I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and the warmth and hospitality of the staff truly made it an unforgettable experience. A special mention goes to 刘贤英, 谭翠玲, and 龚武平 at the hot spring, whose exceptional service and genuine care stood out. 刘贤英 went above and beyond by sharing her personal preserved fruit snacks with my son when he didn’t fancy the oranges provided, a thoughtful gesture that touched our hearts. Additionally, 毛有谷 at the reception was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation to the train station, ensuring our travel plans were seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself is fantastic, but it’s the staff’s kindness and attention to detail that set it apart. Their warm-hearted service made us feel so welcome, and we can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and heartfelt stay!

Пребывание в отеле было превосходным, особенно заботливый персонал, который повысил категорию номера, постоянно был на связи и предоставлял все самое необходимое. За это огромный- огромный плюс и благодарность. Также с собой в дорогу подарили небольшой презент с перекусом, что было очень мило. Номера в отеле огромные. Большой балкон с источником, где можно прекрасно провести время. Людей не так много, хотя масштабы отеля огромные. Есть отдельная игровая зона для детей. Завтрак тоже приятно удивил. Большой выбор, все вкусно. И даже был кофе. Спасибо за хорошо проведенное время и заботу!

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. 安靜可以售賣，柒月民宿就是買到，一個安靜到衹能聽到自己心跳聲的地方。 打開床前的落地玻璃，萬綠湖的山水風光盡收眼底。湖水在奔流，靜靜地泛起漣漪。風走過山上樹枝椏，樹枝搖擺，卻不敢發出沙沙聲。天上的陽光，不是夏日焦燒，冬日裏温柔地撫摸着大地。待到落日降下，金燦燦的日光籠罩大地，湖面上的漁家也收網回家。晚上時分，天上的星星💫掛在夜空🌌，雖然沒有看到銀河，但是也是舒適的。 這裏，就適合安安靜靜地呆著，沒有一絲多餘的聲音，聽一聽自己的心跳聲吧，感受一下生命的跳躍。 當然，這裏也並非真的完全沒有聲音，有時候有小童嬉笑，有時候有長者家談笑，也有幾許聲聲爆竹，還有遠處傳來傑倫的歌曲🎶但是大部分時間都是十分安靜。我們在這裏住了四天，覺得不夠，希望日後能夠再會。 感謝店家熱情款待，安排了最好的房間給我們，還升級了設備。

這次清明假期選擇入住東莞松山湖悦榕莊，體驗感直接拉滿！這都多虧了管家Mia，她簡直是我這次旅行的“超級英雄”！ 清明時節雨紛紛，出行前我一直擔心雨水會打亂計劃，便聯繫了Mia，想了解下酒店內的活動安排。沒想到，這衹是我們溝通的開始。前一天晚上，我和Mia一直暢聊到深夜1點，她耐心又細緻地解答我每一個問題，那種被重視的感覺真的太棒了！本以為她忙了一天，第二天肯定會晚些回覆，結果一大早我就收到了她的消息，這服務效率，真的沒得説！ Mia的貼心遠不止於此。她就像能洞悉我的想法一樣，很多事都不用我開口提醒。看到有空餘房間，她主動幫我升級房型，還安排好了聯通，讓我們的居住體驗更加舒適。晚上回到房間，温馨的夜床服務已經準備好，疲憊瞬間消散。 最讓我感動的是，這次旅行恰好碰上兒子生日月，Mia悄悄準備了兩個精緻的蛋糕。當蛋糕送到兒子面前時，他驚喜又開心的表情，我這輩子都忘不了。這份用心，讓這場旅行充滿了温暖和回憶。 在松山湖悦榕莊的每一刻都無比舒心愉快，而這一切都離不開Mia的付出。真心感謝她，強烈推薦大家來這裏體驗，感受Mia帶來的超讚服務！ 另外旅拍的攝影師小樂很好！

Durante el Festival Qingming, fui a Huizhou para sumergirme en aguas termales y comer brotes de bambú frescos. El hotel tiene un buen entorno verde. También hay una gran sala de tatami en el baño privado. La familia se divirtió mucho jugando al póquer en el tatami por la noche. La habitación es grande y puede albergar a una familia de tres o cuatro personas. Hay servicio de mayordomo. Si lo necesitas o deseas realizar el check-out, solo tienes que ponerte en contacto con el mayordomo. El desayuno del hotel es más bien de estilo chino, con dim sum como bolas de carne al vapor y un puesto de fideos, que saben mejor que los baodao 😆 (tal vez las malas críticas de otras personas sobre el desayuno redujeron mis expectativas). Hay muchos platos típicos de granja deliciosos por aquí. Planeo volver la próxima primavera y espero que para entonces el camino delante de la puerta esté completamente reparado.

El pueblo está situado en Nankunshan, el entorno es limpio. La infraestructura del cuarto es inteligente, las luces son controlados por el sonido, hay una gran piscina caliente en el cuarto, alta densidad privada, decoración tiene características. El jefe está entusiasta y cuidadoso, el servicio está en posición. La cantidad de desayuno es suficiente, el sabor es bueno 👍🏼

This is the best place I've ever been! 🏕️ Away from people in solitude with nature, a real vacation! Perfect! The views are incredible, the service is at the highest level! The restaurant has delicious food! The attitude is polite. I definitely recommend it 😍 💯👍🏻

過來跨年看2025日出的，結果今年元旦衹放一天，比較倉促，帶了肉沒帶料帶了炭火沒帶器具各種問題遺漏，還好老闆服務態度超好，這裏都幫提供補全了，提供好烤爐還幫打掃了。 無邊泳池，凌空温泉，日出，貓貓，早餐，完美的一天元旦！

El apartamento está en una muy buena ubicación, no muy lejos de la calle antigua a la que queremos ir y no muy lejos de la estación de Shenzhen. El transporte es conveniente. El día que nos registramos, le dijimos a la recepción que queríamos hacer lavandería, y nos encontraron una habitación con lavadora y secadora. Función, el servicio es muy considerado (ฅ•.•ฅ)ﻌﻌﻌ♥️, y se prepara un juego de artículos de tocador para los niños🤗, y a los propios niños les gusta mucho. Reservamos una cama grande de 2 metros y no estaba nada llena para una familia de tres por la noche, volveremos a elegir aquí la próxima vez que vengamos.
