«Check in was smooth, deposit required. Quite an old hotel showing it's age. Room was not cleaned well on 2nd day, could see floor wasn't swept. Basic amenities provided. Bidet spray was missing the head and the bracket was half broken. Mid water pressure & lukewarm temperature for shower. Fridge was cold. One of the few hotels that has smoking rooms. Restaurant staff was great. Breakfast was acceptable altho no live egg station. There's a gym with a nice view. Location was good. Not in town but not far by grab, lots of eateries and mini marts within 5 minutes walk. There's a 7-11 in the mall attached to the hotel. Other than that, not much in the mall.»

«I had a very comfortable stay at Pine Tree Hotel in Batu Pahat.

«This was my second time staying at New York Hotel. This time, I stayed in a Family Room. We originally had three people, and after added an extra bed. The price was still quite reasonable, and breakfast was included, which was a good value.
The breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. There were many choices, including local Malaysian favourites such as roti prata, nasi lemak, porridge, and more. I really enjoyed having so many different options.
My favourite part of the hotel is definitely the indoor swimming pool. The hotel also has a gym and jacuzzi, which are great facilities for relaxing and enjoying some downtime.
The Family Room was very spacious, and the view was beautiful. The location is also convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby places.
However, there are still some areas that need improvement.
The shower mat was quite dirty, which was disappointing. Also, out of the three towels provided, two of them had a very strong unpleasant smell. I hope the hotel can pay more attention to the cleanliness and freshness of the towels and bathroom items.
Another thing I found inconvenient was that there were only two charging sockets in the room, and one of them was located in the bathroom. For a family room, I think having more charging points would be much more convenient for guests.
Overall, I still enjoyed my stay because of the spacious room, beautiful view, good breakfast, indoor swimming pool, gym and jacuzzi. However, I hope the hotel can improve the cleanliness of the bathroom items, the smell of the towels, and provide more convenient charging points.»

«Had a really good stay here. The resort is beautiful and very peaceful, especially in the evening. Everything is well maintained and the whole place just feels very relaxing.
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We spent quite a lot of time just walking around the resort, chilling by the pool and enjoying the beach. Honestly, this is the kind of place where you don’t really need to plan much 😂 just come here, slow down and relax.
Breakfast was really good too. Plenty of choices and we enjoyed almost everything we tried. One of my favourite parts was actually just sitting there in the morning, having breakfast slowly and enjoying the view instead of rushing anywhere.
Service was good throughout our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed something, and everyone we met was very polite.
The location is quite far from everything, but for me that’s not really a bad thing. If you’re coming to Desaru for a quiet getaway, then it actually works perfectly. Probably not the place if you want to go out and explore a lot, but if your plan is just eat, swim, sleep and relax, then yes 😂
Overall, we had a great time here. Good room, good food, beautiful surroundings and most importantly, very relaxing. Definitely wouldn’t mind coming back again.»

«Very close location to KSL with free parking for residents. Unique LED lighting in the room which was great for movie atmosphere. Host was responsive when we had issues (remote control no battery). Only downside is that the water pressure is low, especially for hot water which led to the bathtub being lukewarm at best.»

Usuario invitadoOverall, this was an above average apartment stay. Lots of amenities in the apartment, including a washing machine, cooker and full size fridge. The biggest advantage is definitely the location — the apartment is situated directly above Paradigm Mall, making it extremely convenient for shopping, dining and getting around without having to travel far.
The stay itself was comfortable enough, but there were a couple of issues worth highlighting. Firstly, we received an unauthorised SMS that appeared to be related to our booking, and we nearly fell victim to a scam. Guests should be especially cautious about responding to suspicious messages or making payments outside the official booking platform.
Secondly, although the apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests, we were provided with only one access key card. This was quite inconvenient, especially for a larger group where people may have different schedules and need to come and go independently.
Overall, the stay was satisfactory and the excellent mall location was a major plus, but better security awareness and providing sufficient key cards for the number of guests would significantly improve the experience.

