五一家族五人住了兩天 兩個房間3600元左右。酒店新建很乾凈設備也算OK。前台的幾位服務人員很熱情有問必答。平時在日本生活基本温泉酒店都是早5-6點到23左右都可以隨時泡温泉。因為天氣不好或者旅遊途中想休息一天的如果能隨意利用温泉的話我覺得更能提高滿足度些。出門在外早餐時間是和家人對坐享受的寶貴時間 但很很遺憾第一天在簡易的包房享受了美味早餐 第二天餐廳負責人就以人員不足的理由拒絕了我的要求。大廳沒有五人桌子包間也空着這種理由拒絕我覺得很遺憾。温泉營業到21:30 我們因為吃飯回去晚些破例為了我們延長了一會兒 手錶忘記到温泉換衣箱 前台戴眼鏡的小妹妹很負責任的幫我找回 謝謝〜

One night is too less for us to enjoy everything. Had an amazing sleep. Got bathtub. Room is big and with a wide view of the ski area. Very nice 5 stars.

Double Tree Hilton is awesome hotel with professional service from the ground staffs. Friendly front desk staffs, attentive housekeeping team Wonderful buffet breakfast and dinner at the ”LUSH” ALL DAY DINING team. Double Tree signature biscuit is always our favorite and thanks for the free Valcano onsen and free ride back and forth to the ski activities. Will definitely stay here again for our further visits
