Из плюсов: отличное расположение, Уборка номера каждый день (но за 4 дня постельное белье которое было с пятном не менялось, Халат был порван, их тоже не меняли, один раз забыли положить чай), при бронировании все что просили по номеру учли, завтраки довольно вкусные и разнообразные, единственное не помешает приобрести нормальную кофеварку. Баней и сауной мы не воспользовались, при проживания вам дают скидку если попросите купон в регистратуре на 48 юаней при покупке услуги или чего-то из еды то сауна и баня бесплатно, а так её стоимость 48. Очень сильная слышимость в номере, пару ночей спать было сложно.»

El gerente de cuentas se comunicó conmigo con un día de anticipación y me preguntó cómo llegar al hotel. Después de enterarse de que era un taxi ferroviario de alta velocidad, inmediatamente me ayudó a organizar una recogida para mañana (porque estaba preocupado por nuestro). El hermano mayor que nos recogió al día siguiente ya nos estaba esperando afuera. Después de recogernos, fuimos directamente al hotel. El auto que nos recogió también estaba nuevo y limpio, y quedamos muy satisfechos. 3. Lo que más me sorprendió después de registrarme en el hotel fue que la clienta dijo que le agradaba y directamente me pasó a su suite. La habitación era súper grande y estaba muy limpia. 4. No reservé esquí ni otros itinerarios antes de ir allí. Leí en línea y dije que podía pedirle al hotel que me lo reservara. Luego le pregunté a la señora sobre la pista de esquí número uno del mundo y ella inmediatamente me ayudó. Me tomó media hora. Consiguieron que alguien nos recogiera y me ayudaron a reservar un paquete para esquiar al día siguiente, que era mucho más barato que la estación de esquí. Experimenté todos los proyectos que quería jugar y todos los que conocí estaban muy entusiasmados. «First time in Yabuli for us and therefore quite confused about the “city” and areas structure but…..very happy for the choice we made! The Wusuoju-Mountain Hotel is simply the perfect choice if you’re traveling to Yabuli not only for skying. Very well located, not far from the ski areas but as well near enough to other point of interest and attractions. Around the hotel you can find walk distance (from 50mt to 700mt) great restaurants options, very “local” and very authentic, perfect for a mountain resort and full experience. At the hotel you can find also restaurant and a great super recommended coffee which offers everything you need, from western food options to Chinese and local specialities, coffees, drinks and cocktails too ….and all very tasty!!! The hotel staff is overall super gentle and helpful, they will help you to organize and take care of any need you might have, from ski rentals, transfers, attractions and so on, without overcharging and always with a smile on their faces. Very lovely experience, deeply recommended hotel!»

«I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.»

«This might be the best hotel in Yabuli. I couldn't describe how welcomed we felt by owner Ms Jiang upon stepping into this hotel. The hospitality we received from the owner and crews were top notch! In conjunction with winter solstice, Ms Jiang even served us some of her homemade dumplings and a slice of tiramisu cake! This hotel was spotless clean, modern, Room was spacious, comfortable, and came with all the expensive branded appliances, Toto bidet, Dyson hair dryer, and even SMEG kettle?! 😍 Absolutely enjoyed my stay, and best hotel throughout my trip to China so far! Will definitely stay here again should there be a repeat visit to Yabuli. Thanks for the hospitality Ms Jiang ❤️»
