1. The hotel is located at walking distance from rabindra sadan metro. 2. The room size though small is cozy and comfortable with facilities of tv, ac, wardrobe and comfortable beds and mattresses. 3. The bathroom accessories provided are of good quality as well as quantity with provision of hot water, hair dryer and separate bathing area which helps keeping the bathroom dry and clean. 4. The complementary breakfast is simple and nutritious and of good quantity. We were served with toast, omlette, butter, jam, fresh juice, bananas, papaya and tea! the preparation was homely and tasty. 1. The biggest drawback was inadequate signposting of the hotel after initial signage at the gate. Once inside, there were no indicators to guide a guest how to reach the front desk since other residential buildings are collocated inside the premises. Guidance from a gentleman at 1030 p. M. Helped us get on a lift and reach the 5th floor where the hotel is located. It is requested that more direction signages be put up to guide the guests for an easy checkin. Overall an excellent stay with clean rooms and nice and good quality amenities provided in the room. 4* rating
