Terrible service! This is the first hotel/motel I've ever been to that didn't accommodate its customers. Australia never ceases to amaze me, in the worst sense of the word. The situation was this. We were planning to drive from Norseman to Lucky Bay (near Esperance) to see kangaroos and swim in the ocean, and then check into the hotel at around 8 p.m. But the motel confronted me with a fait accompli: check-in is strictly from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m.!!! Not an hour later! Otherwise, they won't give you the keys, and you'll be sleeping on the street. I physically didn't have time to drive such a long distance, stop at Lucky Bay, and check into the motel before 6 a.m., which I've repeatedly written in private messages about. No response! The answer was the same: if I don't make it, they won't give me the keys. I called the management and asked them to accommodate me, leave the keys in the box, explaining that I was a tourist, my first time in Australia, and would probably never come back, that I wouldn't have time to see the kangaroos at Lucky Bay. The motel management turned a deaf ear to my requests. Unfortunately, it was impossible to book another hotel. These people at the hotel are completely incompetent! Where has anyone ever seen a motel that only allows occupancy for such a short period of time?! I hope trip.com support takes appropriate action.

Very nice size room. The room I booked had a double plus a single bed and a table with 2 chairs. Toaster microwave and dishes. For the price point I can say that this room represents fairly good value for money. I did read another review before booking that states no power next to bed this is false as there is 2 double outlets under the side tables next to the bed. Location is about 25 minutes from the train station. But there is a 808 bus service that runs on this road for very little money. This bus service runs in a loop around every hour. To go to Middleton beach you can catch the 803 service this runs a loop approximately 3 to 4 times per day. There is a McDonald's Coles and Aldi within close walk next door is chicken treat across the road is a good tackle Shop and outdoor sports.

ample parking spaces; you can park in front of your unit. there is also a bus stop within walking distance on both sides of the road to access the motel. i believe the rooms were recently renovated so everything was in good condition. there are some eateries within walking distance nearby and also a petrol station nearby too. a short bus ride (2 stops) will take you to woolworths for your groceries needs. overall a pleasant stay.

Location: Excellent. Within walking distance to eateries, Cervantes center, general store, bus stops, Cervantes Club, Lobster Shack etc. Cleanliness / Housekeeping: TV was dirty with lots of dusts accumulated and dropping off onto table, floor etc. No housekeeping service during the stay. None, even if upon request, so its a bit tricky for guests who stay for a longer duration e.g. ＞ 3 days at the motel. However, guests can request from reception for fresh new towels, bin bags etc. to be provided. Guests will need to empty their own bins and get new bin bags from reception. Service: Receptionists are typically helpful. Do note that there are no receptionists after working hours. So guests who check in before or after working hours will have to call a local Australia number to reach them. An issue for tourists as costly roaming charges may be incurred unless they have a local SIM. Facilities: Old but generally clean and ok.

A nice hostel not too far from Perth city center. Good things I liked: - Comfortable mattress, with a small curtain for a little privacy - Staffs were nice and helpful - common areas, kitchen, and showers/toilets were cleaned daily - Plus point: Breakfast included (simple toasts with peanut butter/Jam/choc spread) - Free coffee and tea (not the best quality but ok) - near bus stop and grocery (Woolworths) Not so good things: - rooms are quite cramped - no signage outside, bit confusing & hard to find for first timers - Most of the furniture and kitchen facilities are quite old - front porch & yard seems messy & unaesthetic - Price-to-quality ratio: ok The free breakfast, nice & helpful staff, kitchen space and social areas make this hostel recommendable. However, needs for hostel signage & revamping of all spaces & furnitures would make it a highly recommended hostel.

The nice place to stay👍 The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met promptly. The room was spacious and clean.

Tienen muchas habitaciones y muchos huéspedes se quedan allí por largos periodos. Aunque hay muchos huéspedes, el baño nunca estaba completamente lleno. Deberíamos llevar nuestras propias sandalias, pero puedo usar toallas con un depósito de $10 y un secador de pelo usando mi pasaporte como garantía. La habitación suele ser calurosa, así que cuando hacía 40 grados afuera al mediodía, estuvo cálida hasta la medianoche.
