El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no es fácil entrar en el hotel, pero sólo porque usamos WeChat y hablamos Mandarin. La cocina también no tenía suministros de cocina, pero nuestro anfitrión los ofreció a nuestra petición. El anfitrión es muy responsable de WeChat. El compuesto tiene un parque de juegos y unos pocos tiendas, y hay muchos restaurantes pequeños justo fuera del compuesto. La ubicación del compuesto está a lo largo del río Chaobai de Beijing, muy cerca de uno de los tres puentes de la zona. El cruce del puente a Beijing por coche requiere pasar una estación de control fronterizo que es ligeramente incómodo como un extranjero, ya que probablemente se le va a obligar a entrar en la estación para registrarse cada vez. Sin embargo, después del primer cruce, los cruces posteriores fueron muy rápidos para nosotros (1-2min tiempo de procesamiento) y nuestros conductores de compartir pasos nos esperaban sin problemas. La mayoría de las veces, el compuesto es ~20-25min por coche a la estación de metro LuCheng en Beijing, que es actualmente la estación de metro más cercana al compuesto. Sin embargo, durante la hora de rush de la mañana en los días laborables, la estación de control fronterizo que entra en Beijing tendrá jams de tráfico hasta 30+min. También hay autobuses públicos que van directamente a/de la estación de metro de LuCheng pero sólo corren durante la hora de ruta, y los pasajeros todavía tienen que salir de la estación de control fronterizo para su procesamiento. Esta estación de control fronterizo es actualmente una gran desventaja, pero las actuales construcción de carreteras y de subterráneos en la zona pueden aliviarla en un futuro próximo. En la actualidad, es difícil encontrar alquileres de apartamentos de corto plazo que acepten extranjeros en/próximo Beijing, por lo que esta estancia fue de gran valor por dinero, a pesar de haber pagado ~2-3x el costo de alquiler para los locales, todavía se ha cobrado por debajo de las pequeñas habitaciones en la mayoría de Beijing hoteles.

Vine a Chengde con mi familia y elegí este entre muchos hoteles y B&B. En primer lugar, ¡la ubicación del B&B es genial! El transporte es conveniente y también está cerca de la entrada de la autopista y de los lugares pintorescos, a unos 20 minutos. Reservamos dos habitaciones y cada habitación fue diseñada con mucho cuidado. La habitación está muy limpia, la ropa de cama es muy cómoda, los artículos de tocador son de L'Occitane y los suministros de alojamiento y el hardware son definitivamente el estándar de un hotel de cinco estrellas. El pequeño balcón de la habitación ofrece una vista panorámica. Tan pronto como te despiertas y abres las cortinas cada día, ¡comienza un día maravilloso! El jefe es muy amable. Preguntará sobre el itinerario todos los días y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los huéspedes. Su actitud de servicio y entusiasmo no tienen comparación con los hoteles. Realmente me siento como en casa cuando me quedo aquí. Toda nuestra familia lo pasamos muy bien.

Un lugar maravilloso para alojarse, ¡nos encantó! A poca distancia de la puerta principal de la Gran Muralla de Jinshanling, este lugar es hermoso, espacioso, acogedor, limpio y cómodo. El anfitrión es muy amable y el restaurante de la planta baja es delicioso (prueben la berenjena especial, es espectacular). ¡Sin duda nos volveríamos a alojar aquí!

Our stay at Shanhai Premium Guesthouse was an incredibly peaceful and rejuvenating experience! The mountain surroundings were absolutely breathtaking, with fresh crisp air that immediately washed away all our city stress. The room was cozy and well-designed, featuring traditional Chinese elements blended with modern amenities. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The location was perfect for exploring the Wuling Mountain area, and we loved waking up to the sound of birds and seeing the misty mountain views every morning. The hiking trails nearby were well-maintained and offered stunning views of the landscape. Although it was a bit remote, that was exactly what we were looking for - a true escape from urban life. The local breakfast was delicious and featured fresh, organic ingredients from the area. We particularly enjoyed the evening stargazing, as the night sky was crystal clear away from city lights. This place is absolutely perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway or anyone looking to reconnect with nature. We would definitely recommend this hidden gem to all our friends and family, and we plan to return again in the different seasons to experience the changing beauty of the mountains. Everything is so perfect staying at the unit. Mr Alan and team has been so kind and accomodating to my request, from helping to pick us up at train station during peak time, right throughout our stay, until we checked out. The unit is perfect, everything you need is available to use. Nothing has been more than grateful having him and his team assisting me and family during our stay there. Thank you again, and we really hope to come again.

