«Честный отзыв. Поехали в Китай самостоятельно без тур групп, первый раз. Номер на 20 этаже. Жили втроём с ребенком 10 лет двое суток, были проездом, кровать большая, спать втроем в принципе было нормально, но в номере было очень жарко и душно.. кондиционер не работал, на второй день утром сказали об этом на ресепшене, нам объяснили, что кондиционер работает, но из двух только один, а второй включается только днём ненадолго.. мы сказали, что в номере находиться очень тяжело из-за духоты и нам предложили принести вентилятор, но так и не принесли за целый день.. так как мы вернулись уже поздно вечером очень уставшими, а уезжать рано утром, то не пошли на ресепшен второй раз.. сам номер подуставший, на стенах пятна, в шкафчике лежали волосы.. стенки и двери в туалет и душевую почти прозрачные, не уединиться, дверь в туалет не закрывается до конца, в туалете на второй день появился запах сигарет, хотя при заказе номера указывали номер для некурящих и просили этаж пониже, но поселили на 20 этаж.. ну ладно.. на ресепшене вроде бы есть специальные переводчики, выглядит как мини телефон, переводит очень коряво, но разобраться можно. Русских в гостинице было немного. Шведский стол утром не сильно разнообразный, но вполне нормальный, дочка нашла что поесть. Есть овощи, яичница, булочки паровые, фрукты в основном консервированные, салаты и китайские блюда, лапша, пельмени, очень понравился рис.. Горячие источники и вообще весь комплекс в будние дни почти пустой, но очередь на растирание и мытьё на столе больше часа, в очереди в среднем всегда человек 10-15, и это будний день.. а вот в мужском почти никого..)) из плюсов, что на ресепшене дают талончики со скидками на посещение банного комплекса, набрал еды или сделал массаж на 48 юаней, тебе скидка, точнее посещение бесплатное. Жалко, что об этом никто толком не объясняет и талончики на ресепшене надо просить самому. Шведский стол на ужин намного лучше, одно правило, сколько наложил столько и съешь и с напитками тоже самое. Здесь уже и алкоголь есть и газированные напитки и морепродукты.. в банном комплексе достаточно чисто и сотрудники следят, чтобы никто не подскользнулся. Горничную вечером не смогли найти, но утром всегда бегает, быстро отреагировала на просьбу о тапочках, полотенце и воде. Месторасположение отеля отличное, недалеко до вокзала и торговых центров, рядом Старбакс, Макдональдс и много других ресторанчиков. Внизу на первом этаже продуктовый магазин и совсем рядом подземный длинный магазин с одеждой, очень недорого. Мало кто говорит на русском языке, но почти у всех переводчики с собой. В общем, я этот отель рекомендую, в основном из-за наличия банного комплекса, удобства расположения и близости ЖД вокзала, номер как мне показалось не совсем соответствовал цене, но в общем я осталась довольна.»

Very well located, not far from the ski areas but as well near enough to other point of interest and attractions.
Around the hotel you can find walk distance (from 50mt to 700mt) great restaurants options, very “local” and very authentic, perfect for a mountain resort and full experience.
At the hotel you can find also restaurant and a great super recommended coffee which offers everything you need, from western food options to Chinese and local specialities, coffees, drinks and cocktails too ….and all very tasty!!!
The hotel staff is overall super gentle and helpful, they will help you to organize and take care of any need you might have, from ski rentals, transfers, attractions and so on, without overcharging and always with a smile on their faces.

«This might be the best hotel in Yabuli. I couldn't describe how welcomed we felt by owner Ms Jiang upon stepping into this hotel. The hospitality we received from the owner and crews were top notch! In conjunction with winter solstice, Ms Jiang even served us some of her homemade dumplings and a slice of tiramisu cake! This hotel was spotless clean, modern, Room was spacious, comfortable, and came with all the expensive branded appliances, Toto bidet, Dyson hair dryer, and even SMEG kettle?! 😍 Absolutely enjoyed my stay, and best hotel throughout my trip to China so far! Will definitely stay here again should there be a repeat visit to Yabuli. Thanks for the hospitality Ms Jiang ❤️»

«Я бы посоветовал администрации отеля положить в каждый номер подробную памятку по горячим источникам - люди собственно ради них и приезжают. Пока что-то распишу здесь.
В стоимость отеля, если вы бронируете здесь, не входит посещение горячих источников - нужно доплачивать отдельно. Входит только завтрак. Горячие источники находятся в том же здании, где ресепшн.
Просто подходите на ресепшн где заселялись, оплачиваете и вас сразу запускают, сканируют лицо и выдают браслет. Источники находятся в том же здании, где ресепшн. Часть источников на улице - из помещения с источниками есть выход на улицу, собственно они там. Большое полотенце и тапочки выдают в раздевалке бесплатно, с собой иметь плавки и шапочку для бассейна. Можно взять свой круг для бассейна с искуственной волной (или придется арендовать там за 20 юаней).
Есть суточный тариф (с 9 утра до 9 вечера), есть вечерний (с 15 до 21 часов) - почти в два раза дешевле. Вменяемых кафешек рядом нет, поэтому есть смысл брать горячие источники сразу со шведским столом - ужином (если возьмете без ужина - ужин отдельно будет сильно дороже). Оптимальный вариант до 15 часов гулять по территории, с 15 пойти на источники с ужином по вечернему тарифу. Бассейн с волнами включают по расписанию на полчаса несколько раз в день - рекомендую в него сходить - ощущения классные.
Что касается заезда / выезда: туда такси Didi едет без проблем, обратно, особенно ночью, не едет, потому что там глушь - кроме курорта рядом ничего нет. Если выезжаете ночью, лучше выходить заранее и вызывать такси на ресепшне - выйдет раза в 2 дороже чем Didi, но вариантов у вас нет. Если выезжаете днем - говорят, там ходит какой-то автобус за 2 юаня, по идее можно до центра доехать на нем.»

¡Qué hotel tan increíble! Nuestra estancia ha sido absolutamente de 5 estrellas. El personal es increíblemente servicial. No recuerdo todos sus nombres, pero Suyu, de recepción, fue muy amable y nos ayudó a instalarnos al llegar. Era temprano y hacía frío cuando llegamos, pero este hotel nos brindó un cálido refugio.
Este hotel tiene todas las comodidades de un hotel de 5 estrellas que esperarías y más. Las múltiples piscinas termales son un punto a destacar. La piscina exterior climatizada fue increíble durante la nieve.
El personal nos ayudó a navegar fácilmente en los autobuses urbanos (el señor de recepción también fue genial).
Volveremos a este hotel en cuanto podamos.
Harbin es frío, pero las aguas termales ♨️ son cálidas.
