Great location, easy check in / check out, amazing views from very high floor of a 50-story condominium. I was able to check in at 3PM and the place was very clean. 24 hour security at the lobby and 24 hour concierge on 5th floor. There is a large public parking lot right across the street that is safe and easy to use. Starbucks & Tim Horton’s is right downstairs, and Dundas Square is literally a 6 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care. The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay. The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in. The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

¡Disfruté muchísimo de mi estancia! Excelente relación calidad-precio: buena ubicación, dueños súper amables, muy poco ruido, habitación privada (¡con llave para cerrarla!), calefacción/ventilador propios para que puedas controlar la temperatura de la habitación, ¡e incluso acceso a una cocina compartida si quieres cocinar durante tu estancia! Lo único es que toda la casa habla chino, así que usan traductores o gestos para comunicarse contigo si solo hablas inglés. Sin embargo, el anfitrión Jason habla inglés a la perfección, así que siempre hay un lugar seguro por si necesitas algo. Además, te dan fideos instantáneos, fruta y agua gratis durante tu estancia, ¡así que no tienes que preocuparte por pasar hambre! Café, té y gachas de arroz gratis, siempre que puedas prepararlas. Sorprendentemente, también hay un menú de comidas y los precios son muy razonables: 2 $ por gachas de arroz por la mañana, 8 $ por una sopa de huevo y tomate casera, ¡ambas estaban buenísimas! La ubicación es buena, justo al lado de Queen Street, con acceso directo al tranvía. Sin embargo, está en una calle lateral, así que no hay ruido, es fácil aparcar y no hay viento. La habitación es grande, limpia y espaciosa. Hay muy poco ruido, lo que garantiza un sueño muy reparador. El baño es compartido, pero no se usa la mayor parte del tiempo, así que tampoco hay problemas. En cuanto a los servicios: el wifi era rápido, el agua del grifo y las duchas estaban calientes, se proporcionaba microondas, tostadora y hervidor de agua, ¡e incluso me ofrecieron mantequilla gratis para las tostadas! En general, una estancia estupenda y sin duda volveré la próxima vez que esté en Toronto.

Esta es una casa de vecindario configurada como posada con varias habitaciones. La habitación está limpia, parece renovada, el único inconveniente es que la casa y el vecindario están deteriorados y en condiciones que probablemente no te alojarás allí en la primera impresión. Es conveniente llegar en autobús y tranvía o caminar directamente hasta el tren de tránsito. Los alrededores ofrecen muchos restaurantes para comer y especialmente comida china, como lo es Chinatown. Si está dispuesto a aceptar la habitación básica solo para dormir por la noche, el precio es una opción.

The apartment is in an excellent location with a truly breathtaking night view! The surrounding area has everything you need, and it’s only about an 8-minute walk to Shoppers and the subway station, making getting around incredibly easy and convenient. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. The only small note is that guests may want to bring their own slippers. The host was absolutely wonderful—providing clear, detailed check-in instructions and offering warm, thoughtful reminders and assistance both before and during my stay. On my departure day, I needed a little extra time after the 12 p.m. check-out, and I’m deeply grateful to the host for kindly allowing me the time to pack and get ready without any rush. Overall, this was a perfect stay from start to finish. I would be delighted to return here on my next visit and will happily recommend it to friends and family!

This place we affectionately call Nana's. We felt right at home and suitably looked after. The accommodation was immaculate. Each morning started with a hearty breakfast. 10 mins walk from the OLG stage venue and 20 minutes walk from the falls (don't believe the timings on the maps apps). Made to feel very welcome at the local bar too. Won't hesitate to stay at Anna's in the future.

WOW, sobre todas las expectativas. El viaje de motocicleta, lluvió todo el día, así que nos mojamos húmedo. Nuestro anfitrión se cuidó de nosotros y ayudó con ropa de vapor.
