Check-in remoto. Indican la hora de llegada por WhatsApp y envían instrucciones sobre dónde recoger la llave. Todo es sencillo. Me cambiaron de habitación (había otras reservas) y me cambiaron de categoría gratis. ¡Muchas gracias! La habitación no es la más nueva, pero está limpia y es acogedora. Hay un salón (microondas, hervidor de agua, tazas), un dormitorio con cama doble y un baño con ducha y bañera. La cama es muy cómoda y la ropa de cama es de buena calidad. La ducha/bañera tiene buena presión de agua, pero cuidado, el agua puede estar muy caliente. Al hacer el check-in, dos botellas de agua y té/café. Salida a un balcón grande. Es cierto que las puertas se atascan un poco. Vistas a la ciudad. Mesa y silla cómodas para trabajar, internet normal. La habitación es tranquila. Hay alfombra en el pasillo. Enfrente hay supermercados y cafeterías. A 15 minutos de la Plaza Roja, a un ritmo tranquilo. Hay piscina en la azotea, tumbonas, mesas y sillas. Hay sauna. No hay gente.

I booked this hotel for a one-night stay. While the front desk service was excellent and the room was clean and well-maintained, I unfortunately would not choose to stay here again, especially considering the price point. The room was also smaller than I expected, particularly the bathroom. Space felt quite limited, which made the stay less comfortable than anticipated. For the price paid, I expected a more spacious and practical room layout. The biggest issue for me, however, was the lack of soundproofing. The walls seem extremely thin, and I had a very poor night’s sleep because of the constant noise. I was repeatedly awakened throughout the night, starting from around 5AM. The noises came from both inside and outside the hotel, including motorcycles passing by, people talking and laughing loudly on the street, footsteps on the stairs, doors closing, cups and mugs being placed on tables, housekeeping activities, and vacuum cleaners. At times, the sounds felt as if they were coming from right next to my bed. For the rate charged, I believe there are other accommodations that offer much better value and a more comfortable sleeping environment. A good night’s rest is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this property fell short in that regard. That being said, I would like to commend the staff for their friendly and helpful service. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and free-flow water available in the pantry. These were nice touches that enhanced the overall guest experience. Another positive aspect is the parking. For guests who are driving, the hotel provides complimentary parking spaces, and the parking area is relatively spacious. This makes it convenient and hassle-free for those traveling by car. Overall, the service and cleanliness were good, and I appreciated the parking facilities and pantry amenities. However, the small room size and poor sound insulation significantly impacted my stay. Unfortunately, this will likely be a one-time stay for me.

The room is reasonably clean and location is considerably good, just a few minutes ride to Jonker. Probably the management could consider putting some tissues in the living room, it would be helpful especially when traveling with kids. One downside is that on the day of check out, it seems like the WiFi was turned off which causes some inconveniences. But overall, still acceptable.

I recently stayed at 57 Ruma Oren Heritage and had a lovely experience. The location is excellent – right along Jonker Street, which made exploring Melaka’s attractions, cafés, and shops super convenient. What made the stay even better was that the place is pet-friendly, which is a big plus for anyone travelling with furry companions. The overall vibe was cosy and welcoming – perfect for a relaxed, fuss-free stay in the heart of the heritage area.

I had a wonderful stay at this unit, perfect for my small family! The location is excellent, with easy access to the town and plenty of nearby food spots. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. Definitely a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Malacca. Would love to come back again!

Easy check in process.. But if you need extra hours after check out time, you need confirmation from the host or you will be locked from outside with your belonging still inside the house.. It happened to us when we came back from registering our daughter nearby univ. at 12.10 ..check out time 12.00..our beloging still inside the resident and we cannot enter the resident using the same passcode given earlier.Overall the apartment was very nice and cosy..

Overall, it was a pleasant stay in Melaka. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as shown in the photos. The owner was also very helpful and responsive throughout the stay. However, there was no designated parking provided. Parking costs RM15 per entry, which can be quite inconvenient, especially if you plan to go in and out frequently. The check-in process was also delayed by about 45 minutes because the security guard was quite strict and had difficulty communicating in English and Malay. Thankfully, the owner stepped in and assisted us promptly. Despite the parking and check-in issues, the room itself was excellent and made the stay enjoyable.

I had an excellent stay at this dormitory hostel and consider it one of my favourite places to stay in Melaka. The location is highly convenient, close to Jonker Street, Red Square and etc, plus numerous eateries, shops, and essential amenities nearby. Pak Putra, one of my favourite restaurants, is just a short walk away, which was an added advantage. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was in good order throughout my stay, and I thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience. Highly recommend this hostel to solo travellers and budget-conscious visitors seeking a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Melaka.
