«We enjoyed the arcade game and pool table. Thankful that Netflix is easily accessed. Owner was very communicative.
There were toilet issues, aircon issue and waterproofing issues. Owner tried to settle immediately. Although I think the unit is due for major waterproofing. The master room is flooded nearer to the toilet. Common toilet has low water pressure and wasn't able to flush for 1 whole day. Had issue with the living room aircon upon check in, and it was settled the next day. Luckily the bedrooms aircon works very well. It was a scorching and humid day during check in.
Mattress were hard for living room sofa bed, and the kids bunk bed - it was more of a thick quilt being laid down as mattress.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Just wished it to be flawless. Thank u for the wonderful stay!»

«Great Stay with Beautiful Lighting
We had a wonderful weekend stay at this apartment. The place looks amazingly cool, especially with the LED lighting that gives the whole apartment a very modern and cozy vibe. The kids absolutely enjoyed the jacuzzi, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, everything was comfortable and we had a pleasant experience.
Just a few small suggestions that could make the stay even better. It would be helpful if extra plastic bags for rubbish could be provided. Also, some additional lighting at the makeup table would be great, as it is quite dark and we had to do our makeup using the toilet mirror instead.
Another suggestion would be to include some TV channels. When travelling with elderly family members, they usually prefer watching normal TV rather than Netflix. Providing a few extra towels would also be appreciated.
The sandals provided were fine, and the bidet is definitely a big plus point!
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would still recommend this place.»

El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad.
En realidad, me encantó tanto que quería prolongar mi estancia por otra 4 noches. Fui un poco triste por esto, porque realmente quería quedarme más tiempo. Al final, tuve que seguir las reglas y comprobar como estaba previsto.
A pesar de eso, mi experiencia global fue sorprendente, y me quedaría feliz aquí otra vez. Gracias a todo el equipo por hacer mi estancia tan agradable. Recomiendo muy i-Homestay y definitivamente volvería en el futuro! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My wife and I had a truly wonderful stay at R&F. From the moment we arrived, we were very impressed with how clean, comfortable, and well-maintained the unit was. It felt almost brand new!
Everything was thoughtfully provided, and all the appliances, including the fridge, were exceptionally clean and looked as good as new. The air-conditioning was also very efficient and nice and cold, making the unit very comfortable throughout our stay.
We especially enjoyed the beautiful view — it made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.
Both my wife and I had such a pleasant experience here. In fact, my wife specifically told me, “Book the same unit again next time!” 😊
Thank you for providing such a lovely and comfortable place. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Very spacious rooms and two functional toilets, but recommend to bring your own soap and shampoo. The bed and pillow has abit of musty smell so its not the best. They offer luggage storage service but do note it’s not an office where you can collect anytime you want, you need to message the staff and depending on your luck, their response time may vary. Location is good just opposite R&f mall.

The advertisement contains a balcony with seaview but the actual unit does not have. This misrepresentation is apparently market practice and the only way to tell if the actual unit has seaview is if seaview is listed in amenities. I ended up with a unit facing a wall instead of the sea.

Stayed for 1 night — everything was great!
The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free.
The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

Usuario invitadoThe bed in this hotel was quite comfortable and I slept well, which was the part I was most satisfied with.
However, the overall facilities were rather basic, and the air-conditioning was not very effective. We had to switch on both the air-conditioner and the fan to make the room feel cooler.
Also, the actual room size did not feel as big as the advertised 30m². After entering the room, there was basically only a double bed, a dressing table, and a wardrobe. Including the bathroom, the room size felt more like around 20–25m².
One advantage is that the location is quite convenient, with an AEON, a petrol station, and a bus stop nearby, making it easy to buy things and travel around.
My wife and I only stayed for one night, so overall it was still acceptable. It just felt like the actual room was a bit different from what was advertised. It’s a pity that I can’t upload a video here, as it would show the real situation more clearly.
