Hoteles con Gimnasio en Timiș, Rumanía

Hacía tiempo que buscábamos un buen hotel en Timisoara. El año pasado lo encontramos y este año nos sorprendió con pequeños detalles de mejora que sugerimos el año pasado. Su directora, Elena Zoocan, está muy comprometida con la formación del personal y se nota. También quería agradecer especialmente por su excelente trabajo al personal del desayuno, a Cristina de recepción por ayudarnos por encima de sus obligaciones y a Razvan del restaurante.

El hotel está muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy limpio, muy tranquilo. 10-15 Está a pie de cualquier ubicación interesante. El restaurante fue el mejor (encontré) en la ciudad. La piscina es agradable, no calentada, demasiado fría para finales de mayo. Muchas habitaciones de aparcamiento!!! NO ES QUE BUENA. No hay servicio de habitaciones, por lo tanto no es un hotel 4*, como se ha publicado. La sala de cenas está fuera del hotel, así que en un día lluvioso hay que caminar y mojarse. No quiero vestirme completamente durante una estancia de invierno sólo para tener mi café de la mañana. En la habitación, el aire acondicionado funcionó como un fan. La caja fuerte se rompió. El servicio de recepción era amable, pero no podía ofrecer ninguna solución. Después de dos noches, por un pago adicional, tuvimos un ”apartamento”, con una terraza sin una mesa para poner un vaso. Los ciegos venecianos estaban en parte funcionando. El aire acondicionado estaba muerto. El día siguiente alguien lo reparó. En el baño no funcionó una bola. La habitación estaba a punto de entrar. La habitación estaba a punto de entrar. El otro, con una llave electrónica que sólo se puede usar después de salir del ascensor y subir las escaleras en un solo piso. la ubicación es buena, cerca de la Catedral y Bega , pero fuera de la principal avenue de pie - debido a ello, el hotel es agradable, no ruidoso hay parking al nivel inferior ; no es una zona grande, Pero es funcional y el baño estaba bien, según nuestras expectativas; nos quedamos sólo una noche, por lo que no tenemos nada que decir sobre el limpieza durante el desayuno del día - bueno en general, mantendremos este hotel como la primera opción para Timisoara

We had a great stay at this conveniently hotel. My husband attended an international conference and we stayed a few days to see the city. The hotel is located in the walkable historical town and was a perfect place from which to see the city. The area is full of patio dining, shops, and historic sites. Our room was comfortable and the reception answered questions when needed.

Very nice hotel. Clean, cosy, modern, very comfortable room, super nice restaurant with quality and great food and professional staff. A real joy to stay here and a great choice for dinner. Our stay was more than a joyful experience. The infos in the hotel tv system aren’t updated, but this is just a small detail- only to have a negative remark :) I’m strongly recommend this place!

The only aspect that corresponds to the 4 stars is the price. the rest of the services are a mess. - bathroom is not properly cleaned, you have only one towel available even if the reservation was for 2 persons. you need to ask for another towel and bathroom amenities. - the breakfast is pretty ok but it doesn't offer a wide range of choices. it's like you wanna eat at home and you didn't shop for food. you don't starve but you are not pleased. - the room windows are dirty. the shared balcony is even dirtier. - if you are unlucky enough to get the room right above the hotel entrance like I was, you should expect to stay awake all night. the receptionist called in some friends and listened to music and drank beer all night. we called at around 2-3 am and asked them to stop and hey said ”sure”... not long after, they decided to move the party outside, in front of the hotel, right under our window. called the reception again, didn't answer, obviously, opened the window, saw the receptionist drinking a beer, he ran inside. called again, and asked them to stop because I wanted to sleep after a 600km drive. they said sure! everything stopped after about 20-30 minutes. it was already 4am. next morning, we discussed with another guy that was at the reception and demanded to speak to the manager and, surprise surprise, the manager was not there Saturday morning. we could only speak with somebody from management on Monday. when our trip and stay at this hotel ends. too little too late. since I wasn't able to contact a manager, I asked for a room change, and the receptionist said that he will not give us another room because what happened is not a solid case for a room change. it is unbelievable that at a 4 star hotel, the employees make your stay horrible. I have never felt or heard something like this. and I can't do anything about it. what is even more unbelievable is that you can't contact somebody from the management team till day day your vacation ends.. Under no circumstances I can recommend this hotel. it's not a 4 star hotel, maybe, just maybe, 3. Management team and the staff have a lot to learn about what a 4 star hotel should look like and how the services should be. To conclude, I don't recommend this hotel. stay away from this if you want to have a good vacation.

Pro - Location is perfect (center of Timisoara) - Staff very helpful - Close parking - Tea/coffee/bathroom samples are given in quantities and good quality Con : - Swimming pool is not as good as it appears on the photos. Still pleasant but it's part of the gym subscription and it can be quite busy with people from the hotel and the one from the gym - 2 Jacuzzy was out of order (it's temporary)

服務很差勁，到了酒店說我們有預訂沒有付錢，我也攜程上已經提前半天訂房付款的，給服務員看訂單就是說沒有付錢，我和朋友在前台站了半個多小時最後是攜程客服幫忙解決的，攜程客服很有耐心的幫我們解決問題，還送攜程的現金券作為補償，終於找到了一點心裏安慰，對這家酒店非常失望。

I have booked the penthouse located on the last floor and the experience was outstanding. The suite is extremely spacious with an absolutely fabulous interior design. I highly appreciated the large area to relax or work during the day with large sofas and elegant tables. I enjoyed a comfortable sleep due to the large bed that was perfectly designed to have a great night. The bathroom was also astonishing, extremely spacious, well designed, equipped with both shower and tube which created a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were perfect and I found everything I needed (plenty of high quality Rituals cosmetics, amenity kits for everything and the Harmon Kardon sound system). The large outdoor terrace completed the breathtaking experience, thanks to the amazing view of the city. The breakfast was delicious, rich and all dishes were well designed in order to have each day a different breakfast selection. The restaurant is clearly an international one providing a fine dining atmosphere. Of course, everything is done by the highly professional staff and I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to Florin and his amazing team: Dani and Pavel from front desk (for always being there to support me with everything needed for a great stay); Fabius, John and Nicu from the restaurant (for their friendly attitude, pleasant discussions, good vibe and great recommendations for a fine dining experience); Mirela and Roxana from breakfast (for creating the perfect atmosphere to start the day with a great breakfast).

Very nice hotel. Clean, cosy, modern, very comfortable room, super nice restaurant with quality and great food and professional staff. A real joy to stay here and a great choice for dinner. Our stay here was extremely pleasant. The location in in the suburbs of Timisoara but by car you can arrive in 10 min to the main attraction points. The hotel is new clean and modern. The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast had a good assortment of options. Also, as the hotel has a restaurant, you have the possibility to eat lunch and dinner in house and also you can grab a drink at the bar. The room was spacious and clean. The sheets were spotless and the bathroom had a big sized shower and had all the amenities necessary. Also, the location has a gym in construction and they have plans in the future for a spa. If given the chance we will stay at this hotel for sure.
