Firstly, I'd like to say I was a complete dud because I managed to get my wallet into my bag with my underwear, and I assumed the worst. Nonetheless, I approached the staff on duty and they helped me search the room again and without panic or pressure they were exceptionally helpful. The staff were wonderful, unfortunately there isn't much information provided for things to do and see. The rating for the cleanliness is based on two factors. One, the shower drain was a bit clogged with old hair, and the shower head mounting was loose and nearly fell off. Cleanliness in this part also just refers to the rooms needing a bit of maintenance upkeep. Although, a major problem was the AC. It is super dirty and dusty. I had to refrain myself from using it, because i know how ACs can hold germs and dust in if they are not cleaned out every 6 months. Especially, when it's in an establishment where different people are coming in and out frequently. So not using the AC I was left dripping in sweat for most of the night. As for the room, aside from the AC, it was nice. The bed was comfortable for me. The selection of TV in case you feel like just chilling before sleeping was also nice. Netflix, YouTube, and local TV. The accommodation is in a great location, near to the Sunday market, and near cafes and bars. There is one drawback of staying in this location, and that is the fact that the room is not soundproof and all late night activities come through into the room. Ear plugs recommended. Overall, it was a good stay for a fair budget experience. I'd stay here again if I'm just looking for a place to lay my head down for a day or two, but long stays will be questionable until they ensure the ACs are frequently cleaned out. Photos mostly match what's on the profile already.

La ubicación es bastante buena: a solo 7 minutos de la playa, hay muchos bares y cafeterías alrededor, pero a veces hace mucho ruido debido a ellos. El televisor viejo y grande parece muy divertido e inútil (no lo uso). El aire acondicionado es bueno, la habitación en general no está mal, pero puede ser más barata. Lugar no tan privado.

While the place was beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained I cannot recommend staying here. There is no official reception and there is hardly ever anyone about should you need to ask information. When we arrived they weren't even aware of our booking. 'Breakfast' was a shambles, being a pre ordered meal from somewhere else, we had no idea what was the situation nor were we given any info about it. The first day it arrived and I was given a chicken sandwich, I kindly explained that I don't eat meat and if I could possibly have something else for the next 2 days. This was met with utter shock and laughter, even grabbing another member to come and point and laugh at me for not eating meat. The next day I received meat. And the following day. Needless to say this request was clearly not taken seriously. There is a great kitchen on site including a coffee machine with pods, however the plug of the machine doesn't even fit in the wall so bring your own adaptor and when the pods run out they are not filled. You could ask for an adaptor and more coffee but like I said ....good luck finding someone. It is a shame because the pool is wonderful, but the organisation and service is non existent. Honestly wouldn't consider staying again.

The hotel is nice and clean. There is a roof top swimming pool with a sea view, a cafeteria and a gym. All is functioning from 8 am to 8 pm. The household service is a little slow to deliver what you need. If you call the reception and ask for something you have to remind them about it several times. The towels that had been changed on the second day of our stay were clean but stained and smelled vinegar. These are actually little things. The location is good - the hotel is relatively close to Surin beach, only 10 min on foot and there are outside restaurants, convenience stores and massage salons also within walking distance. The hotel staff is friendly and the overall impression of our staying there is good.

Мы приехали на пару часов раньше заселения но на все равно заселили без проблем. Близко к аэропорту, но до пляжа далековато. Св одну ночь перед вылетом жили, нам подошло идеально. Живности не видели.

¡Este es, de lejos, mi hotel favorito en Phuket! 🤩🤩🤩 ¡Excelente relación calidad-precio! La señora de recepción es muy servicial, amable y dulce. ♥️ Las habitaciones aún están nuevas y en impecables condiciones. ¡La foto de la habitación en la aplicación es exactamente la misma que la real! El agua tiene control de calefacción según sus preferencias. La vista del balcón es increíble. Tiene habitaciones frescas y no tapadas. Se proporcionan todas las comodidades, incluso un armario. ¡La mejor parte de todo es la ubicación de TI! El corazón de la playa de Patong. ¡Súper cerca y conveniente! ¡Lo mejor de todo!

The hotel was excellent—clean, comfortable, and offered great value for the price. While the area isn’t ideal for leisurely walks, there’s a fantastic Korean restaurant nearby, Central Phuket Mall within walking distance, and a cozy bowl place where you can enjoy delicious açaí bowls and great coffee. Overall, it was a pleasant and worthwhile place to stay!

This is a very charming little Hotel? Stay? Guesthouse? It's family owned, and you which makes it so amazing is that it has this charming thing you've seen with your great-/Grandparents. There's Pa and Ma, and of course the son. The furnishing is just great. The rooms are small but that is nothing to worry about. They have complimentary coffee and tea in the little garden with a pound and huge goldfish. I say this with the most respect and being a little fan girl. But this is everything I remember from the older Asian movies from the 70's and 80's. It's just so charming, and amazing!!!! The only thing that confused me was the shower, and that's why it didn't get ”full star.” That it didn't get warm wasn't the problem, but the showerhead probably needs some attention. I don't know if it's just my room, but yes... It didn't really matter and if I come back, I certainly will book this guesthouse again, and for a few more days. It's worth the stay!!!!! 😀😸 No pictures from the rooms. They're just as shown!

Este es un apartamento de hotel propiedad de un propietario personal. No recomendado, no muy bueno. 1. Si no hay recepción, deberá comunic**** con el agente vía WhatsApp para obtener la llave. 2. ¡Se debe pagar un depósito de 3.000 plantas al limpiador! El agua, la electricidad y el gas no están incluidos y hay que pagar 800 yuanes adicionales por la limpieza de la habitación. La habitación no se limpia todos los días, solo después del check-out. Es realmente una especie de trampa. 3. La habitación está en el segundo piso, que en realidad equivale al primer piso, el olor a cloaca en el baño es tan fuerte que no puedo vivir en él. Ni siquiera pedí cambiar de habitación. 4. Detrás del balcón está oscuro y húmedo, sin luz solar. ¡No me quedaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez!
