Alles tip top. Die Zimmer sind neu und alles ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Das einzige Problem was für einen Besucher als störend empfunden werden könnte ist, dass es sehr hellhörig ist, das heißt, man hört wirklich sehr gut wenn der Nachbar z.B Fernsehen guckt, oder sich unterhält. Das kann unter Umständen störend sein. Aber abgesehen davon ist eigentlich alles total gut. Vor dem Hotel findet täglich ein Markt von 6-13 Uhr statt - das sollte man wissen. D.h. zwischen 6 Uhr und 13 Uhr kann dann dort kein Auto fahren oder Auto parken und alles ist gesperrt. Glücklicherweise befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel ein großes Parkhaus in dem man wunderbar sein Auto 24/7 parken kann. Es ist dort sicher abgestellt und das Parkhaus kostet pro Nacht 12 Euro (Stand Juli 2025). Fazit: Wer ein solides, minimalistisches und einfaches Hotelzimmer sucht, in guter Lage und zu einem fairen Preis, der ist hier genau richtig.👍

Our bed was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect respite after a day of exploring. From our room, we were treated to breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, where olive trees and winery vines stretched as far as the eye could see. The tranquility of this environment is unmatched; it’s the kind of peaceful retreat that rejuvenates the soul. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful donkey family that resides on the property. Each time we called out their names—Daddy Donkey Carmelo, Mom Antonella, and their son Vitina—they would come trotting over when they hear calling their names, bringing smiles and laughter to our days. Their playful presence truly added a unique charm to our experience. FYI, they love apples! We are so grateful to have chosen Feudo Del Biviere for our getaway. No un hotel, más como un Bnb con servicio limitado Octubre 2025 La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no se podía encontrar en el hotel. Nos habíamos decidido aceptar la oferta del anfitrión de un transbordador de aeropuerto (no barato), ya que uno de nosotros tenía sólo una noche en Palermo y cada minuto contaba. El barco llegó 15 minutos tarde, y cuando finalmente llegamos a la propiedad, nadie estaba allí para inspeccionarnos, causando otro retraso incluso si el anfitrión había organizado personalmente nuestro transporte y sabía nuestro tiempo de llegada. El anfitrión ofreció entonces excusas que no se ajustaron a la historia del conductor de la nave (que el conductor ni siquiera sabía nuestro destino tuvimos que y sólo aceptamos efectivo, que no se nos dijeron previamente.) El ingreso fue confuso y desorganizado. A pesar de varios mensajes de texto del host para confirmar nuestra configuración de la habitación (que debería haber sido claro de la reserva), él todavía había asignado las habitaciones equivocadas y había encontrado una vez más excusas, culpando incorrectamente a la plataforma de reserva. Cuando le pedimos que lo arreglara, era relutante, pero finalmente acordó actuar como si nos hiciera un favor aunque ofreciera desayuno gratuito como compensación, que no necesitamos. La experiencia se siente como si una persona intentaba correr un hotel solo y muestra que el huésped prometió responder a los mensajes “en minutos”, pero las respuestas a menudo llevaron horas. Para ser justos, las habitaciones estaban limpias y cómodas, aunque en uno de ellos, el ducha estaba frente al dormitorio a través de una pared de vidrio, por lo que tuvo que duchar en la oscuridad por la privacidad. En general, el servicio y el profesionalismo cayeron muy por debajo de las normas del hotel.

Sicuramente ci ritornerò. Praticamente sul mare. La spiaggia bellissima a pochi metri dal bungalow. Ottima pulizia. Staff cordiale e simpatico. Ampi spazi di verde. Ristorante e tabaccheria. Nelle vicinanze ci sono ristoranti, bar un Lidl raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto. Fermata autobus per Catania centro proprio all'ingresso della strutura. Aeroporto a 5 minuti di distanza.

Excellent Stay with Great Location and Stunning Views I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—just a 16-minute walk from the train station and about 15-20 minutes on foot to the island’s main attractions. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean， with the added bonus of being close to the sea. It even had two balconies, allowing us to enjoy the lovely views and fresh air. What made our stay even better was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always welcoming and went out of their way to assist us whenever needed. On our last night, the neigh-boring room was very loud, which disrupted our sleep and unfortunately put a damper on an otherwise great trip.

