Very convenient location just a short walk into Alice Springs town. I walked to Anzac Hill Lookout. Olive Pink Botanic Garden is about a 5-minute walk away. It was also easy to drive to Larapinta Drive and the routes to the gorges and waterholes of the West MacDonnell Ranges. Handy to restaurants in the immediate area. I would highly recommend Tali in the Lassetters Casino complex. I stayed 4 nights before heading to Uluru area and another night on my return. Unfortunately, both rooms were not clean. In fact, the crumpled pillows suggested the pillow cases had not been changed. In the first room, there were ***** hairs in the sheets and the kitchen and bathroom surfaces were also not properly cleaned. In the second room, which smellt strongly of disinfectant, while the sheets and pillow cases appeared freshly changed, the duvet/bedspread/quilt had evidently not been washed/cleaned for a while and many hairs fell out of it onto the sheets when it was folded back. Yuck! The rooms could do with refurbishing. I found it a bot odd that despite the many signs advising guests to lock doors and hide valuables - and that the hotel could not be responsible for thefts - the outside sliding screen door of each unit could not be locked from the outside (I confirmed this with reception). If you can overlook the cleanliness issues, this hotel is a convenient base to explore Alice Springs and the West Macs.

If you arrive outside the reception hours of 8 to 5 you will have to go to the H on Mitchell Street to check in. I didn’t get the text because apparently trip.com had given them some random number, definitely not mine. Other than that, it’s very noisy on a Friday night so make sure you have your earplugs, I messaged them about a couple of things (the kettle didn’t turn itself off after it boiled, there was no hot water coming out of the sink tap), bed was comfortable, location was good.

The hostel was close to the bus stop and town which was really handy. The facilities were good and seemed clean. It’s a shame reception isn’t open for longer to be able to ask staff any questions.

The check in experience was not good. Room was fully paid for but had to provide credit card even though I don't have one. Desk clerk made it quite clear that any damage would need to be paid for. why, because I am Aboriginal (he did not say this but it was clear in his attitude). He also mentioned about guests. for a company that makes a substantial amount of money from the Aboriginal community it is sad that you have prejudiced people welcoming guests.

Las habitaciones son muy confortables y están equipadas con baño moderno. Facilmente situado en el Parque Nacional de Litchfield La piscina del hotel es un lugar agradable para relajarse al final del día. Café. El personal era muy informativo, útil y agradable estar a su alrededor para hacer que nuestras noches y la mañana comiencen y se relajen y disfruten. Me ha encantado el albergue, sobre todo la piscina y el ambiente. Puede parecer ruidoso, pero en mi habitación no se oía nada. El aire acondicionado un poco exagerado al principio, pero luego se llevaba bien.

Una habitación simple bien equipada. La ubicación era un poco de paseo del centro, probablemente hasta mucho por la noche. La piscina estaba caminando verde, requiere shock de cloro y filtración, la TV no me daría ninguna TV en vivo, pero muchas aplicaciones aparecen en pantalla! Muy frustrante, pero además de estas cuestiones, el espacio era ideal para nuestras necesidades y el acceso temprano fue excelente, gracias.

Después de un largo día de conducción, llegamos al lugar porque sólo necesitamos un lugar para dormir por la noche. Es básica, como se esperaba, pero al menos era limpio. La habitación era pequeña y limpia, con sólo la essencialesa cama, un escritorio y un baño privado. No fue muy cómodo, y las instalaciones eran mínimas, pero sirvió su propósito como un parada rápida. El personal era lo suficientemente amable, y mientras que no estábamos allí más de una noche, trabajaba para lo que necesitaba: un lugar de descanso, apropiado para el presupuesto, sin fresas antes de golpear la carretera de nuevo.

El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, la ubicación es muy buena, hay muchos restaurantes alrededor y es muy conveniente viajar. La habitación del hotel es un poco más pequeña y las instalaciones son relativamente sencillas, con su propio restaurante y piscina. La habitación está limpia y ordenada.
