The hotel itself is located close to the city and the mall. It’s clean and the most of the staff were accomodating. The rooms were clean and smelled good. Food served in the two restaurants in the lobby and on the roofdeck were great! Things I didn’t really like: Power outages: I understand that there was a 12-hour blackout happening in the city and that the power supplier is a total mess. But a hotel of this caliber should have automatic backup generators that need to fire up as soon as there are power outages from the grid which should make the power outage unnoticeable. All throughout the night, there were at least 8 or 9 times that the power went on and off in quick succession in a span of an hour. I needed to get up several times to turn on the air conditioning system every time that there was a power outage. Pillows: It was a little too firm for me. Laying on it positioned my head in an uncomfortable way unlike softer pillows or memory foam pillows which are more comfortable. The pillows also retained heat, which also added to the discomfort. I suggest investing in better quality ones considering the cost of the hotel (memory foam pillows and/or cooling pillow). I ended up sleeping with no pillow under my head, which was ok since the mattress has a good balance of firm and soft. Shower: This may be a maintenance issue. The shower drain in my room (257) weren’t draining water well. It was probably clogged with hair or other foreign objects. The water filled the floor quickly which made it overflow into the room. Needed to use the towel to wipe off the puddle. Also, the hotel maintenance staff needs to fix the water pressure. It was too low and the shower head need maintenance since some of the holes are already probably clogged with mineral deposits. One of the staff members in the Le Sans Cafe: I didn’t remember her name but she had this vibe that didn’t sit right with me. She was smiling to other customers but when I tried interacting with her to order food or ask for water, her mood seemed to change from welcoming to unwelcoming. It seemed like she didn’t want me in the restaurant to the point that I felt uncomfortable and felt afraid to get her attention. I had to wait for the other waitress/waiters to come by my table to ask for something. The other staff members were okay. They were smiling as they took my order and seemed genuine that they wanted me to be there. Check out process: it took a little too long for the room check to finish upon my check out. Needed to wait 20 minutes in the lobby until they called my attention to tell me I’m free to go. Other hotels I’ve booked took less than 5 minutes and some didn’t even have to do a room check. One staff member that had a RBF and the slow check out process are the reasons for my 3 star rating on service. The clogged drain and faulty shower heads and low water pressure plus the constant power outage are the reasons for my 3 star on ammenities. Hoping that the management or owner sees this so they can improve on an otherwise really nice hotel.

I highly recommended this hotel, madali din sya ma access. madali din sila kausap kasi nagpalipat ako ng room ung may mayon view. that why I really satisfied, saka di ka mababasa ng ulan once nag papick sa grab kasi covered ung lobby 👍👍👍
Villa Caceres Hotel

During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

Realmente amable con todo lo demás Puedes darme al menos un pedazo de papel cómo voy a ir a donde voy. We're excited that it finally re-opened. Here's our review: ROOM Our first room was okay, but the filter of aircon is dirty so we had the staff cleaned it. next, we would like to go out to swim but their SDB was not fixed in the cabinet so we dont think how was that ”SAFE” knowing that it can be removed. so we just let it pass. then going back after our dip in the pool, we took a shower, but voila! the drainage doesnt drain at all 😂 so we decided to request to transfer to another room. so on the next room, as you enter, you will smell that it was not used for a period of time. the carpet was dusty, you can feel it on your feet. in this room, aircon and bathroom are now okay. RESTAURANT Volcanic Grill - before it was so nice to lounge here because of the food, but during our stay, the food was limited and there is no meat to grill 😅 how was that called volcanic grill? we ordered other food, and tbh, it's delicious and big serving. Breakfast - Since it is a weekday, we expect that it is not buffet, the food are not the same as before but it is still sumptious. we enjoyed our breakfast. POOL Of course, the hotel has the best view of Mayon. Nothing else to say, just look at the photo. SERVICE The staff are all respectful. PRICE It is a bit pricey given, they should have lower the price first to gain clients.

El hotel está en una buena ubicación, justo al lado de SM, camina unos minutos, ve a otros centros comerciales, hay otros centros comerciales en el Océano Pacífico, y están muy cerca. Es un paseo. El tutú cuesta 80 pesos y el guardia de seguridad en la puerta llama 150 pesos. El entorno general del hotel es solo para la transición. Hay un autobús de enlace gratuito al aeropuerto. Puedes concertar una cita con antelación y estará a 10 minutos. Varias farmacias cercanas son muy convenientes para comprar mascarillas y desinfectantes. Hay pocos chinos aquí y nadie los agarra. Hay muchas comidas en SM, por lo que es fácil comer allí a pie. Desayuno en el hotel, un día buffet, un día de menú fijo, nada para comer, muy sencillo. En general, el servicio es bueno, hay muchos hermanos menores, todos son maduros y se sienten seguros.

Though I created this booking as a mistake, and did not witness how good this hotel, but I will leave a good feedback since hotel is very much responsive in terms of my query. They assisted me well despite of the sudden mistakes I made. It's not my intention to booked a wrong dates but since it's depends on hotel's policy. I do understand. And we are looking forward for my hubby, we can stay in the future to this hotel.. I will leave a good review since all the feedback from the previous guest(s) were all good.

The service was good as always nice friendly staff the one thing that needs to change is the toaster at breakfast to put it bluntly it's fucked needs throwing in the bin and the purchase of a new faster one takes up to half an hour to fo one slice

La habitación era muy buena y muy agradable. No teníamos agua caliente después del amarillo. Se nos dijo que esperaba 30 minutos. hasta una hora después de que la electricidad volviera. Nos esperaba 2 horas sin agua caliente. El baño de ducha no es seguro en absoluto. Era demasiado alto y peligroso. No hay anti-slip y eso lo hace incluso peligroso. Otro es que no hay salida eléctrica en el lado izquierdo de la cama que hace difícil cargar el teléfono. También pedí una caja de papel tejido y recibí 2 papeles de baño. Se me informó que no proporcionan papel tejido. De todos los hoteles que nos quedamos esto es el más caro, pero no pueden proporcionar papel tejido. Vamos a probar una UMA la próxima vez.