非常不錯的酒店，位置十分的好，就在老城區旁邊，對面就是沙灘，這次入住的是他們家的套房酒店，有獨立的廳，房間很大，而且有一個非常大的露台可以享受陽光和曬衣服，很推薦哦。唯一美中不足的是，酒店不提供代客泊車服務，切法盧停車需要車技，且因對禁行取不熟悉，容易開錯路。

⭐️Exceptional stay & wonderful hospitality⭐️ I had such a lovely stay at Dimora degli Archi and would happily return. The accommodation is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location in the heart of Terrasini. What really made my stay exceptional, however, was the hospitality. Rossella was incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and she was always available to offer advice or help with arrangements. As a solo traveller, I felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout my stay. The location was also perfect for me, with restaurants, cafés and the centre of Terrasini within easy walking distance, while Palermo Airport is conveniently close by. Rossella also helped me arrange a wonderful local driver, Tony, who was fantastic. I was only staying for a short visit to attend a wedding nearby, but I genuinely wish I’d had longer to enjoy both the accommodation and Terrasini. A beautiful property with exceptional hospitality. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Dimora degli Archi again or recommend it to others. Thank you, Rossella, for making my short stay such a lovely one! ♥️

I am having a hard time writing this review as we actually enjoyed our stay at La chiusa, location, staff and food was good. However, I suffered a severe bug bite attack at night and the management of the hotel is turning all responsibility away from them. My whole body, face, legs, arms, neck are full with red marks from the bites, the itch is unbearable! I kindly asked for a statement and refund for the situation but at first I got “it looks like mosquito bites” and then they kept explaining their cleaning procedures and gave us the responsibility for the situation that we would have brought them with us. Also they did not see any reason to pay any compensation for the situation. Nothings for time spent at doctors, creams or refund for the room. NOTHING. Just the situation for us to deal with the itchy bites. I am 100% sure that the bugs have been there before we came, I even saw one before going to sleep (not knowing it is a bed bug) thinking that it is a remote location and it can happen that a bug enters the room. When checking the next morning for the bites I realized that it was a bed bug what I have seen and the marks over my body show enough evidence.

We picked Antico Borgo Etneo for a weekend getaway with friends – me and my Italian partner, two Chinese friends, and their 5-year-old daughter. We arrived with no big expectations and left with a promise to come back. The place has that authentic charm that makes you feel at home right away, nestled among citrus groves and vineyards with a stunning view of Mount Etna. The rooms are simple but cozy, clean, and with that rustic vibe that really works. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise: homemade cakes, jams made from local fruit, and freshly squeezed juices – a perfect energy boost to start the day. The little one had a blast running around the garden, and we adults enjoyed some much-needed relaxation under the trees. The location is great for exploring the area: Taormina, the Alcantara Gorges, and the beaches are all just a short drive away. In short: no over-the-top luxury, but genuine hospitality and an atmosphere that makes you slow down and enjoy every moment. Perfect for those who want authenticity without the frills. We’ll definitely be back – maybe in summer to make the most of the outdoor spaces.

THIS WAS THE BEST CHOICE I DID IN SICILY. First, this is the cleanest place I saw in my trip. They ask you every morning if you want a cleaning when they bring you breakfast. The bathroom/shower room is modern and same as the picture. The body soap, shampoo, conditioner was a Sicily one that was very nice of them. The public space was so good, they had balcony so it would be great to take pictures for instagram. Secondly, the breakfast. Insanely great. You can choose 2 things from about 15 types of dishes such as sandwiches or yogurt or fruits. For drink you can pick 1 from about 15 types such as cappuccino or hot chocolate. They have milk choices like oat milk and almond milk that is amazing in this price. For spread, you can choose 2 from about 10 types such as honey or Nutella or almond butter or many flavors of jam. For a dessert, you can choose a cake from 2 or 3 types they have that day. You can choose where you want to eat room or public space. Thirdly, the staffs were a lot more kind and friendly then the average of sicily. Nice place absolutely recommend!!
