We stayed at Hao Anh Villa for 3 nights and it was a very nice and smooth stay. - Staff: very nice and helpful people that can speak good english; - Room: Very good! Clean (they clean it everyday), spacious and comfortable. The only con were the mosquitos. We found a lot of them in the first day (probably because they left the door open during the cleaning period), but after that it was ok. - Amenities: The pool is nice and clean as well as the surrounding area, with some deck chairs and tables. You can also find power outlet nearby the pool which is very helpful if you want to work from there. - Location: Good! Close to Hoi A city center (25 min walking or 10 min. by bike - the hotel lend them for free). Close to a lot of local restaurants, mini markets and stores. If you want to avoid the crowd from city center and still be close to it, it is a good choice. - Breakfast: ok, nothing special. Basically 2 eggs, 1 slice of bread and a drink (you can also choose noodles), but good enough to wait until lunch time. - Internet: great even inside the room. Perfect for working. You will notice that you’re in a guesthouse because probably the staff will make too many questions or maybe they will enter your room without knocking (it happened multiple times). If you’re ok with that (we felt it kind of funny), we totally recommend it and for sure you will enjoy your stay.

Si no es tan importante para usted donde dormir y elegir un precio barato es bueno. No bueno. Es mejor. Oh, lo siento, no mejor. Es el hotel el mejor. Está bien, seguro que estoy bromeando. Si un poco más serio, es un acogedor alojamiento con la señora de la casa. Me gustan todos. Comienza de la habitación y sin acabar. Sólo me gusta y dote. Me quedé en una habitación con sombra en el primer piso durante dos noches, pero estaba tan húmedo que fue difícil. La manta estaba mojada y la maleta también. Y los palillos de madera desechables son imprescindibles. El personal es amable y agradable. Creo que hubiera sido mejor si la habitación estuviera en un piso más alto con vista a la piscina y no tan húmeda.

♪ Excellent Stay La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable, pero la habitación era muy buena, y la habitación era muy buena. El hotel está situado en una zona de 3 estrellas, donde se encuentran los alrededores de la ciudad. El concierto se ha ido más arriba y más allá para hacer recomendaciones y ayudar a organizar actividades locales y transporte. El personal de la casa aseguró que mi habitación se refrescaba rápidamente cada día. En general, superó mis expectativas en cualquier caso. Recomiendo muy bien este hotel a cualquiera que visite la zona. La combinación de excelentes instalaciones, servicio excepcional y gran valor hizo que esta sea una de las mejores estancias del hotel que he tenido. Espero volver en mi próxima viaje.

En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado. Me gusta ser la moda de la tía y me dio incluso una sombra el primer día que me preparaba en caso de lluvia. ~ La habitación es limpia y el baño también está bien mantenido. Sugerencias: Ponga luces en la noche hasta el amanecer para llegar tarde. Haz un cartel de nombre más grande. Abrir más coz es un poco polvo. Añada un poco de aceite o de aire fresco al lobby. Ponga más zapatos en la raya para una mejor organización.

A great home stay, they have multiple rooms and run it a little like an Airbnb or hotel but still keep the family touch behind home stay experiences. Family is kind, attentive, and great to chat to even with language barriers. Free bicycles to use which is great because it’s a bit of a walk or cycle into old town. We think it’s a good distance but cycling shortened it. They do laundry but we didn’t use. They also have a dog who is a funny character. To note for guests who are particular: Some things were a bit unclean in our room which is why we put 3/5. Amenities were good but shower head has a mind of its own and water temp is high (great and unusual for the surrounding properties we stayed in, but careful for unexpected water angles). Room also smelled damp and it was hard to get rid of smell. If this was a hotel it would be not acceptable, but given it’s a home stay we didn’t make a fuss. Just including in the review as homestays really range.

A very friendly and welcoming host family,who were very attentive to provide me and the other guests a very enjoyable staying!!!! The place is neat and spotlessy clean,so was the room. You can enjoy a lovely breakfast,that they will cook for you,in the garden. I am a foodie myself and a very good cook too,so I am very picky when it comes to 'good food'.Well,I have to admit that the lunch they cooked for me was just so delicious!!!!!! The place is within a 10 minutes walk to the ancient town and 10 minutes ride to An Bang beach. They provide bicycles and they rent motor bikes too. They were so kind to organise a pick up and drop off in Da Nang for me,at a very affordable price. I really had an amazing staying there and I can't recommend ti enough. I would definitely book there again. PS. It would be nice to have an in room safe fitted in the future.

It was a great stay. I recommend choosing the room with a spacious balcony. The spa from this hotel is awesome. We really loved the body scrap with salt+coffee and full body vietnamese massage. I regret that I have walked too far to other spa on the first day. The receptionist was quite helpful and informative. She arranged the car from hotel to airport with the price much cheaper than Grab. Don't forget to ask her anything you need. It is not very near to old town. But hotel has free bicycles and it took about 15 - 20 minutes. Please note that there is no lift, though.
