I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the décor and amenities.
The facilities were top-notch—quiet, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. What truly stood out was the breakfast. It was phenomenal! There was a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, from hot dishes to fresh fruits and pastries. They even make fresh custom omelets. Everything was delicious, and the presentation was excellent.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay. I will definitely return!

Ahmed nos saludó y, desde entonces, nos cuidamos de manera cálida, cuidadosa y profesional.
El resto de su personal, abajo de la persona, también fue caliente y amable, independientemente de su tarea o tiempo de día!
El desayuno grab-n-go tenía una gran variedad y el café siempre es un must.
La habitación era perfecta, limpia, bien cuidada y las camas eran GRATUITAs.
*Tipo de viaje - estuvimos en la ciudad para asistir a un concierto de Larkin Poe en el Salón Majestic de George

Nice hotel near a mall and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Was a stop over from Fort Worth en route Memphis. Staff friendly,clean and tidy and breakfasr OK.

El sistema de ventilación del baño apenas sucia aire, por lo que después de tomar una ducha todo el baño es como una sauna, y tenemos cinco personas para tomar duchas, así que al final todo el cuarto estaba muy húmedo.
El hotel sólo ofrece una internet desmal 10mb/second.
El fabricante de café Keurig no funcionó, y tienes que traer tu propia agua para usarla.
Aunque se reservaron 5 personas para llegar, no había hojas extras en la habitación.

MMacDouggalI stayed three nights. Breakfast is the attached Perkins Pancake House which normally isn’t that bad. The food voucher from the hotel though gives you two eggs, a list of sausages, ham and a potato variety. I eat carefully which is not the Arkansas way, so there was nothing in column two or three of any interest and the over-easy eggs were only a notch thicker than water. I never went back for my remaining breakfasts.
We booked 2 queen beds and were given 2 sets of towels. At 11 after the 1st night, I realized I might not get any housekeeping and asked for towels from a housekeeper I found who said she’d tell the appropriate person. That hadn’t happened by 1pm, so on my way out, I went to the front desk and asked for towels again (and toilet paper). I believe it was Porsha (not Porsche) at the front desk, who appeared to really care less. She offered me a roll of toilet paper on the spot but I wasn’t going back to my room, so again I suggested to have it and towels sent up. No one ever went into my room all day.
As I left the room after the second night there happened to be a housekeeper next to my door and I asked again if I could at least get towels. She said I was supposed to get towels every day and doesn’t know what happened the day before, but unfortunately, she did not have any towels to give me and would have to pass a message along. I walked through the lobby at about 11am and asked again at the front desk. Again, it was Porsha, and again I don’t feel she took me seriously. Another woman overheard this (it appears she was a shift manager) who was very apologetic and swore she would get me towels. Nothing by 4pm. ***. 4th request in 2 days. As I went out for dinner, I asked again, and again told it would be taken care of. I was apprehensive with the sting of previous promises not upheld, and another woman at the desk, rather saltily said she would take of it. Apparently she did! Too bad I never got trash emptied in 3 days, old towels not removed and the last few squares of tp weren’t replenished from the 1/3 rolls provided. Even the Kleenex was empty, using maybe 5.
Same pool towels and trash laying by the pools for 2 full days. There was a towel wadded by the outdoor pool gate, and it also didn’t move for 2 days.
The restaurant/bar was excellent.

UUsuario invitadoCould definitely use some upkeep, just seemed overall dingy. Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room along with the phone. The pool was nice. I guess for $175 I just had higher expectations, this is what I would have expected if I’d paid $75!!

Buen desayuno con cereales, frutas, huevos (omelettes, escramadas), salsa y bacon, patatas, biscoitos y sedimentos, pan, rodillos de cacahuete, etc. Y una Hora feliz con comida gratuita (subs, saladas, etc.) y bebidas. Las habitaciones son grandes y sin puntos, y nos gustan especialmente las suites con sala de estar, cocina (totalmente almacenada) y dos dormitorios con 3 camas grandes. ¡Incluso nos dan microondas de popcorn y mucho café para el fabricante de café!

RRebecca daughtreyI had requested early check in if at all possible as I am a stroke survivor and I had been driving all night. I got there about noon and told the girls up from o was there. The one young lady told me she didn't have any rooms available but would have one for me a son as she could. I got back in my car and hunkered down for a nap BUT within fifteen minutes the little girl was there telling me she had me a room ready. I was shocked and o so thankful! These young ladies at this front desk were so pleasant and so nice and made me feel so good and welcome. It was like like seeing old friends. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends or family

UUsuario invitadoThe important things first. Cleanliness, Safe Environment, Comfortable Bed, Great Shower, Nice TV, Good Size Refrigerator, and an AC that would freeze you out. The only downside (if any) was the front desk is only staffed from 9am until 9pm. So you are basically on your own outside of those hours. The complimentary continental breakfast has been eliminated since my stay last year. However, you can still get complimentary coffee from a Keurig in the common area that previously hosted the daily breakfast. For the price, I think it's a great bargain. I have another booking here within 30 days.

GGeorgina DotsonWe had car trouble traveling broke down and I booked the nearest hotel. When I went to check in they wouldn't accept my ESA (emotional support animal) I have documentation for him as well. So they had no problem giving me my money back but no regard to making an accepting since we were broke down and in a blizzard and stuck with no other options close by. Needless to say me my boyfriend and my dog had to walk in the freezing cold and snow to the nearest cheap hotel which wasn't the greatest but they were very kind and sympathetic to my situation. So not a very good experience.

Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal nos saludó con sonrisas cálidas y una auténtica disposición a ayudar, lo que nos hizo sentir bien en casa. La habitación superó las expectativas; era inesperatamente limpia, cuidadosamente arreglada, y especialmente libre de cualquier olor que a menudo puede dejar en los alojamientos de hotel. UUsuario invitadoWe stopped here on our way to visit family in TN. We had so much fun, and the hotel was so nice and clean, we stayed there again on our way home. Trip.com was the lowest fair that we could find and was reasonable for a nice hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was very nice with overhead rain delivery of water. We also spent time at the casino. No big wins, but we didn't lose every hand or every spin, so it made it fun. I will stay here again next time I am headed to visit family,.
