La habitación era más grande que esperado y tenía una buena vista al sol desde la habitación de vista al mar. Hay una piscina infinita con una gran vista al mar. El personal es amigable y el mantenimiento de la casa es diligente con toallas.
La ubicación es buena, ya que es sólo una 10min de camino de los buenos alimentos/cafés en Kuantán a través del puente. Vi algunas opiniones sobre el aire acondicionado. El aire acondicionado tardó un tiempo en refrigerar la habitación, pero la temperatura estaba justo después de que se interrumpió. Una de nuestras habitaciones tenía problemas con una fuga en el baño y una cabeza de ducha desalojada, pero el personal envió a un agente para abordarlos de inmediato.
Reservaremos este hotel la próxima vez que visito Kuantan.
This is our first time staying at this hotel and dare I say, it was one of the best 5-star hotels I’ve been in. Will definitely, definitely come again. Everything and everyone were wonderful. The room was so squeaky clean and no speck of dusts anywhere. The bathroom’s design was top notch I love every inch of it. And the room had carpet-floor which made it easier and less painful for my baby to crawl around. The view was to die for. Very secluded and private and calm. Okay now the breakfast, heads off to the chef, the foods were amazing. I think this hotel has been here for quite a while now but they had managed to maintain and made it look like brand new. Two things I wanna suggest a bit, maybe can provide a prayer mat for the muslims or the front desk maybe should ask first whether we need any prayer mats, that would’ve been nice. One other thing, during breakfast, maybe can make sure the utensils are more accessible rather than upon request cause each table was provided with limited number of spoons and forks. But yeah other than that, everything was perfect from the beginning till the end. Huge thanks to Mark as well cause he did a wonderful job assisting us to our room and everything. Kudos to every staffs here, they were so nice and helpful. Oh yeah almost forgot about the welcome drinks, they were absolute perfect thank you so much. Will come again and again. Best hotel here.

We arrived at the hotel around 8:00 PM and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and greeted us with a smile. However, there are several areas that need improvement. The toilet appeared to have a leakage issue, and the air-conditioning was not cold enough despite the temperature being set low. During breakfast, food items were not replenished quickly, and tables were not cleaned promptly, making it difficult to find a clean table. Guests also had to look for their own cutlery, including spoons, forks, and tissues. The breakfast selection was quite limited, although the food served was tasty.
On a positive note, the check-out process was quick and hassle-free. The hotel’s location is also convenient, being close to East Mall Kuantan.

Overall, everything was very good and satisfying, except for the pizza I had by the beach, which had a hair in it. Someone did come and replace it with a new pizza, but the time taken to prepare the replacement was very long, to the point that I had already lost my mood to enjoy the pizza. The first time I ordered, the food arrived very quickly, but when they replaced it, I had to wait for quite a long time. This was very disappointing.

Really liked the amenities they provided and room was clean. However the downside is that the lift take too long as our floor was 23rd, as we checkout, we were nearly late as we waited 20min to arrive at the lobby. Overall good and would book this stay again.

D hotel is on top a small hill located 3 min walking distance from d famous Fraser hill clock tower which is nearby a lot of restaurants.
1st impression on my room when open d toilet smells of crockroach. Eeww.. haai. Towels are stained n very old looking. Bidet was leaking. Bathing time hot water was not constant, I bath after my wife did and d hot water after a while just turns cold.
Pillow when you touch feels very soft but when we sleep
Both of us feels d pillow is not balance, something wasn't right, it was not comfortable. I had a headache after sleeping on d pillow.
Other than dat, hotel staff was polite and service was good.

La habitación es espaciosa, con espacio suficiente para una cama queen y una individual. La vista también es buena, y el registro de entrada y salida fue fácil y rápido. El aparcamiento es gratuito, pero también es público, así que fue bastante difícil encontrar sitio; tuvimos que aparcar en la planta B3 la mayor parte del tiempo. La ubicación es estratégica, a pocos kilómetros de la ciudad de Brinchang (más de 10 minutos sin atascos). El mirador de Boh también está a solo 4 km. Sin embargo, la silla, el suelo del baño y la ducha estaban bastante sucios (grabé un vídeo, pero aquí solo se permiten fotos). Solo nos dieron un champú 2 en 1 (para cabello y cuerpo), así que fuimos a comprarlo. La habitación no estaba insonorizada y se oía a niños y otras personas corriendo, caminando y hablando en el pasillo.
En general, un lugar perfecto para relajarse con bonitas vistas y una piscina de nueva construcción con vistas a la playa. Recibí 4 desayunos buffet gratis ni siquiera reservé con desayuno. The main issue was cleanliness. The room was not cleaned thoroughly and the ceiling fan was still dusty. For a residence that promotes itself as premium and elegant, I believe the housekeeping standards should be much better. More training for the housekeeping team would definitely help.
The check-in process was also very slow. Even though we arrived late, we still had to wait almost 1.5 hours to check in. During peak periods, a faster and more efficient system is needed.
The facilities were nice, but the best ones are mostly located in Towers A and B. Guests from Towers C and D can still use them, but it requires quite a long walk.
The jacuzzi was another disappointment as it took a very long time for the water to get warm.
One thing that surprised me was that there was no housekeeping service during my stay. Nobody came to collect the trash unless we contacted them first. This should be a basic service, especially for guests staying multiple nights.
The attached mall is convenient, but since it is still quite new, many shops are not open yet and most of the available outlets are restaurants.
Overall, the property has great potential with good facilities and a nice environment, but improvements in cleanliness, housekeeping, and check-in efficiency would make the experience much better.

1. Broken bedframe: One of the room bed is broken and we have reported to the reception immediately however no action was taken nor any updates was received. There are difficulties every time when we sleep on it as it is unstable.
2. Wifi connection: Throughout our stay, we unable to connect to hotel WiFi and no action was taken to rectify it.
3. Noisy door: There's a very annoying sound every time when we open or close the room door.

However, the check-in process was a bit confusing at first. We initially went to a different receptionist because we thought it was the correct one, but apparently they were from a different company. We were quite surprised to find out that we had to collect the key from the MyNews store, where someone was waiting there. Honestly, it felt a little suspicious at first because 3 days before our stay, I had a few questions to ask but the contact number provided couldn’t be reached at all, and nobody replied.
When we arrived during the rain and went to the wrong place to collect the key, we kept calling and trying to find someone but couldn’t get through. Luckily, we eventually figured it out. The unit also had a washing machine, but unfortunately it wasn’t usable. We also had some difficulty entering the unit at first because the key card didn’t detect properly.
My suggestion would be to provide an active contact number that guests can easily reach and clearer instructions on where and how to collect the key, especially if calls are difficult to answer. That would make the overall experience much smoother.
