El servicio de registro fue un poco lento, pero la recepción fue agradable y trató de hablar el idioma con el que estamos familiarizados (aunque realmente no podemos entender completamente BM). La habitación es muy espaciosa y la distribución es excelente, pero su calidad fue la peor de todas: cucharas de metal corroídas, tazas sucias, sábanas sucias/manchadas, olores a humedad de la alfombra, el escape del baño no funciona, la puerta del baño no se puede abrir por completo. Cerrado y pegado al marco de la puerta. Sin embargo, la ubicación está justo en el centro de la ciudad de Malaca, lo que le dio un punto positivo, solo que el puente de enlace tampoco funcionaba en absoluto, ya que el centro comercial era como una zona desierta. No me quedaré más aquí y preferiré los alrededores que tienen tantas opciones de hoteles.

Our Deluxe Family Room was spacious, clean, and well‑appointed—there was plenty of room for our two children’s luggage, plus a small seating area to unwind. The resort’s highlight is undoubtedly its waterpark: although we only had a few hours before closing, the kids absolutely loved the slides and lazy river. The poolside bar had a decent selection of mocktails and light snacks, which was perfect for a quick bite. Housekeeping was attentive, and our room was refreshed promptly when we requested extra towels. On the downside, the breakfast buffet (available only until 10:00 AM) felt a bit under‑stocked for a resort of this size—wish there had been more local specialities. Also, the walk from the room block to the waterpark can be a bit long if you have small children in tow. Pros: • Smooth, friendly check‑in • Spacious, clean family rooms • Fantastic waterpark onsite • Prompt housekeeping Cons: • Limited breakfast variety • Long walk to waterpark from some rooms Recommendation: Great for families with young kids seeking a fun day at the waterpark; advisable to book a room in the block closest to the pools if you want quicker access.

My only suggestion would be to adjust the coffee machine’s ratio of coffee to milk, as the coffee was too creamy and lacked a strong flavor. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

Hotel was nice. But sadly we were not able to try the VR room at all. It’s open for very limited hours and when we tried to go during the time stated, they disallowed entry as they mentioned they close early due to Ramadan. As mine was a one night stay, on the day we were leaving, the WIFI was down for the whole hotel and again we were unable to utilise our free credits for the VR room. They could not get the WIFI issue fixed before we checked out and disappointingly we had to leave without experiencing the VR room. All the staff could do was apologise and no compensation given. 🥹

Regresé a recepción y me dijeron que era el nivel 33A. 2) Esperar tu/mi turno para entrar en cualquiera de los cuatro ascensores es una tarea dolorosa durante la temporada alta. 3 min para subir a un ascensor. Llegar del nivel 33A al piso G puede consumir fácilmente al menos entre 8 y 12 minutos, ya que se detiene en cada nivel. Un bebé lloraba en su cochecito mientras esperaba que el ascensor llegara al piso G. Él había estado antes que yo en el ascensor congestionado y mal ventilado. Nos encontramos en el nivel 33A y tardamos 7 minutos en llegar al piso G. 3) Ofrecer más variedades de desayuno buffet. Entiendo que este hotel ofrece un precio asequible para una estancia cómoda, especialmente para una familia numerosa, y mucho mejor que las pequeñas habitaciones de hotel de Jonker Walk. No podemos quejarnos mucho del buffet. En mi humilde opinión, el hotel puede añadir dos o tres platos que representen la cultura Peranakan en Melaka. Sería una experiencia maravillosa para nosotros. 4) Para quienes visitan por primera vez como yo, presten atención al enorme estacionamiento en el nivel 7. Hay al menos 3 vestíbulos con ascensor y terminé llegando al vestíbulo del Swiss Hotel, al restaurante De Wan y al vestíbulo del hotel durante mi visita. estancia nocturna. Puede resultar útil disponer de carteles claros que indiquen a qué vestíbulo llega cada hotel/punto de venta. 5) Lo más importante es adoptar las mejores prácticas para dar la bienvenida y saludar a sus invitados en la recepción. Como mencioné, no todos sabríamos que el nivel 34 que está escrito en la tarjeta de nuestra habitación es en realidad el nivel 33A en el botón del ascensor. Alertarles/ayudarlos/a mí es una excelente manera de ir más allá y dejar una impresión duradera. Gracias

Todo en este hotel es de 5 estrellas para mí. Fantástico. Tuve la mejor estadía. Registro y salida fáciles. La habitación está limpia. Amplio aparcamiento. Fácil acceso a todas partes y la vista desde mi habitación era increíble. Definitivamente volveré aquí. Felicitaciones a la gerencia.

Anna was a great cheerful presence at the front desk. She gave good suggestions for where to see. The cookies at check in was a welcome surprise for travellers who are hungry and tired after a long bus or plane ride. Housekeeping was very clean and the rooms were very spacious.

