«We took one queen sized bed room, it is a very simple room, only a queen sized mattress with no tv and table or cupboard etc. It has a window but the window is not facing outside, the window is facing the corridor so it has no different whether to open or close the window. It had a small washroom in the room with water heater but i think the heater is not hot enough. Hope that te management could put more attention on maintainence because the washroom door screws have come off and therefore the door is not fully in right position and could see through the person inside the washroom a little 😅 I like they have daily housekeeping and trustable cleaners there. They are very kind and friendly 😊»

«I enjoyed this stay. I’m a business traveller and this apartment was perfect to combine work with relaxation in JB. The table is perfect for working on a laptop, the pool is great for a swim inbetween work. The location is perfect with the R&F Mall nearby, and a great covered walkway to the CIQ complex (I travelled from KL by train, and left for Singapore after my stay).»

«We enjoyed the arcade game and pool table. Thankful that Netflix is easily accessed. Owner was very communicative. There were toilet issues, aircon issue and waterproofing issues. Owner tried to settle immediately. Although I think the unit is due for major waterproofing. The master room is flooded nearer to the toilet. Common toilet has low water pressure and wasn't able to flush for 1 whole day. Had issue with the living room aircon upon check in, and it was settled the next day. Luckily the bedrooms aircon works very well. It was a scorching and humid day during check in. Mattress were hard for living room sofa bed, and the kids bunk bed - it was more of a thick quilt being laid down as mattress. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Just wished it to be flawless. Thank u for the wonderful stay!»

«La ubicación del hotel es buena, el precio es muy asequible y el servicio es muy apreciable. En primer lugar, el sonido del balcón es muy pobre. El ruido de los vehículos pasando me hizo difícil dormir. En segundo lugar, el escritorio en la habitación no es estable y tiende a bobinar de lado a lado cuando se utiliza. En tercer lugar, la cabeza de ducha en el baño se dañaba, lo que resultó en una experiencia de ducha desagradable, y la presión del agua también fue inferior a las expectativas. En vista del precio, ofrece un excelente valor para el dinero y es definitivamente una opción valiosa. La habitación de la habitación es muy buena, pero no es muy buena.»

«Had a really nice stay here! We stayed in the 2-bedroom Seaview Suite with the Coco Signature theme and honestly loved how aesthetic the whole place was. Definitely a very nice spot for taking photos! The room was really spacious and the seaview from the balcony was my favourite part. It’s such a nice place to just sit, chill and enjoy the view. Both bedrooms were spacious with comfortable queen-size beds, and the pillows were SO soft and fluffy — literally felt like sleeping on clouds 😂 The living room was cosy too, with a comfy sofa, aircon and a TV box with lots of movies to watch. They even provided a card game, which was a nice little touch. The dining area was also really cute with a fake candle on the table, so you could even have a little candlelight dinner/date night there. The kitchen was very clean and well-equipped. They provided utensils, microwave, kettle, water dispenser, big fridge and washing machine. I also really appreciated the small details like trash bags, dish soap, sponge and a bottle brush — especially useful if you’re travelling with a baby and need to wash bottles. There’s also a laundry basket and fire extinguisher provided. Cleanliness was honestly 10/10 for me. The whole suite was very clean and tidy when we arrived, including the balcony. I couldn’t spot any dirt, dust or stains. Bathroom was clean and dry, bedsheets were clean and neat, and the towels were nicely rolled and placed on the bed. Everything was in good condition and there was no weird smell. There’s no front desk, but communication with the owner through WhatsApp was easy. The owner was friendly and quick to reply, and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. They also helped us with directions to the swimming pool and gym. Location-wise, there are lots of food places, marts and a Starbucks nearby, and getting Grab was easy. The beach area is nice and chill for walking around and relaxing, although swimming in the sea isn’t recommended because of crocodile warnings. A few things could be improved though. The swimming pool water wasn’t as clear as I expected and there was some seaweed in it. Also, if you’re travelling with a baby, moving around the property can be a little tiring because of the doors and lift access between the guardhouse and the lift area. It would be much easier if you have your own vehicle as you can park closer to the lift. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay. The place is spacious, clean, aesthetic and honestly quite reasonably priced. The seaview and the Coco theme were definitely the highlights for me. I would stay here again and would recommend it especially for families because of the space, but it’s also really nice for couples who want a cosy and pretty place for a short getaway. Definitely a solid 4/5 from me! ❤️»

«En general, era un lugar de alojamiento bueno y bien equipado. Las instalaciones están en la parte superior, con un distribuidor de agua que ofrece agua caliente y libre de flujo, un gran refrigerador, herramientas de cocina, cuchillo, lavado corporal, champú, secador de pelo, hierro, pendiente, lavado de mano y detergente para lavar la ropa. El punto más importante fue la lavavajillas con función de secador, que fue muy conveniente y la primera vez que me encontré con esta característica en una unidad NestHome. La ubicación es buena, y las instalaciones están en el nivel 8, y desde B2, podemos cruzar el puente de enlace a través del nivel 8 a RF Mall, que fue muy conveniente. La habitación tenía un olor a cigarrillos que parecía venir de ningún lugar. La habitación está en el centro de la ciudad, y la habitación está en el centro de la ciudad. Además de estas cuestiones, la estancia era generalmente cómoda y la unidad estaba bien equipada.»

«The stay is just ok. However, the process to find the place was quite a hassle. We been turning around the same street for few time to collect the key as the management office is not in the same building. For the apartment, i think there's a need to do some refurbished especially the toilets.»