I believe my friends and I spent Christmas eve here. Being an exchange student from England, far from home, and my friends and classmates from Latvia and Cambodia, we needed somewhere homely and comfortable to stay. This place was exactly what we needed. We stayed here for one night in the middle of winter as part of our road trip from Beijing to Wutaishan, following the sections of the Great Wall. We turned up after dark, we were welcomed with a big smile and slept with ease after the long drive. In the morning I woke up early, found a spot in the courtyard garden and opened my Christmass cards. The owners dog immediately rolled over to be petted and for the next hour I had good company, drank tea and enjoyed the peace. The owners awoke to find me outside, probably thought I was a ****** and so, immediately lit their fire in the garden. They saw me drinking tea so got the iron kettle boiling over the heat of the flames. My mates awoke to this and joined me and the boss by the fire. The outside temperature was negative, but we were warm, happy and ready for the day ahead - exploring Baishishan. The boss also showed us his great tea collection. I want to thank the owners for a short but great stay and I highly recommend. I would like to come back in spring to see their courtyard in full bloom.

Alojamiento ubicado al lado de la entrada a la muralla. Habitaciones muy amplias. Las camas son un poco duras y aunque tienen servicio de restaurante, los precios son elevados. Se podría justificar por la ubicación y el lugar donde se encuentra, pero cada plato ronda los 10 euros, lo cual nos pareció caro, pero no hay muchas opciones en los alrededores. En nuestro caso teníamos el desayuno incluido, y aunque era muy completo era un típico desayuno oriental, por lo que echamos en falta que hubiera alguna opción para occidentales, al menos café. Por otro lado, aprovecho este comentario para poner en conocimiento la mafia que tienen en esta zona con respecto a los taxis, didis. Por un lado, desde el hotel te ofrecen servicio de transporte constantemente, ya que les sale rentable. Es comprensible ya que vienen del turismo. Pero por otro lado y lo más alarmante: a la salida de la muralla, si pides un Didi lo que hacen es reservarlo y cuando llegan te dicen que canceles el viaje y te ofrecen un precio mucho más elevado. ¿Qué ocurre? Tú no puedes cancelar el Didi porque te cobran, al haber transcurrido el tiempo de cancelación gratis y el conductor que te lo ha reservado no te lo cancela, por tanto, te coaccionan y la única opción que tienes es pasar por el aro y viajar con él. Es una experiencia muy desagradable. La verdad que es muy triste que abusen de esa forma de los turistas.

Hotel man is great, he speaks very good English and is super friendly and kind. Transportation by car was arranged to and from the train station as well as for heading up the hill at 6am to the Jinshanling great wall park entrance to catch sunrise from the Great Wall at the top. It is possible to just walk up to the gate instead, it just takes longer to walk the 2 km to the ticket checking gate, and there is then still some maybe 15 mins of walking uphill before getting to the top. Value for money accomodation. Very clean by a singaporean's standard Location is directly opposite the fulong four season town物业服务中心 canteen, open for breakfast lunch and dinner, if you are too tired to head to chongli town after a full day of skiing. Boss lent me his card so i could get discount at the canteen. The location is ideal, a few stops by internal shuttle bus to fulong ski resort, shuttle bus stop is just downstairs. And it takes bout 10 mins to walk to chongli town where there is plenty of restaurants and ski equipment rental. I rented my entire set of ski equipment from the boss' shop, he gave me a good discount as i was staying for a long period. It is the cheapest rental i saw in the whole chongli town. And his ski equipment are newly purchased from french brand rossignol and very clean. Other than that, boss also offered two way transport to chongli railway station and helped with booking of ski tickets, ski instructor etc. He even recommended a good sports massage place to me after i had sore muscles from skiing! Basically, you just need to book accomodation thru boss and he handles the rest for a stress-free ski holiday!

Somos una familia de 4 personas y estuvimos alojados una noche en 2 habitaciones. El personal fue muy amable y aunque no hablaban inglés ni español, pusieron todo el interés en comunicarse con nosotros a través del traductor y estuvieron atentos para satisfacer nuestras necesidades en todo momento. Nos dieron de comer fuera de horas habituales e incluso nos pudieron llevar a Luanping para coger un bus hasta Beijing. La relación calidad-precio fue excelente y la ubicación perfecta para ir caminando hasta la entrada para visitar la muralla china en Jinshangling. Fuimos el sábado por la tarde entrando sobre las 15h y fue todo un acierto porque había poca gente. Es una zona preciosa. Excursión super recomendable. De vuelta se nos hizo de noche pero volvimos caminando unos 30 min al hotel sin problemas. Recomendamos este alojamiento 100%.
