We feel welcome upon check in. The room is very clean and very spacious. The reception staff help attend to all our queries promptly and assist us with our transport arrangement. Also help us with our luggages to and fro our room and to our car. Bed is comfortable, aircon is cold and hot shower is good. Room has WiFi and TV. Hot water for coffee and tea are located in the kitchen area . Free water from the water dispenser in the kitchen There is central ironing available outside the rooms for sharing. Washroom is very spacious, modern and well maintained with wet and dry area. Toilet roll, towels, Shower gel, hand soap and shampoo are provided. Breakfast is simple buffet with cereals with milk, toast with butter and jam, fruits, omelette with chicken sausage, coffee, tea and juice. The location is next to the main road at the outskirts of the city but is near many shops and a small train station. Overall very comfortable nice rest and breakfast with great staff. Great hospitality

Heritage is located near to airport but the building definitely needs upkeep. The lady boss is very friendly and nice, we are given a warm welcome. The entire space is quite quaint in its own way. Rooms are spacious and nice, beds are comfy, we opted for the aircon rooms upstairs but the doors definitely need better lock and showers stronger consistent water pressure. Clean beds and sheets but that wall needs a new patch and coat of paint. Didn't try the food. Good for 1 night stay with company, for the price it cost, i think it's pretty decent.

The attendants were very nice and helpful. The main entrance to the hostel was a bit tricky to find from the ground floor of the building but absolutely walkable to and from Colombo Fort Railway station. It is also close enough to some restaurants and convenience stores. It is clean enough but the room where I stayed had no window curtains. However, each bed has its own power outlets and the bathrooms are inside the dormitories. They also provide clean bath towels for free. For the free breakfast, we were served with some toasts, butter, jam, juice, a banana and a slice of watermelon. This hostel is perfect for people on a budget who have the most basic needs.

El servicio fue excelente. Me sorprendió que un hostal en el centro incluyera desayuno por ese precio, aunque no había mucha comida buena. Pero parece que no es fácil encontrar comida por esta zona. Caminé un poco más y encontré un restaurante chino, probablemente adaptado al estilo de Sri Lanka. Quedé satisfecho, aunque bajé mis expectativas. Abajo estaba esa imitación de marca japonesa.

Остановились в этом месте для небольшой передышки после долгой дороги на Шри-Ланку , день отоспались и осмотрелись в округе . Хозяин всячески нам помог выбрать , где взять в аренду машину,  порекомендовал место где можно вкусно поужинать . Очень учтивый доброжелательный , отзывчивый

The staff person who checked me in was very kind and helpful. The property is older and in need of a revamp and thorough cleaning. I scrubbed the tub with bleach to remove the caked on dirt. The bedding should smell fresher, especially the pillows. The bathroom could also use a new shower curtain to replace the one with mold spots.

Había algunos bares de moda cerca, así que la música estaba alta afuera y había bastante ruido por la noche. La habitación era sencilla y el baño compartido estaba limpio y bien cuidado. También había un secador de pelo, lo cual fue muy útil.

El hotel está situado en una zona muy agradable de Colombo, en la arquitectura y el diseño interior del hotel son un placer ver y la gran mayoría del personal es amable y cortesía. Los desayunos fueron grandes ambas mañanas (tanto el desayuno sri Lankan como el estilo occidental), y realmente vivieron hasta las altas expectativas que habíamos tenido desde el marketing Instagram que habíamos visto. Nos hemos modernizado a la Suite North West, que era una sala más grande, para la que nos sentimos muy agradecidos; se han comunicado y corregido algunos problemas con los dispositivos y dispositivos de trabajo (máquina de café y secador de pelo). La habitación era muy confortable, el hotel estaba tranquilo y el baño estaba bien equipado. La única tranquilidad que nos hacía era con el supermercado Jefe de la Casa de la Casa, que no parecía comprender la sutilidad necesaria para tal papel, o la privacidad con la que los huéspedes podrían disfrutar del hermoso hotel. Su suplente era, sin embargo, un activo del hotel, que parecía comprender la sutil arte de ofrecer un servicio de alta calidad para una estancia de lujo en un hermoso hotel. En general, una gran elección para un hotel en el corazón de Colombo, y espero que durante una temporada de negocios, el mencionado Jefe de la Casa de Mantenimiento pueda extender su atención sobrepasada a las muchas habitaciones del hotel.

The room is clean with refurnished toilet. There could be a proper blanket instead of a cover sheet though its not cold. The hotel has a WhatsApp channel for fast and easy communication