We had been staying at this hotel numerous time, but this time it was an emergency due to our grandma pass away. We had to rate poor service as we had been calling the hotel numerous time but no answer. We even left message in Trip but no reply. We wanted to inform that we will check in quite late as the funeral finished at 10pm. We reached hotel at 11pm. Why so hard to answer the phone???

My partner high recommended this hotel cause she stayed here before. And My personal experience I find the service were good from the reception, security guard, housekeeping and a guy at gym v friendly , Chef, F&B team very energetic v welcoming u to bfast. Person who delivered meal to our room also v friendly. However, some awful experienced at first room assigned room 2002 AC not cold and v bad sewage the moment you open the entrance door. We asked for room move then to 2703 the moment we entered overpowering of air freshener was sprayed follow by we saw the sofa have a big round stained and a debris on the floor so I immediately told the bellman unacceptable but it was too late we decided to stay. On Sat 2nd night at wee hour of 12 midnight, my room was on Do Not Disturb sign on and staff still knocking on my door for few times to deliver something for we have not asked for. We got a shocked of our life from the Big Bang knocked and call the operator…. And he said sorry… worse experience ever. My partner got very scared and got migraines after. Do not invade or ignore people privacy sign. Overall our stay was a OK even though with few incidents happened.

Stay here few days still can considered ok.tv got few channel but i think they just on the extra channel from friday to weekends only.because in weekday only got 3-4 local channel only.toiletries include toothbrush set is provided.water flow is good but for water heater early in the morning is not hot.aircond function.bathroom exhaust fan also working and this is important thing for bathroom.because most of hotel this thing are not function.for praying you need to bring your own sejadah.but the room i stay got carpet.iron can request at the counter.hair dryer provided in the room.the towel is clean.bed sheet and blankets also clean.as usual only 2 pillow provided.maybe management should improve on the room door.because it is so loud,because you cannot close it on normal way.this hotel don't have their own cafe.but around hotel got a lot of restaurant but mostly chinese food.but if you own a car that should be no problem.if not grab also easy to get.laundry shop got 2 near the hotel.all room have window but my room cannot open the window.not sure why you need to screw the window.sometimes we need some fresh air too,thats why we choose room with window.i notice bathroom wall actually can see through from bedroom but they already put wallpaper.but still the light from the bathroom can go through the wallpaper.for those that can sleep with light maybe no problem.for bathroom maybe can improve the cleanliness,especially the wall.this is the common problem for some hotel.

Zona tranquila de Melaka pero aún así de fácil acceso a una variedad de restaurantes. A una corta distancia a pie de los centros comerciales, pero si trae un bebé pequeño, simplemente tome un paseo, que es súper barato. El servicio es bueno ya que la habitación se limpia con prontitud, las botellas de agua y el cepillo de dientes se reemplazan diariamente. Dispensador de jabón para la ducha, traje mi propio limpiador facial. Sin zapatillas. TV solo 4 canales de Malasia, sin cable y YouTube. Wifi está bien para mí, tal vez por la mañana, cuando todos los huéspedes lo usan al mismo tiempo, es un poco lento. Las sábanas están limpias pero la alfombra está un poco polvorienta. Tengo la nariz sensible, así que seguí estornudando cuando entré por primera vez a la habitación. La piscina no es grande pero en la azotea tiene una bonita vista. El bar es agradable tener esa música un poco alta. Me quedo en el quinto piso y no puedo escuchar nada en la habitación, pero se escucha música alta cuando se toma el ascensor. El gimnasio es pequeño pero tiene cinta para correr y un par de máquinas, pero ambas cintas para correr están estropeadas. En general sigue siendo una buena estancia ya que el precio es asequible para la familia.

Booking and checking in was handed well. However you have to carry all your bags by yourself to the room. Room was nice, spacious and clean. All basic facilities are available. I was given Block 1 room 1607, Nice view of the golf course and hill in the background from the balcony. 2 queen size bed were comfortable, good sleep quality.

Come here for business trip during public holiday, glad that managed to find hotel at this peak season, thank you for the helpful hotel staffs

Spacious room with additional 1 single bed. really exceed our expectation. big bathroom, we were really satisfied with the accomodation. dinner and breakfast provided in the room rate. Love to have a longer stay here. If only the place was clean n freshen up. Stuffy smell still lingers around the room perhaps due to long it was not been use especially during Covid. Lucky we always bought our travel humidifier thus that solves the issue. Food for breakfast just the basic for rm18 for kids the cost is too much for the serving they have to offer. The staffs were friendly and helpfull thumbs up for that. Give it some time to brush up the entire place it will be good as before. Will still come back for more stay at Philea despite the flaws...
