Una piacevole sorpresa vicino alla Fontana di Trevi. Bella stanza con arredamento curato e molto pulita. Ottima esperienza soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno! Ci torneremo!!!

Per il prezzo di Roma non è male, però le modalità di self check in sono leggermente macchinose per il primo ingresso (poi una volta ottenute le chiavi che si trovano in stanza si apre portone esterno e di ingresso al condominio). Il bagno aveva una doccia con muffa ed usciva pochissima acqua dal soffione, tutto incrostato, comunque pur cercando di pulirlo non usciva molta acqua. Per il prezzo non è malaccio però

We stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

We tried four places from their curated list, each superb and fairly priced, letting us experience authentic local dining away from tourist traps. The team even handled all our reservations. The reception area feels more like an art gallery, with stylish décor and vibrant paintings. Guests can relax in the cozy living or dining areas — a lovely touch. Our suite faced the piazza and was filled with natural light, offering a perfect view of visitors strolling by the Spanish Steps. Being steps away from Via Condotti’s luxury boutiques adds to the convenience. Special thanks to Franco, the owner, for his wonderful restaurant suggestions, and to Gianmarco whose friendly help made our stay extra smooth. The genuine hospitality and personal attention here truly stand out. It’s not just about luxury — it’s about feeling welcome and cared for. I’ll definitely stay at Piazza di Spagna 9 again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Simply top rated — the best!

Ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, los tres tardamos solo 12-13 minutos en llegar caminando desde la estación de tren con maletas grandes en un día caluroso. Quizás no lo encuentres al usar Google Maps para llegar a una intersección. De hecho, gira a la izquierda desde la intersección y verás una verja de hierro verde. Si la verja está cerrada, llama a recepción y espera a que alguien te abra (Roma es demasiado calurosa). En recepción te acompañarán a la habitación. Hay un ascensor pequeño y muy antiguo, que es muy fresco, pero como máximo caben dos personas y dos maletas a la vez. Nuestra habitación está en el tercer piso. En general, el interior de la habitación superó todas nuestras expectativas. Está muy limpio y no tiene olores. La ventana está abierta y la brisa del pasillo es muy fresca. Roma es muy calurosa a finales de mayo, pero no es necesario encender el aire acondicionado. En recepción te darán cuatro llaves. Solo recuerda cuál abre cada puerta. El impuesto municipal solo se acepta en efectivo, 5 euros por persona y día. Hay una cocina compartida, que también está muy limpia. No pidas desayuno. Te entregan unos panes y los cuelgan en la puerta sobre las 8:30 todas las mañanas, lo cual también es muy interesante 🤭, pero es caro. No probamos la mezcla de azúcar y aceite. Hay demasiados sitios para comer abajo; los pequeños restaurantes de carretera están bien, o puedes comprar algunas cocinas pequeñas y prepararlas tú mismo. En resumen, el desayuno es completamente innecesario. Te traen agua a la habitación el día del check-in y hay yogures en la nevera, que son gratis. Alguien lo limpia todos los días después, pero no hay reposición de agua. El baño es un poco pequeño, pero está bien si no eres particularmente gordo. El agua del baño es suficiente. El colchón de la cama individual es más cómodo. La cama grande es un poco blanda, pero no es de las que te hacen caer en un hoyo mientras duermes. La desventaja es que está muy insonorizada. Dormimos hasta que nos despertamos de forma natural un día. Básicamente, podíamos oír claramente el movimiento exterior desde más de las ocho. Es debido a la estructura del edificio. No hay solución. En general, esta opción económica sigue siendo recomendable. La ubicación es conveniente. Está a diez minutos a pie del Coliseo y a no más de 20 minutos a pie de la zona comercial cerca de la Fontana di Trevi, a unos 1,4 kilómetros, como referencia.

The location was perfect for us — only about a 10-minute walk from the Vatican, which made it very convenient. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our stay. We booked a superior room, but it was nothing like what was advertised. We were given Room No. 4 at 285 Flat, which had dirty walls, a broken kettle and no night lamps, and overall looked very different from the photographs online. The shower was placed inside the bedroom with a clear glass door, offering absolutely no privacy. I was traveling with my 14-year-old son, and taking a shower was a real challenge because of this poor design choice. The reception only operates from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and since we had an early check-out at 6:30 a.m., there was no information provided about where to leave the key. Breakfast is served from 8 a.m., which is too late if you want to attend a tour or visit the Vatican early (most tours start around 7:30 a.m.). This detail was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. We had prepaid €120 for four breakfasts for two people, but as soon as we arrived (around 2 p.m.) and found out about the late serving time, we cancelled them. The receptionist advised us to email the owner to request a refund, which we did — but we never received any reply. Overall, this stay was not we expected and definitely not worth the price we paid, even considering the good location. I would not recommend booking breakfast here, as money we paid is far more than what you would spend at a nice local café or patisserie.

Llamé al camping y nadie hablaba inglés. Me dijeron que les escribiera para comunicarme, pero no recibí respuesta después de varios días de correos hasta que hice el check out. No había señal de wifi en la habitación. Nos enviaban del camping a la estación de tren de La Giustiana todos los días a las 8:45 y llegábamos a la estación a las 9:00. Nos recogieron en la misma estación y volvimos al camping a las 19:00. El coste era de un euro por persona y viaje.

Evaluación de la oposición: En primer lugar, la ubicación es excelente. Puedes caminar a las escenas principales durante unos 20 minutos (excepto Vaticano, 40 minutos). Y la tarifa de taxi de Termini al hotel es de 10 euros. Además, puede tomar un taxi convenientemente porque hay una estación de taxi cerca (aproximadamente 100 metros). En segundo lugar, la sesión de “chequeo” no es conveniente para los huéspedes que reservan este hotel hace apenas unos días, porque no hay correo electrónico con guías y tienes que explorar todo por ti mismo. El hotel está en un edificio que también contiene otros hoteles. Está cerca de Timberland y Apple Store. Y no puede abrir la puerta porque necesita una llave. Felizmente, nos conocimos a una persona que vive allí y nos dejó entrar. Entonces debes tomar el ascensor al 5o piso y caminar por medio piso. Ahora encontrarás que no tienes la contraseña para entrar. Nosotros golpeamos la puerta pero nadie respondió. Así que hicimos una llamada telefónica y enviamos nuestra información por sms. Y finalmente, una empleada salió. Es una buena persona y parece que también está haciendo el mantenimiento de casa. Así que puede que no oiga nuestras bocas. La habitación tiene una hermosa vista. Pero puedes oír cocina. No había agua libre, pantalones o tobillos. Necesitas prepararte por ti mismo. Y el tubo de baño se rompió y se derramó mucho agua. También no pudimos encontrar el interruptor para el ventilador agotador en el dormitorio. Eso es lo que he experimentado en este hotel. En general, el hotel está bien. Espero que mi experiencia pueda ayudar a más personas~
