went downstairs for breakfast at around 9am and had to wait for a few minutes, as there were no tables available. Overall, we had a wonderful one night getaway in Jiaoxi, and would stay at VASTY again.

Excellent location, nice and clean hot spring hotel facilities. I called for help couple times, helps come immediately, impressive.   Nice coffee machine for a good cup morning coffee before breakfast. Breakfast is not bad. Very nice to sat by windows enjoy breakfast with the view of the park.

Hotel very new, the “residence” has bigger rooms and is quieter. I don’t think the inconvenience is that big a problem, the peace and quiet is better The onsen tub is large and the room is very spacious and new All great

¡Este hotel es excelente! ¡Parece limpio y limpio, interior y exterior y hay un tubo de primavera caliente en la habitación! ¡La habitación no es muy grande, pero es lo suficientemente buena para los tres de nosotros! La señora del hotel nos advirtió de un grupo grande durante nuestra estancia y nos aconsejaba a venir temprano para el desayuno para evitar el gran jam. Qué buen gesto! La distribución del desayuno es buena y me gusta la vibe del hotel en general. ¡Lamentable que debiera habernos quedado otra noche si el tiempo permite!

飯店人員都客氣有禮 說明也很仔細 早餐供應到下午一點半 選擇多樣 房內mini bar很有誠意 啤酒、果醋、氣泡水、果汁 零食接地氣 三星蔥口味的餅乾、牛舌餅 床不是軟的 很滿意 冷氣夠強、房內浴池的水量大 泡湯不用等很久 提供茶籽堂沐浴用品 有護髮乳喔 吹風機是小台的 但風量很足 長髮也沒問題 二樓有附設閱覽區、健身房、零食吧 提供兩款茶與四種零食（與房內無重複） 週末九點-十點有宵夜場 是熱食（當天是貢丸米粉湯） 八樓還有小庭園 有提供桌椅 要使用大眾池的話要記得攜帶泳衣 現場也可購買 魚池足浴的部分把褲管捲起來即可 每層樓都有飲水機 但熱水只有一樓飲水機有 房內提供熱水壺使用 一進門 就發現被子上有頭髮 房間聞起來有些潮濕 建議可以打開浴池旁的小門 開個小縫隙通風 浴室的抽風扇跟燈是綁定的 簾子拉上也無法完全無光 隔音普通 早上能聽到人員推備品車移動的聲音(´･_･`)

Best hotel I've went to so far in Yilan! Loved the spacious room and bathroom - was surprised to see two televisions in the room haha. Everything felt luxurious and clean! What's most important is the super King bed - had a really good sleep :) Pretty convenient located nearby restaurants and shops!

the manager of the hotel is very nice, can tell that he cares about guests 🫶🏻 the rooms are same as in the pictures but plus like 5-7 years of use, cracked walls and hot spring’s water stains. for us personally pillows were terrible, all night was hard to sleep; and also TV is on the left side of a bed so i you want to watch it for a long time, be ready to get a sore neck in general i would rate a visit 3.5/5 all staff is really nice, nice location, good amenities and food.

Location is 10min walk from xinbeitou mrt, if weather is good is a nice walk. Room is nice and spacious. Breakfast is nice. Overall experience is good.

This a sweet little family run hotel with private hot spring tubs in your rooms should you stay the night. The place may be retro and a blast to the past however it is well maintained, clean and tidy. The free shuttle near to xinbeitou station is a lovely addition for hotel guests however the stroll down to town is relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel receptionist and management is friendly and cheerful which also makes for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately there are no beautiful views out the windows and the vegetarian breakfast seem to end well before 10am. The breakfast lady had unapologetically packed up by 9.30am .... but no matter. There is still alot of food in town. Otherwise a wonderful relaxing base for adventures in the vicinity.

Servicio: El servicio está bien. Si no hablas mandarín, es un poco de desafío. El servicio es bueno. Ellos tratarán de ayudarte. Llega a la calle, y no se puede hacer nada. Servicios: El hotel ha proporcionado algunos baños. Agua potable proporcionada (contador frontal de aproximación). Primavera caliente disponible en la habitación pero en una zona cerrada. No hay agua caliente disponible. Sólo agua de primavera. No hay ascensor - era un desafío para subir las escaleras 😂

Hotel de estilo inmobiliario muy sencillo. No hay ascensores en el hotel, por lo que no muy ideal para los viajeros con equipaje en gran escala.

Location is great with excellent view over the fisherman’s wharf. However, the arrival experience was quite awkward as once I got up to the room, there were two housekeeping carts right in front of my room and the room door was opened, this gave me an impression that the room was not ready. Besides, service from the Front Desk lady will need to improve as she gave me quite an awkward attitude upon both arrival and departure.

Had a wonderful experience staying at the Yun Hotel with my kids. This was probably one of my most relaxing staycations as we stayed in the Water Room with the hot spring and sizable living room. The front desk had an English speak gentlemen that took care of our check in, and described all the things we could do at the hotel. This place is very kid friendly with a dedicated play room on the second floor, and a mini race track with high end electric cars for the kids to drive. There's also a snacks, arts n crafts, and a movie theatre all on the ground floor. The people staffing all these venues were all very helpful and professional. Our morning breakfast was delivered on time and so delicious. There was so much food, 3 people could not finish the 2 sets. Can't wait to visit again during the next holiday!

We loved our stay here. It’s the perfect hot spring for all kind of trips. Amazing for families too with perfect spots for youngest to enjoy. There is only one thing to complain: the quality of the food, we had breakfast (pretty decent), but lunch options are really limited, not much veggies to add in your plate and not very healthy options. Also, the cut of the meats weren’t the best, so the meat we tried was really hard to chew. The staff, specially in the main building are really helpful and kind. I

The hotel is nice for what it is - being a spa hotel. The onsen is nice and worth visiting. Breakfast is of low quality, you probably want to skip it.

The hotel is located near a train station and easily accessible by buses. There are convenient stores and eateries around it. The hotel looks a bit old but it is clean and tidy. The bath tub is the key reason for me to pick this hotel. The bath water are from spring and certified by regulators.

第一次來訪，帶孩子輕旅行我們入住家庭海景房，整體感受很好，房間空間很大還有無敵海景，房內有兩張中床、兩張單人床，中間還有一個6人長桌可以置物用餐等等，非常方便！房間隔音效果不錯，衛生乾淨，雖然設備比較舊，但不影響使用。我們有去使用女湯裸湯，還不錯喔！小孩玩的遊戲空間是跟櫃檯同一棟，空間超大，小孩玩得超開心。早餐蠻好吃，我們第二梯次去吃，我最愛清粥小菜🤣！

This is our second time visiting this hotel. The room was aged, with poor sound insulation. Sound from drainage pipe was frequently heard. Hot spring was good but crowded due to the coldest weather. It is good to come in Spring / autumn. But differently not in Winter.
