That's the end of our stay at this hotel in the executive suite. What we liked: Hotel location; Gorgeous landscapes from the room window; Pool area; Spacious swimming pool; Spacious room; The pool is properly planned; Very cute dogs and cats. They cheered us up.; The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.; Relaxing massage; There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.; Your requests are being listened to. What didn't you like: A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked. We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food. •On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400. •When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited. •Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food. •The leaves in each salad were stale. •Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage. •There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone; I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours. •Hand soap has not been refilled in two days; • The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there; •The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected. • One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it; • Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes. Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask. I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

보홀 여행하시는 분들께 도움이 될까하고 후기 남깁니다. 1.위치 : 알로나 비치에서 멀리 떨어져있다보니 마사지 무료픽업 드랍에 편도 300페소 추가해서 이동했어요. 2.시설 : 룸컨디션 너무 좋고 밝아서 화장하기에도 최고였어요. 매트랑 침구도 좋았고 싱글에 베게를 2개씩 주어서 쾌적했어요. 3. 수영장 : 물이 깨끗하고 수시로 관리를 하고 있어서 물놀이하기 넘 좋았어요. 다른 리조트에서는 물에 아예 안들어 갔거든요. 4. 식사 : 조식포함이었는데 간단하지만 포만감있게 맛있었고 그 외 식사들도 언제든지 주문해서 먹을 수 있어서 너무 좋았고 맛있었어요. 5. 서비스 : 직원들 모두 친절하고 번화가가 아니라 가까운 곳은 호텔 픽드랍을 해 주었고 먼곳은 툭툭이를 불러줬어요. 그랩은 잘 안불러짐. 6. 총평 : 조용하고 편안하게 쉬고 싶을 때 또 묵고 싶은 리조트이지만 번화가랑은 멀어서 불편한 점도 있었어요. 물놀이 하기에 좋은 리조트이고 편도 400페소로 ICM에 쇼핑하러 다녀왔는데 가까운 곳에서 돌아다니며 노는 걸 좋아해서 다시 알로나비치 쪽으로 숙소를 옮겨서 놀았어요. 주변이 산이라 모기가 너무 많아서 하루에 약 10마리는 잡은 것 같아요. 전기모기향을 요청해서 피해를 줄이세요ㅜ 추천하고싶은 리조트이고 모기가 최고의 단점인 리조트입니다.

We are a couple traveling Cebu, and regretfully we only stayed at AOSMEC for one night. We wish we could have explored the area more. Pros: This hotel was very clean and new. The pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable and the AC cooled the room well. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was Philippine style and amazing. I had pork, rice, egg, and coffee. My wife had fried chicken, rice, egg, and water. We did not swim in the short time we were at AOSMEC, but there was a pool. Cons: The shower did not have hot water, which I did not mind. But my wife had a little trouble as she is more accustomed to a warmer shower. We would stay at AOSMEC again.

El personal es súper amable y educado. Encantados de atender tus necesidades. Gente encantadora. Reservamos el traslado al aeropuerto una hora antes de llegar (olvidamos reservarlo con antelación), ¡y aun así llegaron antes que nosotros! El servicio es increíble. El desayuno es excelente y el café, delicioso. ¡La piscina está impecable y brilla por la noche! Las habitaciones son espaciosas y están equipadas para que puedas llevar ropa y bañadores mojados sin preocupaciones. Aire acondicionado, caja fuerte y nevera en las habitaciones, súper prácticos. Tanto a nosotros como a nuestros amigos que se acaban de casar en la isla nos encantó tanto que volvimos. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente. ¡Gracias, Diving Addiction, por hacer nuestro viaje aún mejor!

The soaps and other bath necessities provided were good and complete. But there was no free hairdryer. It is available for a fee upon request. Room is spacious and clean. They provide drying racks and cleaning facets outside, perfect for your after beach activities. They have a beachfront area as seen in the photo. They also have in house resto where you can order and ask to cook your seafood finds in the market. I would recommend this place again. Value for money

Staff: Everyone is nice, accommodating and easy to talk to.  Bed: Not sure if it’s only my bed, but near board area, it keeps on creating a creaking sound disturbing other guests.  -Clean and comfy Aircon: A bit hot, not sure if someone keeps changing the aircon temp, get sweaty sometimes.  Recommendation - noticed some guests doesn’t care about people sleeping in the area and just casually talking inside for a long time. 2 young foreign girls, having a love story during my sleep :D, anyway, please remind your guest to be quite at all times and have their chats and snacks outside or in the lobby.

La-Familia Guest House es una joya escondida. 🌟 Ubicado en la hermosa Siquijor, está a un tiro de piedra de una impresionante playa de arena blanca. Las habitaciones están impecables y son acogedoras, lo que lo convierte en un refugio perfecto. 🏖️ El servicio es de primera categoría; el personal es amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar, lo que garantiza una estadía encantadora. Con excelentes instalaciones y un ambiente acogedor, este lugar realmente se siente como un hogar lejos del hogar. ¿El único inconveniente? ¡Es posible que nunca quieras irte! 😄 En general, ¡le daría 4 estrellas por una experiencia increíble!

This was my first trip to Cebu, Philippines, and this was the only hotel I stayed at during my visit. The hotel was easy to find, and there was a security guard downstairs who was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions. Upon arrival, the lady at the front desk patiently explained all the check-in details and was always willing to answer my questions about getting around. She even helped me look up useful information, which I really appreciated. The room was compact, clean, and bright. Although the soundproofing could be improved—as I could hear some traffic noise from outside—it was thoughtful of the hotel to provide complimentary earplugs at the front desk. Perhaps upgrading to better soundproof windows could make the stay even more comfortable. I also appreciated the small information cards placed in the room, which explained the hotel facilities and how to access them. Another pleasant surprise was finding a fire extinguisher in the room—it definitely gave me an extra sense of safety! 😊 The hotel also provided maps and transportation information for nearby attractions, which was very useful for a first-time visitor. Overall, I had a great stay and a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on my next visit.

Отель очень красивый, как оазис. За пределами него вид совершенно другой. Сервис отличный, помогли организовать поездку к акулам, вызвали такси в аэропорт, так как граб там не работает. Есть бассейн для аквалангистов 3 м. Не хватило больших полотенец, дали 4 маленьких. По утрам не было горячей воды, еле теплая.
