There are two KARAVANSARAY hotels on the property - one which is a family hotel with children's activities and the other, more luxury style hotel. We were upgraded to the duplex room at the luxury style KARAVANSARAY. To say that the amenities and service of the amazing staff are top-notch is an understatement. There's a spa, steam rooms, Turkish bath, and massages available. The bar and 24 hour room service were a pleasant surprise. My only regret is that we only stayed one night in this fabulous hotel, but we will definitely return. My one critique is that our room was exceedingly hot; we couldn't adjust the thermostat and ultimately resorted to opening the balcony door to cool down the room. Other than this minor issue, KARAVANSARAY hotel far exceeded our expectations!

Если хотите испортить себе проживание и промывание в городе Шымкент, езжайте в Рамада Винхон.

Rather new hotel located in a quiet area. Modern furniture, rooms are mid size, very clean, small but efficient bathroom. Breakfast was good variety and very good quality. Personnel is nice. Nice bar and restaurant. Unbeatable at less than 50 dollars per night.

I just returned from Hampton by Hilton Turkistan and my experience was incredibly positive. From the moment I entered the lobby, I felt a sense of comfort and hospitality, which was incredibly pleasant after a tiring overnight flight. Check-in at the hotel was quick and professional thanks to the caring and welcoming staff. The amazing surprise was that despite booking a standard room, I was upgraded to a Presidential King Suite for free. In the room, fruit slices and a warm letter from the hotel were waiting for me, which created a special atmosphere. And the view from the window was amazing. You couldn't ask for more from such an upscale room. In addition, all the staff, starting with Almas and the girls at the reception, were extremely friendly and attentive. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had the privilege of having. Hampton by Hilton Turkistan pays attention to every detail and it shows in everything. The hotel service is truly beyond praise, and I want to express my deep gratitude to all the staff for creating such an unforgettable atmosphere. I would like to especially emphasize the hospitality of Almas, who made my stay especially comfortable. I was treated with such care at Hampton by Hilton Turkistan that even during my short stay I felt at home. This hotel is an ideal place for those who value comfort, a high level of service and a cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend Hampton by Hilton Turkistan to anyone considering a stay in the region. I'm looking forward to coming back here again. Thanks to all the hotel staff for such an unforgettable experience. See you soon, Hampton by Hilton Turkistan!

El otro día estuve en este hotel. Me senté en una habitación en el tercer piso. Observo que en las habitaciones ya no es mucho adecuado para el uso, por ejemplo, la dosis de jabón se rompe y, como entiendo, hace mucho tiempo. El limpieza es muy superficial. Pero también es tolerable. La ventilación en las habitaciones se hace con un propósito de ahorro, de modo que la audición en las habitaciones es simplemente loca. Puedo distinguir claramente incluso un whisper de la próxima habitación. En la próxima habitación, una empresa entera (huel 7-8, no menos) se reunió y se encontró con alcohol tan alto y descuidado que había una sensación persistente que detrás de la pared del bar deportivo. Cuando su diversión ya había pasado todas las normas permitidas, a las 2:40 a.m. intenté llamar a los receptores y ... estaba ocupado. También, todas mis intentos posteriores de llamar en una hora estaban ocupados. We stayed two nights at the Karavansaray Khaganate Hotel in Turkistan in late June 2024 and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is in an excellent location in the very walkable pedestrianised Karavansaray shopping-and-entertainment complex. This is right in the heart of a new, largely pedestrianised development in the city centre, and right next to the complex of the Khoja Ahmed Yassawi Mausoleum, the primary tourist attraction of the city. This made it very easy and enjoyable to walk from the hotel to the mausoleum area. The hotel itself is also very nice, with nice decor and rooms. However, the hotel has two separate buildings. One, the main and fancier hotel building, is right next to the main parking area and overlooks the ”lake” which is a focal point of the complex. The other hotel building, less expensive, is at the other end of the Karavansaray complex, making it about a 10 minute walk between the buildings. This second one is not as nice, the rooms have only a view of nearby apartments and streets, and it is next to the family fun centre. The main one is a little more expensive and has nicer rooms with balconies overlooking the complex's lake, where there are light shows. However,both are nice and have attractive rooms with nice showers, beds, and toilets. One just needs to verify which area one is booking for. This was not clear when we booked, so we got a more expensive room for ourselves with a balcony overlooking the lake and and we got a less expensive room for our adult daughter which happened to be in the other building. It was fine, but helpful to know in advance.

Vivir en un lujo en invierno. En general, habitación normal: mobiliario y pirotecnia no son viejos, buena WiFi, cama cómoda. Entretenimiento. Todo limpio, habitación es espaciosa. Me gusta el desayuno: mesa sueca con una buena elección – hay tanto caliente, dessert, y leche. Pero el café es para ti mismo. Lo que no le gustaba: 1. El lujo es un diseño extraño: el salón es estrecho, y la pista de él no es mucho. 2. El pecho eléctrico no es lugar para poner excepto en el suelo, como todos los sockets en la habitación en el nivel del plinto. 3. En la habitación 4 el balcón y todo con suelo de concreto, sucio (puede no ser sucio, pero no parece muy y sin zapatos para llegar a ella). 4. Las ventanas en el balcón no están abiertas y el vidrio no se lava en ellas, por lo que no disfrutará de la vista de la ciudad. Las baterías no son suficientes para calentar la habitación – a menos cinco en un sótano en la habitación. Me volví a la 32-stroke con el contorno para ser cómodo 6. El piso en el baño está frío, no calentado. La serpiente no estaba caliente. Así que era frío salir del duche. 7. El ruido no es importante – Los vecinos que no oí, pero las conversaciones en el corredor y el limpiador de vacío se oían muy claramente.

Had a good stay. Hotel is well-located in the center, not far from Park Abay and the Arbat. The staff was excellent. They helped me find a power cord for my laptop and allowed me to check out a day early when I needed to. Some will have issues with the thin walls. I had a youngster in the next room screaming. And maybe with the road noise. However, I travel with a white noise machine that makes rain sounds and so was able to basically drown both noises out. My main and really only issue was the lack of air in the room. There is a window that you can open, but if it is closed, the air is hot and dry. The air conditioner/heating system seems to only make it more hot and more dry. The breakfast was pretty good. I ate both nights in the hotel restaurant. The food was good, but they were sometimes out of some things, and it is a bit expensive. Wifi worked very well. Overall, a good stay.
