The most interesting view near by (besides) Lost World of Tambun, Ipoh, Perak; the scenery looks very interesting and the view is great. All the facilities of this unit Onsen S-08-13 here and the comfort is good. The service from the management is also good and very helpful. Highly recommended to those out there who want the satisfaction of the Lost World of Tambun view, the location is also close to a few good places to go out to eat for domestic and foreign tourists. One of good place to stay in today.

Had a pleasant stay in this homestay. Well kept with cleaniness. Spacious car park and can park outside too. All amenities are still new and clean. Location slightly away from town

Best guesthouses if you have more than 10 adults or 3/4 families. Good for kids and children. The hotel is bit far from lost world of Tambun, with no near by mall. The guesthouse was clean when we check in. Daily housekeeping or Cleanliness is not included so you have to pay out of your own. Overall decent experience and value for money.

this is the second time i’m staying at this place. the first time was booked via agoda. the room is spacious and nice but floor is dusty. but that isn’t a big deal for me. what has really ruined my mood for the stay was the front desk guy. he is an indian man. he called me 3 times on the morning of my stay but i didn’t pick up because i was driving from KL. when i reach there around 2.30 pm after i had my lunch, i gave a call to the number in the front desk (which was his number who called me earlier) to ask if can check-in now or need to wait until 3pm. he said 3pm and i was okay since it’s just a few more minutes until 3pm anyway. no one was in the premise at that time which is why i call the number written on the whiteboard. during my check-in, he is complaining about why i didn’t pickup the call so he didn’t know what time i’m coming to check in. so unprofessional of him to say that the first thing to a guest. trying to blame me? well first, you’re calling in the morning of my trip and you can’t expect me to pickup the phone when i’m driving? you could have just leave a message on whatsapp if i didn’t pickup the call. everybody is using whatsapp nowadays so what’s so hard to reach me? second, he asks for RM50 deposit but my mother didn’t hear at first so she asked what the RM50 is for and he said to buy KFC? repeatedly saying to buy KFC. is that suppose to be a joke? we all know he’s just trying to be sarcastic to my mother because that isn’t funny at all to us. during my first time stay at this place on Dec 2023, Mr Poon whatsapp me A DAY before my trip to confirm my booking and my arrival time. it was pleasant and easy with Mr Poon which is why i choose this place again for my second trip but turns out, the front desk is a different person this time and he really ruined my mood during my stay there because of his unprofessional attitude.

The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines and free weights, great for staying in shape. There’s also a barbecue area that can be reserved for gatherings, which adds a nice touch for family or group stays. Plus, the complex is gated with 24-hour security, so I felt very safe and secure throughout my stay.

the guest house is near to a laundry, 7 eleven & also chocolate shop. the room also clean & worth the price! gonna repeat this place soon 🥰 the owner also very easy to deal. the homestay also near the pangkor jetty. only took 3-4 mins to get there if you use a motorbike or taxi.

¡Muy estratégico!

La ubicación es fácil de encontrar a través de Waze. El check-in es sencillo. La casa de huéspedes es relativamente nueva. La habitación familiar Quad es espaciosa y cómoda. Ideal para familias de 4 a 5 personas. El edificio de 3 niveles ofrece un amplio espacio común y un jardín al aire libre en la azotea. También hay una bonita cafetería y un spa para los huéspedes. Definitivamente visitaré esta casa de huéspedes nuevamente.

Poor: 1. No stove to cook 2. No washer/dryer 3. Deposit too high (RM 300) but will take more than 1 week to return.  4. Very little drinking water  5. Storage areas (kitchenware smelly)  6. Limited access cars to only 1. So, it’s either whole family must go out or all stay inside. Trouble to go out and go to pool area at the same time.

¡Muy estratégico!

La ubicación es fácil de encontrar a través de Waze. El check-in es sencillo. La casa de huéspedes es relativamente nueva. La habitación familiar Quad es espaciosa y cómoda. Big room and clean. Is suitable for family groups. Have kitchen at outside..very convenient because can refill hot water or drinking water..thanks owner for your good preparing by providing us mattress and blanket

I had one night stay with 2 family members of mine. The car park is narrow and limited, you need to be careful to park your car. Check in was rather easy and fast, no deposit was asked. Hotel is equipped with many facilities like gym, swimming pool, KTV and even a cinema. The family room I booked is spacious, you will get enough space to put 3 persons luggages. The bathroom satisfies me the most, there is a bathtub and a standing shower room equipped with 2 in 1 heater, and the water pressure is adjustable yet strong enough. However, the room Aircon swinging function is broken, it just blows in a fixed direction and may not be cooling the farer bed. Also, one side of the sofa chair was wet during my visit :( Overall my stay is fine without much inconvenience.

非常新的一間小屋，很温馨。大門是自動開關的門，很方便。周圍有好吃的，位置比較方便，走路也可以逛。衞生大致是乾淨衞生的，但是床上可能沒有換床單（有女人頭髮和一些小碎屑），有待改進。

Not much to expect. But for this price range, have better one around.

Easy check in. Easy communicate with owner.

Eso es que el espacio de la cabaña de madera es bueno, es que la ubicación del hotel es un poco mala. Porque es una cabaña, por lo que puede ser más guapo cuando llueve. La velocidad de la red WiFi es más rápida, ver YouTube es muy guapo en la televisión, darle a alguien 👍

The facilities were great. Room, linen, towels, etc were very clean and I was impressed with the quality of everything in general about the room. Service provided by Mr. Kor was also responsive, friendly and helpful. Location was good with short walks to most places of interest in KS. Beautiful views of life in the river as well. Did not managed to patronize the restaurant as it was only a short trip. Maybe next trip. Everything was great. Maybe not as suitable at the moment for the less mobile/elderly as the Elevators are not yet installed, but everything else is top notch. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel if you're visiting the area.

Nice homestay with wonderful views of the river from the balcony. The owners are very nice and helpful. This homestay is also near to eating places.
