Fácil de registrar, muy limpio, la ubicación es inmejorable y el anfitrión responde muy rápido. La vista es increíble y el apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades, excepto la lavadora. Layout is nice and comfortable. The kids love it. I like the drawers provided under the beds. Initially I was worried about lack of a cabinet for clothes. Water dispenser is very well used by us. Plenty of power sockets near the bed.
Swimming pool had a great view. Chlorine taste was crazy strong though. Kids thought the water was salty.
Biggest gripe is that this place is too popular. 4 lifts serving the 30+ levels of patrons are not sufficient. During peak periods like meal, arrival or checkout timings, we waited more than 15mins to get into the lift.
Overall very pleasant stay.

Booking process was quite smooth and easy.
The place nearby was quite happening for place to eat
The room was clean
But I believe it is an office modified to become a room to stay. Therefore it was very quiet outside of office hours. I found it awkward as it did not represent the vibe either an apartment or hotel.

La habitación carecía de artículos de aseo básicos como afeitadora y jabón de manos. Tuvimos que usar el de la ducha cada vez que queríamos lavarnos las manos. Una afeitadora desechable sería genial, ya que son artículos básicos que no llevaríamos en un viaje. Nuestra habitación en la planta 33 era ruidosa porque estaban probando el sistema de megafonía. En una ocasión, anunciaron a los huéspedes que debían evacuar la habitación y no usar el ascensor. Nos quedamos totalmente impactados, solo para descubrir más tarde que solo era un simulacro. En general, la experiencia no fue una estancia agradable.

Voor het Algemeen niets mis,mee maar de reviews zijn denk ik gebaseerd op backpackers,het was midden in het oude gedeelte van Georgetown veel lawaai en niet de voorzieningen die je van een hotel verwacht,het was meer een hostel,en veel kleine bedrijven In de buurt.

Ventajas: Impresionantes vistas al mar y una playa muy tranquila. Hermosas vistas a la montaña justo afuera de la habitación. Dormir con la brisa marina y el sonido de las olas fue sumamente relajante; uno de los mejores sueños que he tenido últimamente. El ventilador de techo mantuvo la habitación fresca y hay aire acondicionado disponible si es necesario.
Desventajas: La ubicación es un poco incómoda. Había moho en el techo del baño. El cepillo de dientes no fue proporcionado como se prometió y los artículos de aseo no eran muy buenos.

YYevon ChaiFongNos alojamos en Beacon Executive Suite con mi familia y, en general, tuvimos una estancia agradable y cómoda.
El apartamento estaba limpio, espacioso y era ideal para familias, con suficiente espacio para que todos se relajaran. El anfitrión fue muy atento y servicial, facilitando el proceso de registro y respondiendo a nuestras preguntas con rapidez.
La ubicación es conveniente, con fácil acceso a Georgetown y a restaurantes cercanos. El aparcamiento era una gran ventaja para quienes viajan en coche.
La piscina infinita y las vistas desde la azotea fueron lo mejor: los niños lo disfrutaron muchísimo y las vistas nocturnas eran preciosas.
Algunos detalles a mejorar:
• El tiempo de espera para el ascensor puede ser largo en horas punta.
• Los utensilios de cocina son bastante básicos.
• La cama era un poco demasiado blanda para nuestro gusto.

TTravel Channel Asia - MalaysiaWe decided on our overnight trip to Penang at the very last minute but still managed to secure this unit and check in on 29th Dec 2025, since it was impromptu, prices were not cheap. It was difficult to find good and reasonably priced accommodation just after Christmas before New Year. However, I must say this unit was a good find. Not cheap but reasonably priced due to high season but I must say that it was easy to book, check in and out, everything went smoothly. Communication via Whats App and Check in details were sufficient, did not have any difficulties in finding the place and parking was good. Location is excellent.
This place is in Georgetown, we did do GRAB if we wanted to go to places which were difficult to find parking and the rest which were further we just drove to where we need to go. For dinner, the young adults walked back from Citadines Hotel area (happening place with hawker food round the corner and a shopping mall) and had a great time discovering new F & B outlets. The rest of the senior citizens of course, took a GRAB car and quickly got back to the unit to rest and had a nice cuppa tea before bedtime. The following morning, it was breakfast at Pulau Tikus market, nearby as well. Old hawkers are still around there, so food is good. There is a great Nyonya restaurant in that area as well though we could not go this time round as we ended up at Oceano Symphony. Another story to follow up if you are interested.
Our family enjoyed our stay at the unit, decor was good and facilities were well-kept, clean and sufficient. The view is lovely (high floor) - do have a good seaview, stretches from Living room all the way to the Master Bedroom. Also you have 2 convenient shops downstairs in case you need to grab a sandwich or drinks.

1) El servicio de atención al cliente por WhatsApp responde muy rápido y amablemente :).
2) Hay muchos restaurantes cerca. Busca ”restaurante Claypot” y comimos allí cuatro días seguidos, incluso después de mudarnos de hotel.
3) La piscina estaba limpia y bonita.
4) La decoración antigua del hotel es increíble.
5) El hotel tenía dos plazas de aparcamiento privadas; también hay plazas de aparcamiento fuera, pero no estoy seguro de si es legal. Tuvimos suerte de tener al menos una plaza en el hotel durante nuestra estancia.
A mejorar:
1) El hotel no tiene recepción. Asegúrate de que los clientes reciban los datos de su check-in antes de llegar o al menos justo antes de las 15:00.
2) El wifi podría ser más rápido. Falló varias veces durante mi estancia de tres días y dos noches. Mi señora y yo ni siquiera pudimos cargar Google Maps. Fue bastante frustrante. Tuve que usar mis datos.
3) ¿Tal vez la insonorización? Teníamos una habitación que daba a la calle principal y en nuestra habitación había una puerta que antes se abría y daba al balcón, pero está bloqueada por un armario grande. Esto permitía que el sonido se filtrara por las rendijas de la puerta.
4) El inodoro podría estar más limpio; revisen los sifones del suelo y asegúrense de que estén limpios; el limpiador dejó una bola de pelo atrapada en ellos.
5) El suelo del inodoro podría tener tiras antideslizantes. Estaba muy resbaladizo. Tuve que prohibirle a mi hijo pequeño que usara el baño.
6) Había demasiados mosquitos en el hotel. Por suerte, no había en nuestra habitación.

It was well equipped with amenities (smart tv, air purifier) and well located with eateries and convenience store nearby . The sea view from the apartment was amazing. Additionally, the host (Yeoh) was extremely helpful in providing recommendations to go or eat within Penang and was prompt in answering queries related to the apartment. In summary this is a hidden gem worth staying .

The Location, cleanliness, and service are all excellent. Another thing is that we were able to enjoy and experience the breathtaking New Year's countdown fireworks from the historic skyline of Georgetown City at the hotel's common area terrace. See the photo taken during that time below.
First of all, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful.
The Malaysian Chinese lady owner was incredibly kind and always willing to help, which made my stay feel even more welcoming and personal.
As soon as you step outside the hotel, many major tourist attractions are within walking distance, so the location is very convenient.
Aside from that, the room was very clean, cozy, and charming, perfectly capturing the old Penang vibe.
Overall, it’s a simple, compact, and lovely hotel that I truly enjoyed and would happily recommend.
Overall, the experience at the hotel was really fun, there are many good features about it, such as the location, and the facilities.
And the price is affordable too. Thanks for a wonderful time. Housekeeping change towel every day.
