Esta era mi primera experiencia Zostel y me encantó mucho. Situado en un lugar tranquilo, le encantaría la vista y el sonido de la naturaleza. Mi dormitorio era limpio y todo estaba en buen estado. La comida era grande! He hecho amigos nuevos aquí y tuve tanta diversión bailando con ellos y tuve fuego de fuego. Zostel arregló pocas cosas buenas como el fuego y la música. ¡Adorado la experiencia general, excepto la parte del sueño! Creo que si necesitas un sueño acústico, la habitación privada es mejor que dormir coz gente que viene a dormir en cualquier momento perturba tu sueño.

I think it's important to transcend some of the BS I've seen and read regarding the hostel. Firstly, it looks incredible in the images on various booking sites. Not quite so in real life. It all actually looks pretty drab and tired. The room I booked wasn't great (dusty, loads of hair clogged in the basin, gunk over the mirror, dust and dirt on the lightbulbs), and I couldn't even get a warm shower. The AC didn't work. On arrival there was no-one at the desk, just a sign suggesting an online check-in, but I couldn't receive the OTP, therefore couldn't check in, and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive. I didn't complain. I generally don't complain. On reflection, maybe I should have. There are past reviews from 6+ months ago that mention hair/dust/dirt, and replies from Zostel that the issues will be addressed though, cleary, they haven't. Staff - nice, though could be more informative. My experience doesn't quite reflect the experiences that some others mention. I didn't get any advice, friendly chat etc etc Rooms - not great, in my opinion. Dirty. Tired. Location - pretty much everything Fort Kochi has to offer is within walking distance, or a short tuk tuk ride. Rooms: 2/5 | Service: 2/5 | Location: 3/5

It's a very good, clean and neat place. The location is near ernakulam junction railway station and maharajas metro station. It's an old style building which is interesting. They have bunk beds with blanket provided with and without ac. You have the space to lock your belongings under your bed with a key. Common toilets and bathrooms are clean. They have a work/study area on the top floor, which also is pretty good. You have a personal light and a usb charging point beside your bed. There is a water purifier for drinking water. The staffs are good and helpful. There is wifi i guess, but i didn't have the need to use it so can't comment on it. Two things though, 1) there are no curtains for the beds. It is needed for privacy and for blocking the light in the night in case someone turns on the light. That's a problem 2) there are mosquitos in the read/work area and most of the interior. I took the ac dormitory so no mosquitoes in there. But except there everywhere you can expect mosquitoes. Overall i had a great time ) suggestions to the owner: 1) fix curtains for all the beds 2) attach mosquito net for every windows in every floor

Cleanest accomodation so far in India! Good shower pressure, good bed, did I mention clean? Water available to fill your water bottle… Was lucky to have the room entirely for myself for one night as no other guest showed, and when someone did it was still comfortable even if he was on the top bed as mine. Perhaps a bit excesively cold when AC and fan are running, but hey that’s Asia’s usual when staying at a hostel. You come to Asia to escape the cold and end up sleeping with a blanket. And getting horrible sore throats, and dryness from excesive AC. Staff was correct and helpful. Location was unbeatable! Will stay again in December.

Inn temple town really surprised us with their hospitality, location and their ambient rooms, we took their family room which was really spacious and could house 4 adults easily, the room had all the necessary amenities including large cupboards for storage, had a balcony and offered a good view, the toilet came stocked with all the necessary toiletries. They don't have an in house restaurant but it is surrounded by many food joints, however , small requirements like morning tea/coffee are entertained and will be delivered to your room, they have power back up and the rooms are really ambient and clean, the staff is really polite and accomodating. Car parking is not vast but ample, you can trust Google maps to lead you to the correct location. The Inn is conveniently located between Guruvayoor and Mamiyoor temples and both are within walking distance. I booked the room via Make my trip, you can also book directly via telephone.
