Mi esposa y yo pasamos una estadía excepcional en este hotel. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos recibieron con una calidez y profesionalidad que marcaron el tono de toda nuestra visita. La habitación estaba impecable y ofrecía comodidad y lujo que superaron nuestras expectativas. Como estaba convenientemente ubicada, nos resultó fácil explorar los alrededores. No podríamos haber pedido una mejor experiencia y recomendamos encarecidamente este hotel a cualquiera que busque un servicio excepcional y una estadía agradable.

Really good location in centre of town close to Mount Phan Xi Pang Funicular station. Also close to shopping for clothes, souvenirs, massages, restaurants and convenience stores. Rooms very spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms large with large modern showers but hot water restricted to 30 litres, then a 10 min wait for next persons shower. Use smaller hand held rather than rain shower to make it last sufficiently. By no means a short shower and water hot enough. Breakfast only passable quality but then their culture doesn’t venerate breakfast in the same way western cultures do, will cook fresh omelettes or noodle bowls order. Staff friendly and helpful. One negative for quiet enjoyment, location is close to several street bars and roof top bars. But once you close shutters, windows and doors it deadens sound greatly.

Hotel limpio, muy buen servicio. Vaya por la mañana y la recepción aceptará el check-in y dejará su equipaje primero. Pero todavía no tengo una habitación. Porque todavía no es hora de registr****. El hotel solicitó nuestro número vietnamita (si estaba disponible) si nuestra habitación había terminado de limpi****. El hotel llamará para informarle. Y hubo un llamado real. No nos dejes. Puede solicitar duch**** primero en la piscina. Si aún no tenemos una habitación El servicio del hotel es muy bueno.

Pasamos dos noches increíbles en laksik eco lodge. La habitación era lujosa, las vistas espectaculares, la piscina era probablemente la mejor que he visto y el personal super amable. 10 de 10 lo recomendaría encarecidamente a cualquiera que se aloje en Sapa. El hotel organizó una caminata guiada que fue uno de los mejores momentos de nuestro viaje. También fue agradable quedarse a diez minutos de Sapa, que está muy concurrido, ya que era mucho más relajado y estaba cerca de muchos pueblos pequeños, pero también era fácil tomar un taxi a Sapa.

Hermoso hotel, habitaciones espaciosas preciosas con la cama más cómoda del mundo, el personal es súper amable y aunque hubo un poco de barrera de lenguaje todos se esfuerzan por hablar inglés y por d**** a entender, el buffet del desayuno es enorme! Tiene mil opciones deliciosas. Mi esposo y yo visitamos el spa y fue maravilloso, de nuevo hubo un poco de confusión por el idioma con el personal pero la gerente estuvo al pendiente siempre para apoyar, muy profesional y simpática, no puedo recordar el nombre de una de las chicas que nos atendió pero el masaje fue buenísimo. Yo fui jefa de un spa por muchos años en un hotel de lujo y la única recomendación que puedo hacer es que sería bueno que alguien estuviera un poco más al pendiente de los clientes durante el circuito de hidroterapia, yo por mi experiencia se que hacer pero asumo que muchos clientes no, nosotros solíamos ayudar a nuestros clientes a controlar el tiempo sobre todo en las zonas calientes ya que puede llegar a subir la presión, y les dábamos toallitas frías y agua fresca, es solo una sugerencia. Todo increíble!

We booked a mountain view room and were in the 3rd floor and we can see part of the mountain and the lake and the main town buildings. It was their winter so it was cold, foggy and damp the whole time. The staff are very friendly, nice, hospitable and really had a great service as they are so accomodating. The only thing we were a little upset was when we were resting after a long bumpy travel by bus, we put the Do Not Disturb sign outside the door but all of a sudden they just unlock the door because they was gonna fix something in one of their drawers. I was in my bra and panty laying in bed and they never even let us know ahead that they were gonna fix something. They dont wait when there is no more guest or give a heads up ahead so we will be prepared. We didnt want to be disturbed and it happened twice that they just unlock the door without knocking and asking. We are happy with their service though, there was no buffet breakfast but you can order from the menu and they will cook it for you fast. The staff in the restaurant were nice and accomodating, we tipped one that was always there to take care of our breakfast as she was really hard working. The hotel was very close to everything in the main town but it is just up on a hill but manageable, we love walking back n forth.

Our recent stay at Aliana Sapa Hotel was nothing short from amazing. We arrived early at 6am from Hanoi but the hotel wasn't open. We waited till around 7am and the hotel front desk staff - Chau Thi Hong Lien got us checked in early. I think also because the hotel wasn't buzzing with guests. This little touch made our day as we have been travelling 12 hours straight. Lien not only welcomed us warmly but also gave us fantastic recommendations for our Fansipan trek and finding a local private guide to explore the Hmong village. The price we paid for the private tour was really reasonable too. Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff were all so polite and nice. Served ala carte I'll recommend to try the porridge, pumpkin soup, carrot soup, and scrambled eggs. Hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Sapa town, but that's a good thing. It's still within walking distance, and being close to the Mgallery Metropole Hotel and Sun Plaza is a bonus for exploring the area.Our rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. And that balcony view was downright breathtaking. To sum it up, Aliana Sapa Hotel - with its excellent service, friendly staff, incredible restaurant, and comfy rooms, it's a hidden gem in Sapa.

El hotel es muy limpio, tranquilo, abierto, hermoso vista, el propietario es muy entusiasta, atento, el chef cocina muy bien, adecuado para nuestra familia, el único menos es que está cerca del centro de la ciudad cerca de 2 km, Así que es un poco incómodo (esto no es importante si quiere caminar).
