這個位於奧雍海灘🏖️的民宿。位置非常好，房間露台可觀日出。露台下就是漂亮的游泳池。房間很乾爽，香香的。員工會來熱情迎接，貼心的準備了一冰箱的飲品、一桌子的小零食、水果。各種口味咖啡、茶。熱水壺、小童小拖鞋、一次性洗漱品、洗衣機、晾衣架，一應俱全，重要的是紙品是用的中國製造。民宿下幾步階梯，就到海邊。民宿出門一條街，超市、泰餐店、馬殺雞、彩辮店很方便。隨便一家餐館都不踩雷，餐單越看不懂的越地道也越便宜。[偷笑][偷笑]選這裏，絕對不僅僅是因為老闆帥！！是真的很值！！有機會一定來靜靜的住一週以上，絕佳的治癒、自由之地。

Ранее были в этом отеле назывался он Baan Chaylay в 2023г, теперь собственник сменился и стало гораздо лучше. Цена в сутки 6 000рублей. Были в феврале. Бассейн чистят ежедневно, уборка отличная, полотенца меняли ежедневно, постельное раз в 5 дней. Вода горячая всегда, питьевой 2 бутылки, аренда мотобайка от 300 Батт в сутки(залог 5000 бат), своя парковка. Кондиционер работал отлично, телевизор, чайник, фен, сейф это все стандартно. Не хватает закрытого шкафа и вешалок. В отеле тихо, если ночью и плавают в бассейне, то не слышно. Мы были в корпусе с бассейном, все окна к бассейну, есть балконы, сушилки для белья до этого в семейном(корпус в 3 этажа) Отличия доп.диван, холодильник больше, плита, раковина, посуда ( кухня в общем). Прачечная самообслуживания 50батт за 1 стирку(вмещается килограмм 15, старого 10 Батт монетки принимает). Пляжные полотенца на ресепшене, утром взял, вечером расписался и сдал. До центральной улицы пешком минут 5 не больше, до моря минут 10. Пока идешь можно покушать в русских кафешках. Питания в этом отеле НЕТ!!! Нам этого не нужно было, т.к здесь еда везде ). По сути в отель приходишь помыться и поспать..Тихо и спокойно ☺️ В этом году после смены собственника нам понравилось больше!

Needed a place handy to the airport. Picked this one as it was a bungalow style room with balcony. Facilities are basic but you have everything you need. Easy walking distance from airport, in a quiet area but still near to shops, restaurants and bars. Great hosts with a very easy checkin/checkout system. They were excellent and very attentive, there to answer questions as they arose. They also helped with onward transport arrangements, making it a very pleasant stay indeed, no worries or hassle. I definitely would stay again and recommend them.

宿泊先の出入り口は、わかりづらく。Grabで場所を見つけるのは難しかったが、うちは、とても綺麗で静か。落ち着いた佇まいで、オーナーもとても親切で親しみやすい。
この家が大好きになり、延長する事にしました。
かわいい猫が2匹。バイクも無料て貸してくれます。
ありがとう。
初めてのプーケット。色んなことがありましたが、この家と、JJやお母さんの暖かい笑顔のお陰で、素敵なプーケット滞在になりました。
The entrance to the accommodation is hard to find. It was difficult to find the place with Grab, but the house is very clean and quiet. It has a calm atmosphere, and the owner is very kind and friendly.
I loved this house so much that I decided to extend my stay.
There are two cute cats. They also lend me a motorbike for free.

This is my first time in Phuket. There were many things that happened, but thanks to this house and the warm smiles of JJ and his mother, I had a wonderful stay in Phuket.

For the price, the room was great. It is 10-15 min walking to the beach. There is a 7/11, restaurants, a sport pub, billard pub and massage next to it. 10-15 min walking to the night market even if no really safe as along the big road to go there. The bed is confortable. Curtain let the light go inside… had lot of ants inside. Even found a huge cockroad in the room when was in he last floor! The furniture and wall are used but was not an issue for me. Good hot shower even if then you can’t go to toilets as the floor will all wet. There a construction site just next to it so it is noisy during the shake, sometime the flat was checking strange but truth. Also you can hear the road really noisy during the day but night time it is ok except if noisy motobike. They kept my bag at reception on the last day so was nice, it is 10-15 min walking from the bus stop to go to airport but be ready to spend 1h30 in the bus and no 50 min like they said but 2€50 bus compare to 20€ taxi. The beach is nice with sunbed but I think surin beach next to it is better. I enjoyed the flat as was big and lot of facilities but nothing in the kitchen to cook or eat just a sink, had a kettle and a fridge and a hairdryer but was just too noisy for me :( the wall are like paper as could hear my neighbor coughing and tv all day. Still would recommand it for a short stay and low budget. Receptionist were nice, they offer services but didn’t use them.

