She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. Our stay at this hotel was amazing. A lady called Martina from the hotel went above and beyond to help us in any and all situations, and she was always double checking with me if all was okay before she clocked out for the evening. The hotel itself was fantastic with all the treatments etc and we also did the traditional costume and make up experience at the hotel. This was an amazing opportunity, and I would definitely recommend doing if you have the chance

The hotel is kind enough to upgrade my room to a bigger room due to off peak season. The establishment is clean and staff are friendly. Room has plenty of sockets including usb. Bathroom is big. Water pressure good. Laundry free. Breakfast is good. Central location near bus stop. Taxi fare to/from changbaishan train station is rmb18 each direction. Thumb up to Miss 吕 who helped me to book/amend/refund tickets to attractions. I would be delighted to stay here again.

It’s a really nice place to spend the day or even the night, the food from buffet included in the entrance is good, large selection of fresh fruits and drinks! There’s also ice cream, soup, chicken nuggets and more. The staff is friendly and ready to help. Definitely coming back soon.
