Hotel con ubicación excelente, inmejorable. Frente a la estación de tren y a 1 calle de la entrada al ancient town. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas y la atención excelente. Nos hicieron un free upgrade a una habitación con unas vistas preciosas. La zona de las piletas termales esta bien pero es un ambiente muy de familias con lo que relajarse poco con los niños gritando por todos lados. El desayuno es completo tipo oriental. Hotel muy recomendable para ir a ver los pandas

El hotel está en una ubicación muy estratégica. Muchas comidas y instalaciones sólo abajo. La limpieza es pasable. Teníamos una cuestión de un baúl de baño cerrado. Aunque se lo arreglaron rápidamente, pero me siento que la higiene no está allí. Es sólo un paseo de 10 minutos a la entrada de JZG pero hemos marcado un cab para sólo 10RMB.. El hotel no tiene mat a pies secos después de que usted se fue de la ducha que me parece muy querida. El calentamiento en suelo tal como se describe en la reserva es sólo un gimmick no proporcionado en absoluto. Pero la habitación está en una temperatura adecuadamente cómoda amen aunque fuera muy frío. En general, tuvimos un buen descanso, pero yo escogeré el Ji Hotel si vuelvo a ir allí.

I just returned from an incredible stay at this hotel in Bipenggou, and I can confidently say it's the best accommodation option in the area. If you're planning to visit this stunning natural destination, look no further! The location simply cannot be beaten. The hotel is within comfortable walking distance to the main attractions and the entrance to the Bipenggou scenic area. After a long day of hiking and exploring the beautiful landscapes, it was such a relief to have just a short walk back to the hotel. No need to worry about arranging transportation or waiting for shuttles – everything you need is right at your doorstep. The breakfast spread was outstanding and definitely a highlight of my stay. It was the perfect way to fuel up before a day of adventure in the mountains. This is hands-down the best hotel in Bipenggou. The unbeatable location, delicious breakfast, and exceptional service make it worth every penny. Whether you're visiting for the autumn foliage or the ice and snow scenery, this hotel provides the perfect base for your Bipenggou adventure. ¡Quedé muy satisfecho! Elegí este hotel por el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto. Tras registrarme, me impresionó la amabilidad de todo el personal. El personal de recepción vino inmediatamente a ayudarnos con el equipaje, nos acompañó hasta el punto de recogida del coche y luego nos recogió. La recepción tuvo la amabilidad de prepararnos un refrigerio de medianoche, e incluso nos compró rhodiola rosea para prevenir el mal de altura. El encargado de planta nos recibió amablemente... Me alojé aquí con mi madre y mi hermana una noche. La habitación era excelente: espaciosa y con unas preciosas instalaciones de estilo japonés. It is a bit run down but it suits your needs. I was on the 4th floor and didn't find it that nice in the sense that a mosquito still flew in and bit me during the night (you could hear it in the room). And because there's no solid wall separating you from the living room (there's just a shelf), there wasn't any way to effectively shut the mosquito out. The night porridge also came with a piece of hair in it so from that point on, I stopped asking for the nighttime porridge. The staff are not that nice and are actually quite rude. For example, the lady who made my milk tea and most of the front-desk staff with the exception of one. I have to shout out the shuttle driver; he was so incredibly friendly and really made me feel welcome, while everyone else made me feel like a hassle. My Chinese isn't that great but I try my best, and the lady who made the free milk tea acted like a burden when I asked her to repeat things and didn't even bother explaining what it was. They are not that friendly over WeChat either compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Again, I have to shout out the shuttle driver. I never got his name but he was so cheerful and nice. He also helped unclog the toilet several times; not sure if there was some kind of plumbing issue but it clogged almost every single time and so I unfortunately called him a lot. But he was so patient and helpful every single time and he is the highlight of my stay. Everyone else should adopt his attitude rather than being cold over the WeChat customer service support chat, or basically shouting at you because you are having trouble understanding the free milk tea options.

We stayed only one day in Litang (way too short) but had a fabulous time, and the people from the guesthouse were definitely part of this! This is a real ‘homestay’, with a large common space for people to gather (see the picture), super friendly service from everyone working here, beautifully decorated rooms with high quality sanitary and amenities, and an oxygen machine in every room (useful at an altitude of 4000 meters), … We wanted to go from from Litang to Shangrila and the owner helped us fetch a ride - highly appreciated! Recommended.
