I had a wonderful stay at Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making it extremely comfortable throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the awesome cityscape view — waking up to the skyline and enjoying the lights at night was truly refreshing and relaxing. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The building offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and secure access, which added a lot of convenience and peace of mind. Everything was easily accessible and well managed. Overall, Mutiara Ville is a great place to stay in Cyberjaya, especially if you enjoy a beautiful city view combined with modern amenities and a calm environment. I would highly recommend it for both short and long stays.

This homestay was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is convenient and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home during our time here. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The inside of the building is dark. The elevator works funny-buttons don't match the level, and taking you up and down for no reason. Route from parking to reception is quite confusing and the parking is more expensive than a decent hotel. Consider other options before you consider here because the reality is more shocking as compared to the nice photos of the room.

La ubicación está muy cerca de una tienda utama. Sólo 8-15minutes conducir a 1U o Starling Mall. El check-in y check-out es fácil, la instrucción se ha limpiado. Toda la casa es limpia y cómoda. La casa se enfrenta a la zona de camping y la mezquita, así que habrá un poco de ruido. Además de eso, todo está bien. Definitivamente reservará esta casa de nuevo si con familia ,Tq host.

El edificio y el complejo son nuevos. Todavía se nota que no están terminados. Los apartamentos básicos son bastante pequeños, pero está bien. La ubicación es un poco complicada. El Grab siempre se pierde 😅 Mana-mana es genial, muy servicial.

El hotel es enorme, mi niño puede correr aquí y allí. También hay una piscina, buena manera de jugar con la familia ur. El equipo de respuesta es responsable de todas mis preguntas (problema de WiFi), bueno trabajo. Si desea aparcar en el estacionamiento estacional, tiene que pagar rm8 adicional, o si no, puede aparcar en el espacio de estacionamiento que está disponible cerca de la estación de Atria.

The location is decent and convenient enough for getting around Bukit Bintang area. The unit itself looks clean and new, just like in the photos. However, there are a few issues that affected our comfort during the stay: • The curtains do not fully cover the windows (there are gaps on the sides), so the room doesn’t get completely dark. • Soundproofing is quite poor — we could clearly hear noise from outside and neighboring units. • One of the air conditioners was not working properly, making the room feel warm and uncomfortable at times. While the unit appears modern and clean, these problems made the stay less relaxing than expected. Better curtains, improved sound insulation, and ensuring all air cons are fully functional would greatly improve the experience.

I feel very happy and comfortable to have your room as my staycation. All available facilities can be used optimally. You as a host are very easy to communicate with. I really appreciate and will make your room one of the stays I will remember and will likely repeat again. Thank you!

No apto para mujeres que viajan solas. Primera habitación: el inodoro tenía un atasco de agua. Solicité un cambio de habitación; la segunda habitación tenía basura en el cubo de basura y la cama llena de polvo. Tuve que comprar Febreze en Bila-Bila Mart para que fuera más llevadero. El hotel ofrece nuevas comodidades, lo cual es bueno. Pero, en general, el mantenimiento es deficiente y la administración es deficiente. Me alojé 3 noches; vi a muchos huéspedes entrando y saliendo, pero el mantenimiento no está a la altura del tráfico. La salida fue incómoda; tuve que esperar el ascensor dos veces. En ambas ocasiones estaba lleno de grupos de hombres extranjeros hablando en voz alta. Me sentí incómodo. Este lugar tiene potencial, pero la administración necesita mejorar considerablemente.

Apartamento completo con 2 habitaciones grandes, y 2 lavanderías . Alojamiento amigable y bienvenido. Limpieza no mala. Diseño moderno. Ver desde la unidad muy agradable.
