Located in the airport town of Keflavik, near the cargo terminal , while KEF international about 10 minutes drive away. We stayed here becos we need to catch the 7am flight to London gatwick .Clean n comfy. Love the small lobby n sitting area. Small kitchen but comfy , complimentary coffee free flow. Met the sweet lady owner , she chit chat a bit with my fren. A frequent traveller herself. Highly recommend if you need hotel near KEF airport.

The location was ideal for our plans to visit the Blue Lagoon on our last night in Iceland before flying out of Keflavik Int'l the following morning. We liked the ability to self check in/out on our own time, and also appreciated the pleasant and inviting common room that had two full sized fidge/freezers, since we had some packaged food we wanted to bring home with us. It also had basic appliances needed to make a quick meal/coffee and a nice seating area. The cottage itself was very clean and smelled great! Would spend a night here again!

El hotel no está lejos del Lago Azul. Desde el lago azul hasta las aguas termales para vivir aquí, el día siguiente al aeropuerto también es muy conveniente. Es auto check-in, cada camarote tiene un código de check-in, busca tu habitación para ingresar la contraseña y sacar la llave. La tienda es muy entusiasta, mi inglés no es muy bueno, ella me llevó especialmente para abrir la puerta, la habitación está muy limpia, si se puede cocinar en la cabaña también es posible, la casa hace calor.

Was our last night in Iceland, stayed here as had an early flight next morning to catch. Located near the airport and we were taken aback when we arrived as there were no parking spots available with the lots used as spaces for airport parking. No one manned the front desk and we had to call to get our room and access code. Room was good size for 4 people and we needed the space for our last minute packing for our flight out in the morning. Room has an ensuite bathroom and open Wifi. There is a shared kitchen and rest area in the guesthouse which has coffee, tea, juice, TV, sofa and dining table. Comfortable, warm and quiet overall. To our surprise there was even a jail cell within the guesthouse. Not sure the background of the guesthouse. In the morning was surprised to find breakfast spread out from 6am in the kitchen though we were not told it was provided. We did not have time to consume any but to get hot water for our flask to rush to the airport. Nearby Reykjanesbær do not miss out eating places like Issi fish &chips and a Bonus and Kronan supermarket.

Pros: - short drive to airport - common areas make up for tiny rooms - early “breakfast” Cons: - breakfast lacking in so many ways - property cleanliness questionable – bathroom, black coverings - flattest pillows ever (the covers were thicker than the pillow) - no space whatsoever - very low effort and one of our most expensive stays Summary: Unfortunately, the B&B Guesthouse in Keflavik missed the mark in many, many ways and there is evident lack of overall care whilst riding on the coat tails of an 8.x positive review score they likely had years and years ago. The only saving grace was that this was our last stay prior to leaving and it made us want to return home after our time in this beautiful country. Upon arrival, the front desk attendant was not available. When the attendant finally returned and we checked in, we were provided a very very small room with literally a bed with the flattest pillows I’ve ever slept on, tacky black bedding, a shelf mounted above to bump your head on, a wall-mounted television, and that’s it. We elected for accommodation with a private bathroom and in our case we found possible mold contamination (unacceptable). The common area fortunately offered some reprieve and extra space, but it was again a small space overall. “Breakfast” was self-serve and by far the most basic set up of all properties we stayed at. Very simple, very basic, and very low effort. The biggest kicker was the cost of this stay was quite high at time of booking, and the price we paid was more than the nicest hotel we stayed at during our trip (which had a bathroom bigger than the ENTIRE room & bathroom here). In short, B&B Guesthouse Keflavik is highly NOT recommended unless the price is right and you do not have a car for transport. If you are driving, there are many options even in other areas and you can drive to the airport first thing in the morning. I’d even resort to a night in the car instead. La verdad que es un sitio cómodo para cuando llegas del aeropuerto. Está muy cercano a el. Las habitaciones están limpias y tiene varios baños compartidos lo que hace que puedas disponer de uno de ellos y no se concentren todos en el mismo baño. Al otro día te incluye buffet libre que la verdad que está muy bueno.

An excellent place to stay and only 9 mins from the airport. Great to stay on arrival or night before departure. We were met by the owner, Reynir. The B&B was homely, warm and welcoming. Our bedroom was the music room, where the decoration of the room was musical instruments along the ceiling. A very quirky, different kind of property situated next to the sea. I only had to cross a road to view the Northern Lights who were displayed beautifully. We had a lovely breakfast before setting off on our trip. Transfers and drops offs to the airport are offered, but we had a hired car. There was also use of a fabulous hot tub. Would definitely recommend Ravens B&B

Posto bellissimo arredato in maniera fantastica, da fuori non è molto carino, non è un albergo quindi non ha una reception ma all’interno ho trovato tutto quello di cui avevo bisogno. Ho letto molto grande lenzuola pulite e stirate cosa non semplice da trovare in Islanda c’è un divano ed un ulteriore letto. Televisione nuovissima e particolarmente grande. Bagno spazioso la colazione già presente in camera, non paragonabile con una di albergo appena preparata è varia
