We stayed at this hotel from October 29 to November 4. Overall, the staff was polite and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided — which we appreciated. However, several issues significantly affected our experience. First, the accessible bathroom we specifically booked did not match the photos. There was no handheld shower head, which was important for us. Second, the mirror in the hallway was noticeably dirty upon arrival, with visible streaks from a wet cloth — quite unpleasant for a hotel of this level. I also reported that the faucet in the sink splashed water everywhere, soaking the countertop and the floor. I was told the issue would be checked, but nothing was fixed throughout our stay. The two-faucet system used to regulate water in the bathroom was also very inconvenient, and we consistently had problems with unstable hot water pressure. A separate major issue was the parking. I prepaid and reserved parking for 5 days, but on the second evening all the spots were already taken, and I was simply instructed to park in a different building nearby. This was extremely inconvenient — having to carry things from the 3rd floor of another parking structure and waste additional time. It turned out that even if you pay in advance, your parking spot is not guaranteed — anyone from outside can take it. So you pay, but end up without the service you were promised. Overall, the staff tried to provide good service, but the organizational issues, maintenance problems, and poorly managed parking system seriously reduced our comfort. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Entorno: Un famoso resort hotelero situado en Waikiki, cerca del aeropuerto y lejos de Diamond Head. Llegué del aeropuerto el viernes al mediodía. Pensé que tendría que esperar mucho tiempo, pero pude registrarme a la una. Por $100 adicionales nos cambiaron a habitación superior, en el edificio Ali, que es el más cercano a la recepción. En este hotel se filmó la película Blue Hawaii🌺 protagonizada por Elvis. Hay una placa conmemorativa en la entrada del Edificio Ali del hotel😊 La playa está llena de gente todos los días. Puedes jugar por tu cuenta o el hotel ofrece muchas actividades, como surf 🏄♂️, paseos en barco, etc. Clases de surf para principiantes, ¡es necesario ser bueno en el agua y prestar atención a la seguridad! Las instalaciones de la habitación están completas, ¡mi habitación tiene hervidor de agua! ! 😁Hay una máquina de café y agua mineral gratuita. No hay pantuflas. La noche en que nos registramos, nos pusimos al día con los fuegos artificiales del viernes por la noche 🎆, y llegamos justo a tiempo para verlos junto a la piscina en el segundo piso del Edificio Ali. ¡Qué recuerdo más maravilloso! En resumen, el resort es apto para vacacionar con toda la familia 🏖️De esos en los que puedes estar unos días sin salir🤭

¡La habitación es hermosa! Incluso después de quedarme durante casi 10 días, las sábanas no se cambiarían si no tomaba la iniciativa de preguntar al servicio de habitaciones. Después de quedarme durante 8 días, las pedí antes de que las cambiaran. Las áreas sucias quedaron claramente expuestas, pero no fueron reemplazadas.

La recepcionista fue muy amable y cuando intenté ir a la playa el primer día que llegué, inmediatamente me entregó una toalla de playa. Hay un servidor de agua, café y té en el vestíbulo, y palomitas de maíz disponibles a partir de las 3:00 p.m. El edificio es antiguo, pero el precio era muy bueno. Cuando íbamos a la playa nos prestaron sombrillas, colchonetas, sillas y juegos de arenero para niños, lo cual fue de gran ayuda.

Reservé una cama doble con vista al mar para un viaje familiar. Llovió mucho el día de llegada, por lo que agradecimos habernos registrado temprano. La cama era móvil, por lo que se podían juntar dos camas y era lo suficientemente grande para una familia de cuatro. Fue restaurado a su estado original al momento del check out. Había más de 4 ascensores, así que pude desplazarme sin tener que esperar. La piscina es pequeña, pero la disfruté con mis hijos y nos prestaron toallas de playa, así que las usamos bien. Proporcionaron café por la mañana y la ubicación era excelente, por lo que fue genial salir a la playa de Waikiki y divertirse. En general, ¡fue el mejor hotel por el precio!

El hotel japonés es muy tranquilo, la ubicación es también muy buena en el puerto de yacht, cerca del centro de Moana y el hotel Hilton, el estacionamiento es muy barato en la calle por una hora. Vivíamos en Wikichi durante días, luego alquilamos el coche para este hotel, descubrió que era bueno, y podía jugar agua al llegar a Hilton, Ir al centro comercial también es muy cerca, el estacionamiento es conveniente, cerca de ABC, McDonald's, también hay muchas tiendas de café. La habitación es nueva, la limpieza es oportuna, el día del hall es muy delicioso

¡Muy bien valorado! Sin duda, la mejor relación calidad-precio. Ubicado justo detrás del Hotel Aston Beach, a 2 minutos a pie de la playa, con solo un McDonald's en el camino. A 15 minutos a pie del zoológico y a 5 minutos del popular restaurante japonés de bolas de arroz. El desayuno está incluido y, aunque es gratuito, incluye fruta, yogur, café y zumo, lo que supone un ahorro considerable. Hay actividades matutinas a diario; participé en una clase de hula y el profesor fue excelente, lo cual disfruté mucho. Aunque las instalaciones del hotel de tres estrellas son un poco deficientes, el precio y el servicio lo compensan con creces.

Very convenient and safe location right next to IHOP, a block from ABC store, and literally a minute walk from a bus stop for the major buses that go to Ala Moana shopping center and the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. The 24/7 front desk was courteous and helpful. They held the luggage for me before check-in time and after check-out so that I could explore the neighborhood without carrying my luggage around with me. Price was reasonable and actually slightly cheaper than other hotels nearby. They would give a big discount for Hawaiian residents if you directly reserve a room from their official website. This was my second stay and I will definitely choose here next time I come back in this area.

Spent 2 nights at Hotel La Croix on Oahu. Arrived quite early; around noon and figured I’d try to see if I could get an early check in. The front desk employee, Vince, recognized me from my last stay there a couple months ago. He helped my parents and I get into an available room for an early check in.  Room was clean and had a good view of the city which I wish I took some photos of. If there was one downside I think it would have to be the pillows. There were pretty flat and well used but clean. Definitely wish they were bigger and more life to them.  Overall the stay was great. No issues and the manager Craig also suggested some good places to go an eat at.

Our family’s second time at Halepuna. Location is great, steps from Waikiki and easy access to everywhere. Has a great infinity pool and hot tub on the 8th floor but not overcrowded like some other hotels. Will stay again next time.
