Note that there there’s no shuttle directly to the fulong ski resort, it’s a 1km walk around 15 mins, or a 5 min didi. It’s a 15 mins didi to wanlong ski resort which is also pretty convenient. The two way shuttle from the hotel to the chongli train station only lasts while the fulong resort is open so since we caught the end of the ski season, we no longer had the shuttle service to the train station but the didi was just as convenient. I liked that the location was near ski shops, restaurants and food, and even a pharmacy 200m away.»

Room & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer.
Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient.
Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk!
Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away.
Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December).
Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's.

This was a really delightful apartment-hotel located atop a hill just across from the main ski hall. The apartment was spacious and very well furnished - I liked that every unit came with a washer and dryer! It made my long stay there so convenient. The hotel has an onsen and massage services which I also found very convenient to go to after a long day of skiing. Will definitely come back to stay here again if I'm back in thaiwoo!

Esta vez nos alojamos en una habitación familiar con baño termal privado en un pequeño patio. Debido al clima ligeramente frío, no pudimos experimentar las aguas termales privadas en el patio al aire libre, pero las otras experiencias fueron muy buenas. Hay un desayuno abundante, un baño inteligente, una playa al aire libre, una fuente termal al lado y una zona para niños con tobogán. Los niños de ambas familias se lo pasaron genial. Mención especial para el gerente Wang Zeyu, su servicio es excelente y realmente pone las necesidades del cliente en primer lugar. Para un huésped como yo, que viene con mi familia, es realmente reconfortante. Sólo una sugerencia, el pasaje sin barreras es demasiado empinado y mi madre en silla de ruedas realmente no puede subir... y el desayuno cierra a las 9:30, lo cual es un poco temprano. Comí un poco apresurado durante dos días consecutivos. Todo lo demás está bien y merece la pena quedarse.

G. Solo TravelerJ had a lovely stay at the Argyle resort and the fact that you just need to cross the parking lot to get to the Dongshan Bathing Spot is definitely amazing! There are some tourist attractions close by, but very far from historical sites.
The room was ok, but it looked different from the pictures. Probably a bit of mold on the wall or water damage, dirty windows, and a piece of the wardrobe door was broken. Not what I would expect at a resort.
The breakfast had so many options, but very few western choices, limited to sliced bread, butter and jam, yogurt, fruits and coffee. The coffee machine always had an issue, but the staff quickly came to fix it. During my stay there, everyday someone complained about the coffee maker.
One of the things that I found really nice is that every day they would bring or leave fruit in my room. But on the last day, I was sleeping, and someone came in. She did apologize, but it was weird having someone in your room while you’re there.
In terms of amenities, they have everything really! From shower cap to razors. And the blow dryer was really good!
Because it was golden week, the staff was overwhelmed with work (lots of guests and weddings) and they didn’t talk about the facilities - gym, pool, hot springs.

Higiene: La habitación está bastante limpia, pero los puentes y zanjas circundantes son terribles.
Entorno: El baño privado está muy cerca de la playa, es conveniente para que los niños jueguen en la arena, no se puede salir después de las 5 pm y solo se puede salir por el lobby.
Servicio: Si compras comida para llevar, te ayudaremos a recogerla en la Puerta 2, lo cual es considerado.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, pero no es un hotel muy agradable. Feng Ting nos dio información pacientemente y respondió rápidamente a cualquier solicitud que tuvimos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy cerca de la playa y el caliente jardín / parque de agua. Hay tantas cosas que hacer! Fui con mis hijas y tuvieron un gran tiempo.