HohohoyeeThis is my third time staying here, and once again, I had a great experience. This time, I chose a different room, and I was happy to find that it was still very spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The apartment is great for a short-term stay, with complete facilities for cooking, washing clothes, and other daily needs, making it feel just like home. The jungle-themed concept is also really unique, creating a cozy, relaxing, and refreshing atmosphere.
The customer service and admin team at Nest Home are always helpful and responsive. They respond quickly to questions and are willing to assist whenever needed, which makes the whole stay smooth and hassle-free.
I really appreciate the consistency of the stay, especially since this is already my third time here. Different room, but still the same level of comfort and spaciousness. Definitely a place I would come back to again. Highly recommended!

Wanderfull5We really enjoyed our stay at Fraser Place Iskandar Puteri. The 3-bedroom serviced apartment was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family of 5. We especially loved the location. Marina Walk is just nearby, with Hard Rock Cafe and other dining and leisure options within walking distance.
We enjoyed taking leisurely walks around the area, especially in the evenings. It was nice to have everything so accessible while still having a relaxing and peaceful place to stay.
Overall, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider coming back again!

Fina-chanAffordable hotel with a spacious room that's able to accommodate an extra bed (at an additional cost of 151.20 RM). Room rates are inclusive of complimentary breakfast for 2 adults. You can add-on at the counter for kids above 6 years old. Hotel is located directly above Mid Valley mall which is very accessible from the hotel. Front desk was fast with our check-in and room service was helpful in setting up the extra bed for us. Highly recommended for short family stays over the weekends!

Usuario invitadoWe had a pleasant two-night stay, and overall, everything was great. We really liked the room layout, cleanliness, and the overall condition of the place.
However, I would like to mention a couple of things for improvement. First, the main door lock was quite difficult to open and use. I would recommend having it checked and repaired properly.
Secondly, there is an issue with the lock on the laundry room door. It cannot be locked from inside the house, but it can be locked from the outside. This could be a security concern, so I would recommend fixing or replacing the lock to ensure better safety and privacy.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope these small issues can be improved for future guests.

Everything is NEW and water pressure is good, bath tub is deep and fit body well.
Bath robes material soft and like teddy bear furry 🤣🤣
Coffee machines and washing machines work well, even provide detergent.
SOME improvement make it more perfect:

Usuario invitadoFrom the pov of other guests it's a very vary bad hotel. Intercom wasn't working, internet wasn't working and DRILLING INTENTIONALLY DONE with plans of disturbing me. All this was infact not done by hotel management but they were helplessly cooperating in all the mess. Shows hotel is not actually under the control of management but somebody else. BUT I ENJOYED THE STAY. ALL I WANT IS EVIDENCE FOR JOINT CONSPIRACY AND I GOT WHAT I WANTED. in every place I visit drilling happens which proves every single human being is leading life for name sake following somebody else's instruction and not leading their own life. Only by posting these videos in youtube I can make the world understand this.

DTSgThe location is a short walk from rnf mall however if you have elderly, it may not be convenient as you need to cross the road on 1st day to check in. Saw the overhead bridge but the guard said need access card first. Since we hadn't got access card, need to walk across and along a stretch of road to reach the block.
After that, we took grab all the time as elderly may not be able to walk too long and on slopes.
Condo was nice, but rubbish area may need to be more clean. We could smell it along the corridor. The door chain lock was spoilt. 2 doors at front entrance, inside the unit was quite clean and meet our needs. Can do light cooking saw pan. Microwave, kettle and cutlery etc. Rooms were quite clean but toilets had some smell, brought toilet spray. Mosquitoes are common, pls bring insect repellent too even in unit. Every room has aircon so it's OK. Living room is nice with nice view from balcony seeing the sea and boats!
Overall gd experience but don't expect it to be like hotel. It's Airbnb. Swimming was noisy with kids, gym was busy too. We didn't swim or use gym but we walked around on viewing deck to watch boats.
