I stayed here for two nights in Banff and had a very pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, allowing me to rest well after a long day exploring the mountains.
I would like to especially thank Marilyn, who was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. She made the check-in process smooth and was professional and welcoming. Her warm attitude truly made a difference.
The location was convenient, with easy access to downtown Banff, restaurants, and nearby attractions. Overall, it offered good value for the price, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Banff.

Los agentes de escritorio frontal tenían algunos problemas con su sistema al principio, pero podían arreglarlo tranquilamente sin demasiados problemas, eran muy agradables y divertidos para hablar con. La experiencia global era grande. El lugar estaba cerca de todo y tenía una buena vista.

El servicio de recepción es muy bueno. Recomendaciones, buena ayuda, habitación limpia, pero no tengo la llave del casillero así que no puedo cerrarlo. Es posible que al mismo tiempo quede muy poco espacio para bañarse. Es posible que tenga que permanecer de pie y esperar. También recomendamos agregar champú, lo cual sería fantástico.

以青年旅社的標準，非常乾淨。來的時候（七月底）旅客不算太多，所以整體空間足夠，很舒適。廚房設備齊全，可以自烹沒有問題。住的是private suite with toilet，不用跟別人共用廁所浴室，整個青年旅社只有一間，淋浴間很小但不用共用不能強求太多。位置很好，到University of Alberta很方便走路20分鐘，有兩班公車能直達，也很方便。這一區算是年輕人出沒的地方，走到82街上就有很多餐廳酒吧咖啡店，週末比較吵，平日還好。

La habitación estaba poco iluminada y el suelo de la ducha no estaba limpio.
La cama crujía al darme la vuelta mientras dormía, lo cual era molesto.
Me hubiera gustado que hubiera una puerta entre la habitación y el baño porque uso secador de pelo.
Me molestaba al usarlo.
El personal fue amable y servicial, sobre todo con cosas como recoger mi ropa de la lavandería.
Fue una suerte haber podido alojarme a buen precio durante la temporada alta.
La cocina olía mal. Los muffins del desayuno gratuito estaban buenos.

This hostel is 10/10 recommended. It is cheap and everything is with nice quality. The staffs there are really sweet. The restaurant and bar downstairs is an amazing place to meet the locals here and get to know more about Canmore and Banff. You can also make new friends here as a solo-traveler. This hostel makes my experience of this trip unforgettable. Also, I can’t believe people here wake up with this amazing view every day. The place is surrounded by snowy mountains, which make the experience feel like wonderland. It is also very convenient to travel from here to Banff. You just need to take bus 3. The bus stop is 2 minutes away from the hostel, which is very nice.

JJun-jun0424You get what you paid for. If you are looking for a very affordable place to stay and your only concern is your budget then this is your go to place in Edmonton area. Location wise, it is in an odd place and there aren't shops close to this location so you'll have to go out and drive if you need to buy something. With regards to service, they went above and beyond my requests and are super friendly and welcoming. I requested for a portable heater because they have no way to adjust the heat temp in each room (it's centralized) and they offered me this option for free. Their TVs are smart TV and I'm super amazed because you don't get this in bigger 3 star hotels where you pay almost double the price of what you pay here! You will just have to request in the front desk for the TV's remote control if you want to use the smart tv features like logging in on your streaming apps or casting/mirroring videos from your phone or tablets to the TV's screen..

CchristineI was a little nervous when I first pulled in but was instantly surprised. This little hidden gem was great for what I was needing. A safe, clean easily accessible place to stay.
Though the carpet throughout is slightly dated the staff at check in and check out were polite and friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean (the floors, the bathroom and the beds). Very happy with my choice. A recommendation would be during your next renovation to remove the carpet and put in a hard type floor. a bigger go cup with liquid whitener for the to go coffee station would also be amazing. I look forward to my next stay.

La cama estaba muy cómoda, el cable de televisión funcionó (cree o no, en algunos lugares, no, pero no en este lugar), tenía un horno, sección de cocina, nevera y microondas en mi habitación. La ubicación es excelente porque McDonalds & Tim Hortons está a la puerta de la puerta. También me dejan entrar a las 2 horas antes (asegúrese de que pregunte primero). En general, un gran lugar para quedarme por el dinero que paga. ¡Estaré aquí en el futuro!

DDHL321A very friendly and helpful front desk staff made check-in a great experience, offering plenty of assistance and useful introductions to the area—truly professional and sophisticated service. The lobby was welcoming with drinks, fruits, muffins, and candies, which was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated.
While the room wasn’t large, it was clean, neat, and comfortable. The highlight for me was the three EV chargers available on-site, which easily earned this hotel a 5-star rating from me. I will definitely stay here again in the future!

UUsuario invitadoThis hotel shows its age. While the location is good and is close to the downtown Drumheller business district, the amenities are average at best. The fridge in our room was not working, and the air conditioner was very loud. Also, there was a musty smell in our room. The complimentary breakfast offered basic fare but certainly did not provide anything more than that. In addition, the breakfast seating area was inadequate for the number of guests using the facilities. I would not book this facility again.
