La habitación era muy grande y tenía un ambiente hikawa, pero la comida no era buena. Había tanta gente, pero no había orden. Llegó la hora prometida del desayuno y no encontraba asiento. Pocas personas desayunan a tiempo, por lo que se desperdicia mucha comida y sería mejor tener menos comida y más elaborada. Las aguas termales, uno de los atractivos de este hotel, eran simplemente increíbles. Las aguas termales alcalinas (pH 8,9) dejaron mi piel increíblemente suave. Aunque hay habitaciones más económicas solo con ducha, sin duda recomiendo reservar una con bañera. La lavandería también es gratuita y, conectándose a WeChat, puede consultar cuándo estará lista su ropa. Además, es muy práctico para pasar por Haikou; el hotel es la última parada del autobús lanzadera desde el aeropuerto, con salidas matutinas a las 6:30.

The place was indeed as beautiful as in the photos! Room was very spacious and clean. Service was excellent - added the staff on wechat and they sent over a guide for the area (water sports/activities, fishing, shopping etc). Reached early - staff offered breakfast and I got to check in early as the guest left in the morning! The staff were friendly and very prompt in replying & helping! There is free laundry service available too. As there is no lift, the staff helped with bringing up the luggage! Environment was very nice with seafront views, super close to the beach and restaurants/cafes (also easy to order in from other places too!) Easy to get Didi to travel out to other places. Welcome tea & cake (from the cafe downstairs) was provided on the first day and a farewell gift on the last day One downside is that there is open mic karaoke and fireworks by the beach throughout the night which can be heard in the room - but the staff provided ear plugs! thankful for the hospitality that made my solo trip enjoyable! 😊

This time the room was clean and not smelly. We love this hotel . Maybe it’s time for an upgrade for food delivery as it’s sometimes a burden to walk down to the gate to get food delivery . Maybe a robot as in many other hotels will be a good addition. One more thing that is a bit uncomfortable which is freezing cold bathrooms and showers at the outdoor pool . I fell sick today after leaving the hotel from walking in the freezing cold bathroom to use it when I am swimming outdoor . It is really uncomfortable and not healthy at all. A proper temperature will be much better. It makes the use of the bathrooms in that part painful. Apart from that we always love everything in this hotel. We will stay again .

We chose Sheraton Haikou due to the great reviews, especially from helpful staff, close to the beach, and activities for children. Our stay was for 1 week. Disappointments: 1) Absence and failed service of front desk staff 2) No help with luggage (really needed it) 3) Room cleaning could have been better. 4) Communication, there was almost never English staff available. Additionally, no one once checked in on us. Maybe I’m being petty but if guests stay long you’d wanna check if they need anything or just if they’re okay. At checkout, they looked more annoyed and just wanted to get rid of me. I asked about my Marriott membership & the lady was dismissive. 5) Poorly winter holiday program for kids. Different from the advertised program on trip.com. 6) Checkout was delayed because they couldn’t find my booking. Very weird. Eventually they spoke to someone who helped me and found the booking. How is this possible considering that I’ve been there for a week? Great things: 1) location: it’s right on the beach, not far from airport and other places to explore 2. Location: it was very calm and relaxing, which is why we chose Haikou as opposed to Sanya. No heavy crowds, except when going to touristy places can expect some crowd but still manageable 3. Free photoshoot was fun and good way to create memories 4. Hot pool was a good way to make up for being in a pool, we loved it 5. Western restaurant was fine, had some good options. 6. Little play center for kids 7. Large grounds for kids to run around and to enjoy outdoors. 8. Accommodating: we were assigned a room on the 5th floor but on arrival it had a strong mould odour from the moment you exit the elevator. Was so bad when I entered the room, I instantly got a headache. All rooms have no windows, only a balcony door but be aware of bugs and spiders. We immediately got moved to a room on the 4th floor, less odour and no smell in the room. 9) Entertainment: live music at night Would I go again? Yes, especially since I know what to expect. Or try another hotel in the same area. Overall, we were happy to be by the seaside and explore places in Haikou.

El hotel es maravilloso. Al principio, me decepcionó que estuviera en medio de la nada, pero luego llegamos al mercado nocturno, caminamos entre los arbustos hasta la playa y la experiencia mejoró. El hotel es tal como se ve en las fotos; las habitaciones son amplias y acogedoras. Elegimos el edificio 2 por sus excelentes vistas a la montaña. El personal es maravilloso y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. Hay servicio de lavandería las 24 horas y detergente en la recepción. Proporcionan paraguas, toallas, batas y pantuflas. Durante las lluvias tropicales de la tarde, las aguas termales son un alivio maravilloso. La piscina es cómoda y los animales del hotel son absolutamente adorables. No se trata de una renovación lujosa; es un hotel pequeño, bonito y pintoresco, lejos del bullicio.

Nos encantó todo del hotel. Nos dieron una habitación tranquila, tal como habíamos solicitado, y al parecer incluso nos cambiaron a una habitación de categoría superior. Estaba muy limpio, la habitación era acogedora, los jardines preciosos y los desayunos y cenas deliciosos, con auténtica cocina. Las cenas combinadas eran muy abundantes e interesantes; 320 yuanes era demasiado para dos. Muchísimas gracias a Tin-Tin, la chica de recepción que hablaba ruso; nos sentimos muy cómodos con ella. ¡Volveríamos encantados! El hotel está situado cerca del Parque Nacional, a 3,5-4 km (tomamos un taxi para ir por 11 yuanes y volvimos andando por una carretera ligeramente cuesta abajo. También se puede reservar un traslado de ida y vuelta desde el parque en recepción por 40-50 yuanes). Una sugerencia para el hotel: me habría gustado un plato de fruta más grande (tres minifrutas en un plato), pero inesperadamente, probablemente por accidente, nos trajeron dos; fue perfecto. Consejo para el parque: lleve calzado resistente y cómodo y consiga una entrada con todo incluido: incluso con los toboganes, los ascensores y el tobogán en el trasero, habrá muchos escalones para subir y bajar.

Beautiful ocean and infinity pool view. Pool was the perfect temperature. Various hot springs delightful and relaxing. Delicious breakfast. Staff were very helpful to non Chinese speakers.

This was by far the best stay I’ve ever had in Haikou. First, the staff were absolutely amazing. I messaged the day before to ask if there was a cake shop nearby, since it was my wife’s birthday. When we arrived at the hotel, they not only provided a cake for us free of charge, but also upgraded our room to a top-floor sea view room—completely complimentary. The room itself was spotless and beautiful. The swimming pool was a short walk from the hotel, but very nice, and the hot springs and fish spa were truly relaxing. We also tried the buffet for just 198 RMB per person, and it was well worth it. The food was excellent—the sashimi was fresh, beer and wine were included, and the variety was broad. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, this was an amazing experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Haikou.

El hotel está a diez minutos en coche y a media hora a pie del Estadio Wuyuanhe. Aunque las instalaciones interiores están un poco anticuadas, en general, está muy limpio. El personal es amable, especialmente el subdirector del vestíbulo, quien se encargó diligentemente de la recepción de los fans para el concierto. El hotel también ofrece transporte frecuente desde y hacia el concierto, lo que hace que el viaje sea cómodo y sin preocupaciones. 😌 Me encantó que me eligieran para disfrutar de la suite temática (aunque no soy fan del grupo, y este no tiene muchos fans, jaja).
