Could improve on the customer experience if someone takes cancellations and refunds seriously. I booked this place for 6 days and had to cancel this on the first day of arrival. (Reason being: it is too far from my office and bangalore traffic is extremely unpredictable). First of all, for cancellations I've to reach out to some central reservation person who picked the call after 6-7 attempts only to tell me that even 50% is not refundable even though I was ready to lose half the amount. And nobody at the branch tends to these requests. I'm paying 8K only to hear a computerised voice address my issues? Wow. Besides, there's not even a bucket and mug in the dorm rooms. I mean who will carry these things?! I requested the staff more than twice to keep toilet paper in the washrooms but nobody has tended to it so far. Worst goStops experience.

Well, it's a no brainer to write a negative review and it's quite easy to write the generic positive ones too. But it's not that easy to write about a place you got emotionally attached or connected with. It should be the most genuine of all, the mother of all reviews. So this may be long but will try to make it short as I can. Still there should be a prelude right?! It's been an amazing month, living in The Little Blue Window Hostel with its inmates and host Roshan (who most of the time was there chilling with us). I checked in with a plan to stay for a few days but left the place after more than a month. Don't get it wrong, I was not forced to stay back, myself kept on extending the stay. Don't expect it to be a fancy hostel where you just pay more for everything served on a platter. This is just like home, just be yourself, get going, do your thing, rest is provided, all the necessities. A common kitchen, rooftop open area for all the fun, party, solitude, work or whatever floats your boat. And the locality is the best part. The hostel is right next to the streets of BTM. Parks, lake, food joints, gyms and all that stuff happening right below (you can literally see everything from the rooftop). So it's worth your buck, finally that matters too right, with all the experiences that come with it. I am sure I'll be back there when in Bangalore. I can write more but chose not to. Should leave something for your own experience. Have fun. Chill.

Zostel Bangalore Indiranagar exceeded my expectations in every way. The vibrant atmosphere, coupled with friendly staff, made my stay truly memorable. The clean and cozy dorms provided a comfortable space, and the common areas were perfect for socializing. The location in Indiranagar is ideal, surrounded by hip cafes and nightlife. Zostel's attention to detail, from amenities to local recommendations, showcased their commitment to creating a top-notch hostel experience. I can't wait to return!

Comfortable, no hassle stay. The area is also good. There are a lot of cheap food options and shopping options available nearby and it is at walking distance from the nexus mall, koramangala. The only thing which can be improved is if you ask people on the dorms about their bed preferences (upper or lower, if possible as some people might find it difficult to stay in the upper bed for long times or climb up due to health problems.

We have stayed at sanctum suites, new bell road on a few occasions earlier. For us, it is well located. The premises are very clean, everything works well and the employees are friendly and helpful. The breakfast served is good. Not fancy, but good food served hot. For other meals, there's swiggy and zomato. The price is also moderate and in the sweet spot for a bed and breakfast offering.

Excellent welcoming i checked at 11:30 p. M, the bed is clean and comfortable, and the bed fans are awesome. The toilets are also cleaned.