CCharltonFirstly, I'd like to say I was a complete dud because I managed to get my wallet into my bag with my underwear, and I assumed the worst. Nonetheless, I approached the staff on duty and they helped me search the room again and without panic or pressure they were exceptionally helpful.
The staff were wonderful, unfortunately there isn't much information provided for things to do and see. The rating for the cleanliness is based on two factors. One, the shower drain was a bit clogged with old hair, and the shower head mounting was loose and nearly fell off. Cleanliness in this part also just refers to the rooms needing a bit of maintenance upkeep. Although, a major problem was the AC. It is super dirty and dusty. I had to refrain myself from using it, because i know how ACs can hold germs and dust in if they are not cleaned out every 6 months. Especially, when it's in an establishment where different people are coming in and out frequently. So not using the AC I was left dripping in sweat for most of the night.
As for the room, aside from the AC, it was nice. The bed was comfortable for me. The selection of TV in case you feel like just chilling before sleeping was also nice. Netflix, YouTube, and local TV.
The accommodation is in a great location, near to the Sunday market, and near cafes and bars. There is one drawback of staying in this location, and that is the fact that the room is not soundproof and all late night activities come through into the room. Ear plugs recommended.
Overall, it was a good stay for a fair budget experience. I'd stay here again if I'm just looking for a place to lay my head down for a day or two, but long stays will be questionable until they ensure the ACs are frequently cleaned out.

CCecibunzEsta casa de huéspedes superó mis expectativas más allá de las palabras. Lo juzgué prematuramente por el precio, pero mi habitación era muy grande, estaba impecablemente limpia y realmente se veía bien. También tenía un televisor que realmente usaba, una tetera para prepararme el café, una plancha para planchar la ropa y un frigorífico mini-bar. Mi habitación también tenía un balcón. La ubicación es perfecta. A unos 8 minutos a pie de la playa (NO uses la carretera principal si caminas, es peligroso porque no hay aceras y más lejos. Usa las calles secundarias). Hay bares, restaurantes, oficinas de cambio de divisas, lavanderías, cajeros automáticos y spas por todas partes. Si hubiera sabido cuánto disfrutaría de este lugar, me habría quedado mucho más tiempo. El personal de Sure Guesthouse también es muy amable, profesional y servicial. Por último, si no conduces ni vas en moto, no te preocupes, Grab and Bolt funcionan muy bien aquí. Estaba usando Grab para ir a destinos lejanos, pero luego cambié a Bolt porque sus precios son casi 1/3 de los precios de Grabs. Desventajas: Se vuelve un poco ruidoso por la noche (debido a los bares y la vida nocturna), pero no tanto como para no poder dormir. Además, no hay ascensor, por lo que tienes que usar las escaleras (esto estuvo bien para mí porque estaba comiendo MUCHO, así que necesitaba las escaleras, pero sé que a algunas personas no les gusta eso y probablemente deberían pedir que les den una habitación). el segundo piso al hacer la reserva. En general, este es un excelente lugar para hospedarse para cualquier persona de cualquier edad, especialmente considerando el precio. Si alguna vez vuelvo a Tailandia, definitivamente me hospedaré en Sure nuevamente.

El territorio en sí está dividido en una zona con casas individuales y una zona de viviendas con habitaciones con terraza común.
Hay una gran sala de estar con aire acondicionado y TV. También hay una cocina compartida con todo lo necesario.
Una piscina bastante grande, con agua limpia, hermosa iluminación.
Un poco sobre las desventajas:
- Las habitaciones del edificio común no tienen hervidor de agua, caja fuerte ni nevera propios.
- Si no tienes coche o bicicleta, no puedes ir andando a la tienda ni a la playa.
- Para limpiar tu habitación tienes que preguntarle al personal, no hay señales para ello, y tienes que buscar a uno del personal.
Pero todas las desventajas superan las ventajas de este lugar. Hermosa naturaleza alrededor, hermosas ubicaciones del hotel en sí. El personal es muy agradable. El propietario de este hotel es una persona educada y con un excelente sentido del gusto. ¡Le deseamos mucha suerte en los negocios y prosperidad!

TTravelena in ChinaThe hotel is nice and clean. There is a roof top swimming pool with a sea view, a cafeteria and a gym. All is functioning from 8 am to 8 pm. The household service is a little slow to deliver what you need. If you call the reception and ask for something you have to remind them about it several times. The towels that had been changed on the second day of our stay were clean but stained and smelled vinegar. These are actually little things. The location is good - the hotel is relatively close to Surin beach, only 10 min on foot and there are outside restaurants, convenience stores and massage salons also within walking distance. The hotel staff is friendly and the overall impression of our staying there is good.

La señora de recepción es muy servicial, amable y dulce. ♥️ Las habitaciones aún están nuevas y en impecables condiciones. ¡La foto de la habitación en la aplicación es exactamente la misma que la real! El agua tiene control de calefacción según sus preferencias. La vista del balcón es increíble. Tiene habitaciones frescas y no tapadas. Se proporcionan todas las comodidades, incluso un armario. ¡La mejor parte de todo es la ubicación de TI! El corazón de la playa de Patong. ¡Súper cerca y conveniente! ¡Lo mejor de todo!

TtulgaxThe hotel was excellent—clean, comfortable, and offered great value for the price. While the area isn’t ideal for leisurely walks, there’s a fantastic Korean restaurant nearby, Central Phuket Mall within walking distance, and a cozy bowl place where you can enjoy delicious açaí bowls and great coffee. Overall, it was a pleasant and worthwhile place to stay!
