«The most I love with Flo is the Clean Bathroom, I've been to a lot of a hotels 4-5 stars but only jere in Floe where I didn't hesitate to use the bathroom barefoot. I wasn't able to took a picture of it. Also, the aircon on the other room can use some upgrades. The wifi Connection is way to slow, I needed to go to a resto or coffee shop so I can work. But overall it's worth the price.»

«Beautiful hotel, but as a new hotel they are poorly unorganised and many amenities are still yet to be completed. Couldnt vook the meeting rooms. The internet in the rooms always dropped out amd very unreliable to do business meetimgs, I had to rum team calls down near reception. Inconvenient!. ,I stayed in 3 different rooms and woke up to no hot water for a shower more than twice. Poor comtrols in place to ensure a customer room is ready and functioning. The food is probably great for locals but not for westerners. Many advertised meals they simply dont have. Great poolside, but no outside bar, or aloud to have a drink in the pool area. I will be a regular business visitor to Butuan during 2025 and therefore looking for a decent place that has a variety of food and reliable internet. Didn't fins it here.»

They even prepared a small suprise for me since we arrived on the day of my birthday.
We booked the Rattan Villa for five people, and it was incredibly spacious. There was more than enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. We also had restful nights—the beds were so soft and comfortable that it felt like sleeping in a five-star hotel.
The resort has a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Although there was some ongoing construction during our stay, it wasn't a major issue since we were out most of the day for our island activities, and the work had already stopped by the time we returned each afternoon.
We also enjoyed dining at their restaurant. The food was delicious, and we appreciated that the chef personally came over to ask how we liked our meals. My only suggestion would be to add more menu options, as the resort is quite far from restaurants and convenience stores. Kaya también ofrecen desayuno gratuito kasi wala ka nga naman makakainan sa labas na malapit. 6:40am start ng breakfast nila tas yung babaeng asistente wala man lang urgency na ihanda agad at 7am pa magsisimola magluto. Lol. La peor parte es la joven pinapatay nila joven quebrador ng eléctrica kapag tanghali (kasi inaasume nila na walang tao sa room) kaya minsan sobrang init kapag nagstay ka sa don. Así que necesitan mi pa sila tanungin kung brownout ba o pinatay lang nila breaker tas tsaka nila bubuksan ulit. Entonces sa gabi sinasarado nila yung principal valve ng tubig kesio nakakalimutan daw ng huésped na nakabukas daw yung gripo. E pano makakalimutan eh pinapatay nga nila yung principal válvula. So dapat lagi may ipon ng tubig para incase na patayin nila yung tubig eh makalig ka pa rn. Lol. Sugiero que se recoja un depósito de 100 pesos que se recoge en la ciudad para la mababalik. Desde todos los vuelos de salida sa Siargao ay Umaga y llegada pa sila alrededor de 5am entonces la joven casa principal es nakalock así que yo supongo que la joven 100pesos na kinolect es parang payment na rin sa key duplication así si alguna vez na matap din kayo sa gaung situación eh wag niyo ng Iwan Sa room Yung susi at Itapon Niyo Nalang.

Kalipay is conveniently located along the main road, walking distance from CEV (the best ceviche in Siargao) and Happiness Bar (best happy hour deal).
The resort is quiet, has a nice pool and the rooms are clean. The staff are amazing — friendly, accommodating and extra helpful. The receptionist, Kim, took really good care of us.

The Beach House is a very nice place to stay in General Luna. It’s directly at the beach and you can see the sea from your bed. It also has a private terrace, which you can see on the picture.
The people are very nice and help out with everything, also renting a scooter is quite easy. The accommodation is big and has a lot of space for your stuff. I would recommend staying at the beach house!

Aside from mattress, the location is fine, it's clean and theres even a cooking equipment and condiments.
