Pasamos cinco días (cuatro noches) huéspedes del Hotel Europa Splendid. La estructura es muy bonita, las habitaciones son diferentes entre sí para mantener la estructura original del palacio en estilo de libertad. Estabamos en un Double Comfort. La habitación era espaciosa, piso en parquet, bien decorado. cama cómoda, cojines tal vez demasiado calientes para la temporada. Baño muy espacioso piso y paredes de mármol. Todos los aparatos están funcionando (TV, Frigorífico Bar, lámparas, secador de pelo, caja fuerte, aire acondicionado). Espacios de uso general en orden y limpios. Reajuste diario de las habitaciones con toallas de sustitución. Fantástico desayuno con un buffet muy rico. No hay nada de envasado; marmeladas, yogur y mantequilla se presentan en cítolinas y los dulces hechos en casa cortados en vasos. Una gran variedad de frutas frescas, jarabe y secas, además de salsas y quesos. Para quien lo desee, también está disponible la centrifugadora. La cena es muy especial con una amplia selección de portales. La comida se envasa cuidadosamente en las combinaciones, a veces muy especiales, pero siempre agradables. Las cajas son gourmet, pero también a cenar se puede disfrutar de un espectacular buffet. Sorry we only booked and stayed one night. If arriving by car, check Google maps for the lane behind the hotel where you drop off your luggage and enter the hotel. Reception then provides a map for parking across the river. From check in to check out, service was exemplary. Given the hotel’s location, we were sure how check in would be with a car however staff at reception made it was easy. Check out was just as easy retrieving the car, and then loading it at the back door. The room we booked was a classic double with balcony. It was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well and the wi fi signal was strong. We slept well, hotel is quiet and the room was quiet. The hotel has an elevator and the location is ideal. Breakfast was a very nice buffet with plenty of variety. Fresh fruit cocktail, fresh pineapple, melon and 'freshly' squeezed orange juice!! Pastries were delicious - chocolate croissant - fantastic. Scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, meats, cheeses, cereal, etc. All fantastic. What a well managed hotel, and a great team of employees! Nice job Aurora Hotel.

Abbiamo usufruito di questo residence per sei giorni nel nostro ultimo soggiorno a Merano. Bisogna dire che, anche volendo, non siamo riusciti a trovare nessun difetto in questa eccellente struttura sita in Obermais - Maia alta, prestigioso quartiere residenziale della cittadina. Pulizia e igiene perfetta, arredi nuovi, ogni genere di accessorio per l'angolo cottura, ottimo balcone con bella visuale, gentilezza e disponibilità estrema da parte della proprietaria. Il tutto inserito in una splendida villetta, con parcheggio privato (non sempre presente a Merano), e a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, dalle passeggiate e dalle terme. E tutto questo ad un prezzo uguale a quello di altre strutture sicuramente meno performanti. Se possibile ci torneremo sicuramente, e l'abbiamo già consigliato ad amici e colleghi. E' il luogo ideale per una vacanza serena, da trascorrere come se ci si trovasse a casa propria.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the Hotel Terme Meran. Our room was quiet and spacious and the hotel staff was friendly, gracious, and welcoming. There was no need to go to the public thermal facility next door because this hotel has it all: especially the roof top, adults only, thermal infinity pool (which overlooks the town and snow capped mountains in the distance. I have read some of the negative comments, and I have to say this was just not our experience. I too was asked not to wear my swim trunks in the sauna area, and I complied since it is the hotel policy. We stayed 1/2 board and all meals were outstanding (although I wish more South Tirolean menu choices were featured), as was the wine selection. We cannot wait to return for another 4 days sometme in the future. The hotel is close to the old town with many shops and wine bars. So, all in all, we think the Hotel Terme Meran was a wonderful experience.
