«Номер удобный с небольшой кухней, посудой, чайником, микроволновкой и холодильником. Есть стиральная машина. Шампунь, гель для душа и мыло предоставляются только в день заезда, как и туалетная бумага. Расположение я считаю, что в шумном месте, . Днём стройка, вечером и ночью громкая музыка из ресторанов. Шум моторов от кондиционеров постоянно. Вид из номера на море, что несомненно радует. Хорошая шумоизоляция. Других гостей мы не слышали, только если они выходили на балкон. На стойке регистрации всегда много народа. Нам достались частные апартаменты, нужно было связываться с хозяином для заселения, у нас все прошло благополучно. Но я видела пару, которым хозяин не отвечал, неизвестно, заселились ли они вообще.... Около лифтов всегда толпа. В целом отдых в данном отеле понравился»

«Отличный отель. Брали большой номер для компании! Нас было 8 человек, и номер вместил нас с комфортом. Очень радует забота о гостях — можно арендовать красивые платья прямо на месте, это удобно. Понравилось абсолютно всё: плавающий завтрак (очень изысканно и вкусно), виды на горы и поездка на сафари, которая запомнится надолго. Фото получились шикарными. Спасибо!»

«This modern and new apart hotel offers very reasonable prices. The location is convenient, with food places and supermarkets just a short walk away. The lobby is modern and well-equipped with lifts that work efficiently, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The rooms are modern and well-furnished, providing all the essential amenities. The showers are clean and hot, with hot water flowing quickly and at the right pressure. The towels are fresh and clean, and the rooms come with plates and cutlery. The balconies offer a pleasant view, adding to the overall comfort of the rooms. However, during our six-night stay (originally booked for four nights and extended by two more), we encountered a significant issue with the cleaning service. Despite being informed that cleaning was conducted every third day, we were left without any cleaning for the entire duration of our stay. When we inquired about the lack of cleaning on the fourth day, we were told to wait as if someone would come to clean later during the day. However, when we checked out after 6 nights stay, we still didn’t see any cleaning service. To make matters worse, when we ran out of toilet paper, we contacted the reception, but we were told to wait and someone would bring them to us. Despite our repeated requests for cleaning, the toilet paper remained unavailability until we checked out (two days later). Additionally, the towels were never changed during our stay. The lack of cleaning service was the most significant issue we encountered, as it forced us to take out the trash ourselves and repeatedly ask for toilet paper, shower gel, and other amenities. The absence of a phone in the room meant that we had to go down to the reception to raise any concerns, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. Overall, while the hotel itself is modern and well-equipped, the lack of a reliable cleaning service was a major drawback that affected our overall experience.»

«Me alojé recientemente en este hotel y la experiencia fue muy satisfactoria. Desde la llegada, el personal fue amable, profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, lo que hizo que el check-in fuera rápido y sin complicaciones. La habitación estaba limpia, bien cuidada y era muy cómoda, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Las instalaciones del hotel se mantienen en excelente estado y transmiten una sensación de orden y tranquilidad. El desayuno ofrecía buena variedad y calidad, ideal para empezar bien el día. Además, la ubicación resulta muy conveniente, con fácil acceso a puntos de interés y transporte. En general, es un hotel que cumple con lo prometido y ofrece una muy buena relación calidad-precio. Sin duda, una opción recomendable tanto para viajes de trabajo como de ocio.»

«Красивый вид и доброжелательный хозяин, сделал 2 подарка в виде вина и свежеприготовленного хачапури. Нам все понравилось, даже в маленький дождик комфортно, так как на улице есть зона под навесом. Очень уединенно и тихо и уютно. Спать комфортно, так как есть кондиционер который можно настроить на нужную температуру В доме было все необходимое (даже халатики) Из маленького пожелания - простынь на матрас побольше положить и с резинкой, чтобы не скатывалась»

«Это просто потрясающее место, как будто бы с картинки Отель находится в горах, очень красивый и чистый. С балкона открывается невероятный вид на горы, есть джакузи и сетка, на которой можно лежать и любоваться видами. Сам отель очень новый, все свежее, современное и красивое Еще здесь потрясающие хозяева, помогли мне не остаться голодной (я по глупости забыла взять с собой еду) и помогли добраться до города после моего отдыха В общем, ставлю отелю, хозяевам и самому отдыху 100/10»
