«Our recent stay at Space Residency was an absolutely wonderful experience, and one of the biggest reasons was the incredible convenience and cleanliness of the accommodation. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the apartment was. The rooms were spotless, the common areas were tidy, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. As a family travelling with children, cleanliness is always one of our top priorities, and Space Residency exceeded our expectations. It truly felt like a home away from home where we could relax comfortably after a long day of exploring Johor Bahru. What made the stay even more enjoyable was the excellent location. Everything we needed was just a short drive away. Food options were plentiful and easily accessible, making every meal something to look forward to. We especially enjoyed visiting nearby dim sum restaurants, where we had delicious breakfasts to start our day. For Japanese food lovers like us, Warakuya quickly became one of our favourite dining spots. The food was consistently good, the atmosphere was pleasant, and it was so convenient to reach from Space Residency. Beyond food, there were also many lifestyle and wellness services nearby that added to the overall experience. One of our favourite discoveries was Ayu Borneo at Trove, where we enjoyed a relaxing massage session after a day of shopping and sightseeing. The soothing environment and professional service helped us recharge and made our holiday even more enjoyable. Another highlight was our visit to Kimino Beauty at Pelangi. What surprised us most was how much our children enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and patient, making the visit comfortable and enjoyable for the whole family. It is not often that both adults and children leave a beauty and wellness establishment smiling, but Kimino Beauty managed to do exactly that. The combination of a clean and comfortable accommodation, excellent accessibility to food, and proximity to quality services made our stay truly memorable. We never had to spend excessive time travelling from place to place, which meant more quality family time and less stress. Whether it was heading out for dim sum in the morning, enjoying Japanese cuisine for dinner, relaxing with a massage, or visiting Kimino Beauty, everything was conveniently within reach. Overall, Space Residency offered the perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. It served as an ideal base for our family holiday, allowing us to enjoy the best of Johor Bahru with ease. We would gladly recommend it to families, couples, and anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent access to great food and services. We are already looking forward to our next visit.»

«We enjoyed the arcade game and pool table. Thankful that Netflix is easily accessed. Owner was very communicative. There were toilet issues, aircon issue and waterproofing issues. Owner tried to settle immediately. Although I think the unit is due for major waterproofing. The master room is flooded nearer to the toilet. Common toilet has low water pressure and wasn't able to flush for 1 whole day. Had issue with the living room aircon upon check in, and it was settled the next day. Luckily the bedrooms aircon works very well. It was a scorching and humid day during check in. Mattress were hard for living room sofa bed, and the kids bunk bed - it was more of a thick quilt being laid down as mattress. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Just wished it to be flawless. «We took one queen sized bed room, it is a very simple room, only a queen sized mattress with no tv and table or cupboard etc. It has a window but the window is not facing outside, the window is facing the corridor so it has no different whether to open or close the window. It had a small washroom in the room with water heater but i think the heater is not hot enough. Hope that te management could put more attention on maintainence because the washroom door screws have come off and therefore the door is not fully in right position and could see through the person inside the washroom a little 😅 I like they have daily housekeeping and trustable cleaners there. They are very kind and friendly 😊»

«El servicio y las respuestas fueron perfectas. Tienen millas extra para ayudar a cambiar mi habitación para satisfacer mis deseos/ expectativas. No dudan en proporcionar estos servicios adicionales, totalmente dispuestos hasta un punto que me sentí mal hehe. La habitación estaba muy bien decorada y el sol estaba a la vista de la noche. El hotel está muy bien decorado y tiene un baño muy bien decorado, con un tubo en el interior, con vistas al mar, muy bien decorado. Regresaré a esta casa, la próxima ronda voy a probar con otros temas (todos parecen interesantes para pasar las nitas). Realmente sentí que el propietario tenía un corazón pensado y ideas para hacer nuestra estadía una inolvidable, apreciada y un millón de gracias!!!! ¡Seguramente volverá a oír de mí enseguida.🙏🙏😉»

«En general, era un lugar de alojamiento bueno y bien equipado. Las instalaciones están en la parte superior, con un distribuidor de agua que ofrece agua caliente y libre de flujo, un gran refrigerador, herramientas de cocina, cuchillo, lavado corporal, champú, secador de pelo, hierro, pendiente, lavado de mano y detergente para lavar la ropa. El punto más importante fue la lavavajillas con función de secador, que fue muy conveniente y la primera vez que me encontré con esta característica en una unidad NestHome. La ubicación es buena, y las instalaciones están en el nivel 8, y desde B2, podemos cruzar el puente de enlace a través del nivel 8 a RF Mall, que fue muy conveniente. La habitación tenía un olor a cigarrillos que parecía venir de ningún lugar. La habitación está en el centro de la ciudad, y la habitación está en el centro de la ciudad. Además de estas cuestiones, la estancia era generalmente cómoda y la unidad estaba bien equipada.»
