«Urban Suites provides basic amenities like a kettle, towels, and 2-in-1 hair & body shampoo. There is also a washing machine available, which is convenient for longer stays. It also has an exceptionally good night view from rooftop 42 level. Check in was easy, carpark is easy to navigate as well. However, there are several areas that could be improved: 1. Only one ceramic cup was provided, while the rest were plastic cups and plastic bowls. 2. A meat cutting knife was provided, but there was no small fruit knife. 3. The shower head was damaged, causing uneven water flow. 4. The iron was dirty and unusable for ironing clothes. 5. The sofa was too hard and not very comfortable. 6. The worst part was the lift waiting time — during peak hours, waiting for the lift could take 10–15 minutes.»

«I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. They offer many complimentary items and services such as free breakfast, iron, washing machines, toothbrush and toothpaste, hair dryer, umbrella, free bicycle rental, and even a shared chiller for guests to use. One extra bonus is that they also provide motorbike rental services, which was very convenient. The free breakfast was surprisingly delicious even though it was complimentary. They also offered both spicy and non-spicy options, so guests can choose according to their preference. Overall, this is a very nice hotel with excellent hospitality and facilities. I would definitely give this hotel 100 marks and highly recommend it to others.»

«The location is pretty strategic. If you want a peaceful place to stay, this is it as the place is not in the middle of Georgetown. Amenities such as shower gel (smells really good & they actually sell it), shampoo, washing machine, cooking utensils, induction stove, iron, ironing board, hangers and towels are all provided to be used during our stay (NOT to be taken home). The television is an Android TV so you can watch shows from various platforms such as Netflix, YouTube, VIU and more. The elevators are fully functional and they have 3 for the whole building (it may be slow during the evening due to people going out and having a swim; plus during checkout so plan your time so that you don’t wait too long). The swimming pool is quite congested during the weekends and towels are not provided as this is not a hotel. So remember to bring your own towel, going into the elevator in wet clothes will result in a big fine per person. We got Grab e-Hailing pretty easily here. However, I need to point out that there’s too many contact numbers provided but only one number actually replies to customers. Instead of directing customers to the correct number to enquire, they chose to keep quite and ignore all messages. Even emails are only read, not replied. Please fix this attitude for a better customer experience.»

«Really had a very pleasant stay here with my family 😊 We all loved the unit very much. The house design feels very cozy and comfortable, and most importantly, the whole place was very clean. Before our stay, the check-in and check-out instructions provided were also very clear and easy to follow, which made the whole self check-in process very smooth and convenient for us. The facilities were also very family-friendly for guests with babies and children. The host thoughtfully prepared extra bedsheets, pillows and blankets in the cabinet. There were also board games, swimming goggles and swimming floats prepared for guests. The kitchen utensils were very complete, and they even prepared separate utensils for Muslim guests, which was very thoughtful. Another thing we really appreciated was the floor mats outside the bathrooms because our family is not used to walking around indoors with wet feet. My daughter especially loved sleeping in the living room because she could lie on the bed while chatting together with the family. There was even an old-school game console for guests to play with, which brought back nostalgic memories 😊 The air-conditioning was cold enough, and the refrigerator remained powered on while we were outside, so we did not have to worry about our food getting spoiled. The bathroom also had a shower chair for elderly guests, which was very suitable for my father. The location was also very convenient. In the morning, there were Malay food stalls right across the accommodation. Walking about 5–10 minutes to the left side, there were also Chinese food options available. Downstairs, there was ZUS Coffee and a mini bar, which made everything even more convenient for families staying here. During our stay, my father accidentally broke the shoe rack while sitting down to wear his shoes, and we also accidentally cracked two mugs while making ice. The host was very understanding, did not blame us, and immediately reassured us not to worry. We truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to have more power sockets, as families travelling together usually need to charge many phones and devices. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back again 😊»

«Booking process was quite smooth and easy. The place nearby was quite happening for place to eat The room was clean But I believe it is an office modified to become a room to stay. Therefore it was very quiet outside of office hours. I found it awkward as it did not represent the vibe either an apartment or hotel.»

«The location is strategic, and the property is clean and well maintained. A special thank you to Ms Ayuni from Customer Service, who was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. I would like to suggest installing a wall mirror outside the bathroom for ladies to use while getting ready. This would allow others to use the bathroom at the same time and improve convenience for guests. Additionally, it would be helpful to provide the clothes drying rack, as it would make drying clothes much easier for guests. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Thank you for your excellent hospitality.»
