Location: quite far from the lake como but its fine since its cheap. But the b&b has different location for check-in. The check-in was in the few blocks away from the b&b which in this ”torre hotel”. What a sport. The room is above the bar few blocks away. It was so confusing especially when you late check-in, luckily the staff WhatsApp me first for the location advice. So remember to WhatsApp them first. Parking: park is free, spacious. Next to the b&b, and in between the check-in point, u need to walk a bit. Cost: u need to pay extra 4euro for 2person for the tourist tax compulsory when check-in . Elevator: since its just cheap b&b and ”economic” version of ”torre hotel”. theres no elevator, if you are choosing this b&b, think wisely especially if you get the 2nd floor with big luggages, ooof mannn, forget it! The stairs too steep. Entrance: u have two options, one walk through the bar or through the back door 😂 this is the first time i felt so illegal 🥹 its freaking back door 🥲 Room: ooooff, i hate to tell this, mannn the room was so cold . This is the one and only b&b/hotel that i couldn't even sleep well due to coldness. Im SHAKING THE WHOLE TIME. No blankets can ever covered that coldness. Unless they allow us to adjust the room heater but they dont allow it cause its not october yet?? Like whatttt. Im dying in the room already. My feet cant even touch the floor. Even wore double socks! But still hurtttt. Coming for autumn/winter? Forget it?? Unless they follow customers needs. Staff: they all friendly, no worries. Bathroom: i hate bathroom that don't provide rugs in front of the toilet or inside. Maybe the b&b can fix that and especially the room temperature.

Tenía una estancia absolutamente hermosa y recomendaría este lugar 100% a cualquiera que visitara el Lago Como. La comunicación era excelente desde el principio. Esto hizo que toda la experiencia fuera muy tranquila, especialmente como viajero solo. A la llegada, el pareja era increíblemente amable y me ayudó incluso con mi equipaje, que realmente aprecié. Lucia, en particular, fue sorprendente. Ella tomó el tiempo para pasear por lo que ver y hacer alrededor del lago Como en gran detalle. Puede sentirse realmente su pasión y orgullo por la zona, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más especial. El desayuno era uno de los puntos destacados de mi estancia. Se sentía muy intim, y me disfruté de conversar con la hospedadora cada mañana. El saboroso desayuno era auténtico y fresco, y algo que nunca pude encontrar en casa. Fue un trato tan agradable. La habitación estaba limpia diariamente, y tuve una estancia muy cómoda y agradable a lo largo de todo. Lo que más se demostró fue el nivel de atención. Cuando le disgusté mi anca durante el viaje, Lucia ofreció un paquete frío y ofreció ayuda adicional si fuera necesario. Ese nivel de pensamiento realmente significaba mucho. La ubicación es perfecta. Está directamente en la otra parte de la estación, menos que un paseo 5-minute, y muy conveniente para llegar a Varena y otras zonas cercanas. A pesar de estar tan cerca, no oí ningún ruido de tren en absoluto durante mi estancia. En general, esta era una experiencia muy maravillosa. 1. El personal de recepción fue amable y educado. 2. El desayuno fue un completo desastre. Los platos estaban sucios y a los huéspedes les sirvieron tomates cherry mohosos. Por un desayuno de 10 euros, solo se permitía pedir un café; no había leche de autoservicio. Había bichos en las botellas de cereales. Los cruasanes que ofrecían eran pequeños y sin relleno. El relleno era de buena calidad y estaba bien presentado, así que había que pedirlos a la carta. Había un camarero medio ***** en el bar del restaurante que siempre era muy desagradable. 3. Salida a las 11:00. Otros hoteles ofrecen salidas tardías hasta las 14:00, pero este cobraba 37 euros por salida tardía. En general, el personal de recepción fue amable y la ubicación era estupenda, pero el desayuno fue pésimo. También vi a gente a la que le cobraban por un segundo café, ¡lo cual fue una barbaridad! Elige este hotel y no compres el desayuno. ¡Puedes comer en cualquier sitio por 10 euros!

Удачное расположение в двух шагах от вокзала. Исключительная чистота везде! Общая кухня: можно что-то приготовить или разогреть. Из минусов - как тут уже писали: непонятно почему невозможно в день заезда заранее прислать коды на вход, если об этом просит клиент-иностранец, т.к. не у всех имеется в момент заселения роуминг или WI-FI. Просьбы по е-мейл и СМС были проигнорированы. Обязательно нужно звонить - стоя перед дверью.

While it’s about an hour's walk from Milan Duomo, the surrounding area has its charm. The street hosts a local market every Saturday and Tuesday, offering a variety of goods at decent prices, which I found to be a delightful bonus. **Check-In Time**: The check-in time is set at 15:00, which I found to be a bit late. An earlier check-in would be more accommodating for travelers arriving in the city. **Baggage Storage**: On a positive note, the hotel offered free baggage storage, allowing me to explore the city without the hassle of my luggage. Overall, my stay was good, and I would recommend the White Ribbon Hotel for its cleanliness, safety, and convenient access to local markets, but be mindful of its distance from the city center.

Hay una estación de autobús fuera de la calle principal delante de usted, conveniente para la estación central de Milán y la Plaza de la Catedral. El aspecto parece una casa privada de moda, por lo que si no se presta atención a la señal, lo perderá. No hay problema con la claridad de la habitación y la actitud del servicio al cliente.

Very nice and helpful people. Because of my different phone number used, I did not get the check-in procedure from them but lucky enough we arrived during the housekeeping time and met a very nice cleaning lady to help us contact the staffs and sorted everything out. Very nice and clean room with all amenities needed even with free coffee and water in the minibar. It looks just like how the photos displayed on the website. Fast and easy check in and check out. Free luggage locker in the apartment before check in and after check out. Location is pretty good, Metro M4 that goes directly to LIN airport is just around the corner and it takes only 15 min by foot to the city. But the mobile signal in the building is a bit weak, if the cleaning lady did not allow us to use the wifi, it’d be difficult for us to use our own mobile data to open the doors.

El desayuno está servido en el Café Panzera (vaya desde el hotel a la derecha, a 1 minuto a pie, se puede ver el Café en la esquina). Si solía comer más para el desayuno, entonces mejor reservar sin comidas y ir a otro lugar por ti mismo. Me encanta este lugar, gracias por estar cómodo.

The location is in the center and within walking distance to everywhere. There is no reception at the hotel. When you go up to the 4th floor and call the phone number on the door, you are given the door password. overall we were satisfied
