Abbiamo avuto un brutto impatto all’ arrivo,perché non avevamo ricevuto istruzioni per l’ ingresso e siamo rimasti ore fuori all’ edificio nell’ attesa di ricevere direttive, solo dopo aver contattato l’ assistenza trip sono riuscito a mettermi in contatto con la persona interessata che successivamente mi ha fornito il luogo e modo di ritirare le chiavi. L’ appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, la posizione è ottima e i servizi che forniva erano il massimo, siamo rimasti piu di un giorno senza acqua calda ma sembrava essere un problema dell’ edificio, certo l’ ho abbiamo scoperto solo sotto la doccia, potevamo essere avvisati in anticipo, diciamo che la pecca principale è la mancanza di comunicazione preventiva, comunque in generale siamo comunque rimasti soddisfatti e la sceglieremo comunque nuovamente se ci sarà occasione.

My friend and I had a good experience there. The worker named Liang was very friendly. The room was clean and big enough for us. The layout was odd but it wasn’t a big deal. We got a room with a microwave oven. The location was in a China town. Easy to commute anywhere. I would stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care. The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay. The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in. The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

El propietario fue muy amable y acogedor, y el alojamiento tenía una excelente relación calidad-precio. Está ubicado en una zona bastante céntrica de Toronto, cerca del centro y de varios restaurantes, con tranvías y autobuses en las inmediaciones, y el barrio es tranquilo. La familia del propietario también es china, por lo que la comunicación fue muy fluida. Otros miembros de la familia también viven en la casa; la tía es increíblemente amable y servicial, siempre dispuesta a ayudar con cualquier cosa. La casa está totalmente equipada con lavadora y secadora.

My son and I really like our stay! The apartment was clean, at a walkable distance from all the attractions we wanted to visit and has a great view! Will definitely rent again if I come back in Toronto someday 😊 I recommend it!

It is nice having a whole apartment but there is no reception desk. The owner thenselves rents out their apartment and as such all concerns or issues go through them. This isn't a problem really as long as everything goes well. In my case it went fine but the only issue is that the shower curtain fell down in the first day and it stayed down because the owner wasn't available to fix at the time. Good location. Plenty to do and see nearby. Everything else is easily reachable on foot, public transit, or taxi.

Stayed in the deluxe double with private bath. Self check in service was convenient with straightforward instructions. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Definitely felt more cozy than a hotel. Most guests were respectful of the noise level with the exception of the guy across the hall who didn’t know the concept of using an inside voice but that’s no fault of the host. Reserved parking was a plus as I didn’t have to worry about finding parking. Will stay again the next time I’m in Toronto!

WOW, sobre todas las expectativas. El viaje de motocicleta, lluvió todo el día, así que nos mojamos húmedo. Nuestro anfitrión se cuidó de nosotros y ayudó con ropa de vapor. Cada detalle es cuadrado y limpio, cómodo y caliente. Qué momento maravilloso esta noche en el salón, todos comparten nuestro día como una familia. Entonces este desayuno real la mañana siguiente. Sentí como casa. Seguramente mantendré este lugar en mente y volveré a propósito. El propietario es tan amable y hermoso!
