Called in for a meal, menu reads well. Unfortunately the food was very disappointing, the staff were not very attentive at all, and we had to prompt the staff for anything we needed. Nothing was offered. No one asked how are meal was, tables were not cleared until the last minute. Even when we paid the bill not a word was said regarding how the meal or the evening was. No customer care what so ever. The food was not the best, the seafood linguine looked ok but you could only taste salt. The child’s dish was poor quality, and the kebab was poor as well, all in all very disappointing especially based on the standard and even more so if you consider the cost, I will definitely reconsider my choice of venue for my up and coming event next year based on the disappointment we endured at this meal.

No es bueno, principalmente muy cerca del parque, a unos minutos de caminar, la ubicación es absolutamente buena, hay tiendas convenientes en la estación de gasolina del otro lado. Si necesita cocinar, puede comprar comida sencilla, no hay muchas opciones para comer fuera y fuera, está más frío cerca, porque la primera reserva de gente no tiene experiencia, No sé si está fuera de contacto. Recuerde que tienes la contraseña de la caja de correo, si tienes problemas, puedes llamar o enviar un correo

We booked one night at Soccer Suites as somewhere to ‘get our heads down’ after attending a concert at Anfield. From initial booking with Suzzanne we felt valued and confident we would have a good stay but what we experienced was way above our expectations. The communication in the run up to our stay was brilliant. On arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome and shown to our en-suite room which was clean, fresh and perfect for our needs. The bar downstairs was a bonus and the service was again super friendly and good value. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast basic but perfect for our needs (we could’ve ordered cooked to order but chose not to). The location couldn’t have been better either - literally 4 doors down from the stadium - no rushing for a taxi or stressing to get back in to town.If we ever visit Anfield again we will definitely be booking to stay here - a real gem!! We thoroughly recommend Soccer Suites as a perfectly placed, super friendly and great place to stay.

The hotel is on the outskirts of the city, an uber was £12 to the centre (this was a busy Saturday evening when there was a sell out concert on so probably an inflated price). There's a couple of parking spaces at the front or it's easy to find street parking down the side. The entrance felt secure with a fob system and a camera doorbell. The welcome was friendly and with a good explanation of the facilities, we were shown to our room rather than just directed. The bed was comfy although only one pillow each, there was a TV and tea and coffee. The curtains were thin and let a lot of light in from sunrise so maybe bring a sleep mask. Free continental breakfast was offered too. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This guest house is Ok but not for everyone. It sits on a very busy intersection of a main road and therefore the front rooms are a little noisy except for those that have been triple glazed. The towel in my room was a very old hand towel although I did notice nicer towels in other rooms. This place is OK but the communal areas really need to be redone. Staff are friendly and helpful, the place feels safe as they have CCTV up everywhere and there is plenty of parking available behind an electric gate. Fast food nearby (24hr McDonalds) + KFC as well as a TESCO supermarket 10mins walk from the place. Train station with frequent trains into central Liverpool GBP3.60 return (7Mins).

Medio ambiente: bueno, espacio interior grande Instalaciones: Servicios de salud pública, pero están limpios, hay varios baños, cuarto de baño muy amplio, hay dos dormitorios en una sola cama e incluso un baño. Las instalaciones de cocina están completas, el frigorífico tiene microondas. Servicio: la contraseña entra en la casa, pero necesita una transferencia para obtener la contraseña después de que haya sido depositada. Debe tener en cuenta si la caja de correo tiene una conexión entregada

¡Reservé un albergue para viajar a Liverpool! La ubicación del albergue está muy cerca del estadio, por lo que es bueno caminar. No hay secador.
