Room was clean and great , service was excellent but you can hear people caughing 3 rooms away and people in the hallway feel like they are in your room . Woke me up 4 times in a 6 hours span . Will not go again

South Burlington definitely need a car to get to Burlington proper. They do have a shuttle bus though that runs to like ten pm I think. The king bed with bath doesn’t exist , the bathtub is kind of old school. Checking in can be slow (waited in line for a bit). Refrigerators in room but no microwave, one exist in lobby. Gym is ok, indoor swimming pool is nice, gym isn’t 24 hours. Room was ok.

The hotel was clean and in great condition. The staff was fantastic and friendly and always went the extra mile. The breakfast was great with many options and again the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean and the kids had fun. I would 100% stay at this hotel again and I recommend it to others. Their service, care, friendliness and customer service should be a benchmark to all hotel and customer service representatives

La joven mujer que trabajaba en el escritorio delantero fue ruda en varias ocasiones. Esto es inaceptable en el entorno empresarial de hoy. Debería buscar empleo en otro lugar- NO en servicio al cliente. El hotel era muy limpio, gran ubicación.

El hotel en general se siente bien, el primer día se siente bien, el día siguiente se dice que nos ayuda a limpiar la habitación, y no se hizo, el coche no se llevó, así que no se siente bien. Y anoche los niños tocaron mal el interruptor de incendios. Todos corrieron de arriba abajo. Los bomberos de los EE.UU. eran muy profesionales, ¡hasta muy pronto! Experiencia inolvidable

Los alrededores del hotel son muy prácticos. Se tarda 5 minutos en llegar a pie a las tiendas y restaurantes más céntricos. Hay varios tipos de comida, la mayoría caminando. Algunos edificios antiguos son hermosos y hay un parque. Además, el hotel está a sólo unos minutos del lago. Vista, hay un museo infantil junto al lago, y se puede ir en un yate. Todos los viernes por la noche, hay un buffet de langosta en el yate. Vivir aquí es una muy buena opción para familias e individuos.

El tráfico es conveniente, el WiFi también es muy rápido y el sabor de la renovación no es excelente. La limpieza es la favorita. Ctrip reserva a través de vacaciones tranquilas siempre ocurre al día siguiente. No sé por qué. Vaya a la escuela para ver la primera opción de su hijo

Le corresponde a la esposa ir a ver a su hijo. El hotel es de fácil acceso. La habitación es bastante grande. La variedad de desayuno no es mucha, pero también es muy buena. Hay muchos espacios de estacionamiento y el estacionamiento es conveniente.

Not much food around the area though.
The hot tub wasn't working when we went, also the 'heated pool' was not heated at all.
Rooms are outdated but you can tell by the photos.

The room could probably be cleaner or maintained better as the pipe in the room are quite obvious and can see the holes near the edge of all walls inside the guest room. but appreciate it as the hotel is located at a country side.
My personal white bath towel was taken away by the housekeeping team because it looked similar to the hotel's towel. luckily it was found right before we check out. Thanks to the concierge and housekeeping team.

UUsuario invitadoHad a nice little stay. They are doing renovations in there so the stairs are blocked off on the ground floor. I prefer to use the stairs. The computer took forever also and I waited upfront for over 30 minutes to check in. Which also was annoying but other than those 2 things. It was nice. The breakfast is always great and the staff were nice!

We were charged $25 for checking in an hour before check-in time. Our room was ready so there was zero time/effort for us to check in a little early. Definitely a bad policy.
