Abbiamo avuto un brutto impatto all’ arrivo,perché non avevamo ricevuto istruzioni per l’ ingresso e siamo rimasti ore fuori all’ edificio nell’ attesa di ricevere direttive, solo dopo aver contattato l’ assistenza trip sono riuscito a mettermi in contatto con la persona interessata che successivamente mi ha fornito il luogo e modo di ritirare le chiavi. L’ appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, la posizione è ottima e i servizi che forniva erano il massimo, siamo rimasti piu di un giorno senza acqua calda ma sembrava essere un problema dell’ edificio, certo l’ ho abbiamo scoperto solo sotto la doccia, potevamo essere avvisati in anticipo, diciamo che la pecca principale è la mancanza di comunicazione preventiva, comunque in generale siamo comunque rimasti soddisfatti e la sceglieremo comunque nuovamente se ci sarà occasione.

Situado en una casa victoriana, este basico, limpio alojamiento esta bien situado en Chinatown cerca de tranvia. Nuestra habitacion no era grande pero acogedora con ventanales hacia bulliciosa calle Dundas. Habitacion tenia frigo de tamaño mediano, algunas habitaciones tambien tienen microondas. Si no, hay microondas en la cocina comun.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care. The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay. The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in. The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

¡Maple Grove Cottage fue increíble! El anfitrión, Jason, fue muy amable y nos visitó varias veces durante nuestra estancia para asegurarse de que estuviéramos cómodos y pudiéramos entrar sin problemas. Incluso perdí una de mis camisas en la lavandería compartida y la encontró casi de inmediato después de que se lo dijera. La ubicación es inmejorable; estar cerca de Ossington siempre es un placer. Hay muchísimas opciones para comer y beber, y un gran parque para pasear con el café de la mañana. Las habitaciones no eran lujosas, pero estaban limpias y eran muy acogedoras ♥️. Me alojaría allí de nuevo sin dudarlo.

Nice place to stay if you have limited budget and want to stay close to downtown. Excellent Quality / Service ratio. One small thing : water pressure in the shower is little bit weak, otherwise it was a wonderful stay. Thank You !

Loved the house and it's decor and atmosphere. The location is perfect. Got help during my stay when ever I had any question.

It is nice having a whole apartment but there is no reception desk. The owner thenselves rents out their apartment and as such all concerns or issues go through them. This isn't a problem really as long as everything goes well. In my case it went fine but the only issue is that the shower curtain fell down in the first day and it stayed down because the owner wasn't available to fix at the time. Good location. Plenty to do and see nearby. Everything else is easily reachable on foot, public transit, or taxi.

Stayed in the deluxe double with private bath. Self check in service was convenient with straightforward instructions. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Definitely felt more cozy than a hotel. Most guests were respectful of the noise level with the exception of the guy across the hall who didn’t know the concept of using an inside voice but that’s no fault of the host. Reserved parking was a plus as I didn’t have to worry about finding parking. Will stay again the next time I’m in Toronto!
