«We had a family vacation here and booked a 3-bedroom apartment for our family. The Superior King Room was excellent — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with an iron, kettle, toothbrushes, and even a prayer mat. The 3-bedroom apartment was very spacious. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the living hall was huge, making it perfect for a family stay. The pool was very entertaining for the kids, especially with the water slides. The beach is just a short walk away from the resort. There were also plenty of activities such as table tennis, carrom, and swings, all with a beautiful beach view. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food, and everything was delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place for families with children.»

«This was my first time staying at Nilai Springs Resort, and I already expected it to be an old resort. However, the experience was a bit disappointing, especially upon arrival at night. The road leading to the hotel after the guard house was very dark, with no clear signage and no street lights, making it difficult to find the entrance. When I arrived at the lobby, it looked quite nice and well-presented, possibly refurbished, which gave a better first impression. Check-in was smooth, and although I initially booked a Superior room, I upgraded to a Deluxe room because I wanted a bathtub. Walking to the room, the hallway was very dimly lit, with only faint lighting, giving a rather gloomy feeling. Once inside the room, it was clear that the resort is very old. The furniture looked extremely outdated, the bathroom fixtures were worn out, some pipes looked like they were about to break, and the bathtub was not clean. The drain for the bathtub was also broken and could not be turned properly. The room lighting was very dull, and the room was not soundproof at all—I could clearly hear other guests opening and closing doors and talking. That said, the room was very spacious, which was a plus, especially since my child could run around comfortably. Still, the overall atmosphere at night felt dark and deserted, making the hotel feel rather eerie, as if not many guests were staying there. In my opinion, the rooms really need a full refurbishment. The next morning during breakfast, I finally saw many guests around, mostly foreigners, including Chinese and Korean tourists. The breakfast was good and delicious, especially the pastries. All the pastries tasted excellent—honestly better than some five-star hotels. The swimming pool area was another highlight. The pools are huge and there are several of them. The kids really enjoyed playing there. However, part of the children’s pool looked dirty and clearly needs better maintenance. Only during the daytime did I fully appreciate the surroundings of the hotel. The view was beautiful, as the resort is surrounded by a golf course. Unfortunately, at night, the area feels very dark and gloomy. Adding more lighting around the hotel would greatly improve the overall experience. Overall, this hotel has so much potential. With proper refurbishment and better maintenance, especially in the rooms and lighting, it could be a really great resort.»

«This is not our first time at Admiral Cove Avillion however the first Superior room with Seaview (1501); wow with the setting sun view..Love it! Pleasant experience overall. This hotel is children-friendly with good facilities and amenities around as well as good food though mostly open towards the evening but fast food outlets like mcD and Starbucks etc are a drive away at Waterfront City. Our appreciation goes especially to Amy the guest relations assistant and Dalina with their ever smiling demeanor and kind support while attending to us. Somehow our hp couldn't connect outgoing calls but Amy was ever willing to let us use her hp, kudos Amy! Thank you.»
