5* hotel booked to end our trip in style. Bar staff and cleaners were super happy, polite and love to great the guests in the hotel. Reception staff were generally unhelpful. I tried to book activities and excursions, but was initially told to go the hotel next door before being given a random book While trying to sort late check out one receptionist began serving another customer over my head. Late check out was eventually agreed to which was helpful but after being sat face to face in silence for minutes. Facilities are wonderful. Nice private beach, great pool area. Two bars and buffet style restaurant with ala carte option. Locals got charged significantly less for our event dinner. Some would say that's fair, others would disagree, but not being transparent probably suggests it was trying to be hidden. Service wasn't 5*. When we arrived our bedding was ripped and had a huge hole in it. Thankfully this was fixed, but I think atleast 2/3 people came to check before it was resolved.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel overall. The private beach is beautiful and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The pool area is also great, very clean and well maintained. Breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had strong AC, which made a big difference in the heat. The staff were very kind and welcoming throughout our stay. One thing to note is that we didn’t receive responses regarding booking tours through the hotel, even after following up. I would recommend arranging any tours or activities in advance to avoid inconvenience. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and appreciated the relaxing atmosphere.

La vista fuera de la ventana es excelente, puedes ver directamente la Torre del Loto. Su equipaje debe ser facturado en la puerta, por lo que la seguridad está garantizada. El personal del hotel es muy amable y responderá cualquier pregunta con paciencia. Especialmente las damas del hotel visten hermosos saris. El desayuno estuvo genial. El chico que hizo los pasteles de arroz nos saludó en chino cuando se enteró de que éramos de China. El chico que hace la limpieza también es muy agradable. También me encontré con la boda de un local al día siguiente~

El servicio maravilloso. Pensaba dejar la maleta , porque era muy pronto para hacer el checking , y al final me dieron la habitación.,super temprano . Todo muy limpio y la habitación amplia y acogedora . .y toda la gente muy servicial y amable .volveré sin duda .

¡Las instalaciones del hotel son completas y el restaurante es genial! Es sólo comida occidental. Hay un restaurante cantonés a un kilómetro de los alrededores, abierto por un nordestino. La decoración y el gusto son buenos y el precio es asequible. ¡Pertenece al centro de la ciudad y tiene transporte conveniente! Uber es muy conveniente, Sri Lanka es un gran lugar para viajar

Great location and great Hospitality, Room has all amenities. Very well maintained facility. Only suggestion is to fasten the check out process. I had to wait for 15 minutes after handing over the key so was slightly late reach the airport

This hotel is a newly opened five-star Marriott hotel on the Colombo waterfront. Across the street is the Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, a five-star hotel with a striking exterior. After much deliberation, I chose this one on the beachfront. There's security at the porte-cochère, and a baggage check before entering the hotel. The ground floor is lined only with sofas, and the front lobby is above. The lobby lounge was very spacious and had a gorgeous atmosphere – truly impressive. I arrived early, so the front desk wasn't crowded, and they upgraded my room without any special comment. It was a room with round walls, which I love, and absolutely beautiful. The room's interior and furniture had a more classic feel than I expected, with a large column, a spacious bed, and a large television being particularly striking. The minibar was housed in a heavy, single-door cabinet, giving it a luxurious feel, and there were five bottles of mineral water. However, the minibar refrigerator is usually locked, so it was a shame that I couldn't chill the water. There was welcome fruit on the table in the foreground. Next to the entrance was a walk-in closet, and beyond that was a spacious bathroom. The bathtub was open, but I appreciated that the toilet and shower were properly separated. The beauty mirror was also unusually large. Best of all was the round terrace, which offered views overlooking the beach and the city. The hotel has two pools, both infinity pools overlooking the ocean. The gym was in a hard-to-find location, behind a spa-like reception area. The breakfast area was one of the largest I've seen in any hotel so far, with plenty of food, but it was crowded and difficult to find things, which was a bit tiring. Also, there was a long line at the live kitchen, and many people, including the staff taking orders, were cutting in line, which was disappointing. Hay una piscina infinita en el último piso con una linda vista. La habitación está bien, comparable a Orange o Lavande en China. Es estándar en la mayoría de los hoteles de Sri Lanka no proporcionar cepillos de dientes ni zapatillas. El desayuno es muy bueno, rico en variedad y las tolvas deliciosas😋

La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. Nos hemos dado la oportunidad de comer y de comer todos esos días. No nos sentíamos comidas frescas no debido a la comida de la habitación Sé que no podemos conseguir 100% de comidas calientes y frescas para la comida de la habitación.im no digo sobre el caliente o frío.por desayuno ordenamos dos días 2 fijación menú plazo día no recibimos té y café.pero incluye para Set.second day we received it.but second day we didn't receive breads and again we ask it.However all the staff very friendly and always with smiled face.particularly housekeeping team was perfect.They maintain high quality cleanliness.
