호텔뷔페 퀄리티 이정도면 솔직히 개인적으로 그랜드조선 아리아보다 더 맛있었어요 너무 좋구요 음식의 퀄리티로만 보면 손꼽습니다 강원도에서 뷔페로 이정도면 최고라고할수있어요 대게의 신선도 퀼리티 진짜 우수합니다. 생각나면 한번씩 1박하면서 뷔페 즐길예정이구요 이런곳이 존재해서 너무 감사합니다 직원분들은 왜이렇게 다들 친철하신지 진짜 최고였습니다 스크린골프, 오락존, 수영장, 사우나, 편의점, 지하주차장도 넓고 좋았으며 자주 이용할예정입니다 ~

La ubicación es ideal. Las habitaciones son limpias y agradables. Sentí que el servicio podría haber sido mejorado. Hay algunas reglas que no estaban bien explicadas que nos hacen sentirnos incómodos. Por ejemplo, teníamos tubos en nuestro balcón pero no nos permitían usarlos. En lugar de vendernos, y ofrecernos a usarlos por un precio nominal, nos dijeron a la plana, no puedes usarlos porque no pagaste. Service was top notch. Staff went the extra mile to help me order food through her delivery app and delivered a dryer rack when requested. Location was pretty good with a bus stop just 3 minutes away. It takes about 20 minutes to go to Seoraksan. The cons is that there's not much food selection within walking distance although there is a 7-11 just downstairs and a CU opposite. Overall the room was quite clean apart from some stains on the sofa. They do clean the room everyday but dont change the bedsheets. As for amenities, bedroom slippers are provided. Laundry detergent is 1000won which has to be purchased at the front desk. Loved the room view on a clear day with Seoraksan right in front of me. People complained about the lifts but I honestly didnt wait long throughout my 3 days stay. My longest wait for the lift was probably 3 minutes. Would come back again.

Our second stay over 4 nights during the cherry blossom spring festival. As before, the English-speaking reception staff was welcoming and met our room request as return guests upon check-in. We had a higher floor unit, just as clean but with some wear and tear in bathroom fixtures. Although Spring is warmer, the central system is still set to heating instead of cooling, so we left the balcony door open most of the time to prevent the nights from being stuffy. The sunrise and coastal views were just as magical with more clouds. This time, we enjoyed the indoor spa pools and outdoor pool, as well as the buffet breakfast with fresh and nourishing regional Korean and international ingredients. We liked that there is a GS25, patisserie, wine store, retail shop library, laundry room, gym, and stylish eateries in the Monogram complex. One unpleasant incident marred our stay, however. Our clear ziplock bag of medicinal tea and beverage satchets packed from home went missing from the coffee counter on the 4th day (the last photo shows where we had placed it). We suspected housekeeping staff might have accidentally thrown out this personal item during room cleaning while we were out that day. We contacted the housekeeping and front desk, but it was not resolved beyond a promise to search/investigate, and later a denial that they had touched our personal items. We were not planning to pursue the matter, but we would have appreciated more initiative or efforts to lessen our distress (the medicinal tea for our digestive health problems was crucial for our travels). Will we be back again? Probably, but this incident has made us realise that in this aspect, the Shilla team still needs to work harder to meet the 5-star hospitality standards it promises to Korean and international travellers.

El único equipo más resistente es llevar una máquina de secar, pero una vez puede limpiar tres ropa. El desayuno es sencillo, arroz, platos, sopa de cinta, puedes cocinar huevos por ti mismo, también hay una máquina para comprar pasteles por ti mismo, pero no puedes usar visado sin aceptar dinero...

We stayed at Mona YongPyong – Bliss Hill Stay 🏔️ The place was very strategic and convenient. Just below our hostel was the YongPyong Bus Station, and right next to it was Mona Park Ski Resort ❄️🎿 We also enjoyed halal food at Efes Kebab, which made our stay even more memorable 🍽️🤍 We will definitely come back again next time!

My family and I absolutely love this hotel. We HIGHLY recommend! Especially for families that decide to go to Sokcho just to relax or sightsee. My daughter loved her little tent to sleep in and the view was beautiful! This hotel offers a lot of amenities like a cute area for kids to play (play play), arcade w/ karaoke and photobooth, and so much more!! I was able to get these 2 cute desserts from the Horizon bakery. Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to go to the indoor/outdoor pool but we will would love to come back and check it out! Thank you for the great experience in Sokcho!

Sooooooo niceeeee!!!! We will definitely come again for a skiing trip. We took a 2 bed-room with kitchen unit facing the skiing hills. The view is awesome. As a guest staying at VivaldPark, we got a 10% discount for the Snowyland Ticket. Unforgettable memories.

1. Poor Room Layout and Lack of Consideration for Female Guests There is no dressing table/vanity. Without one, there should at least be a mirror positioned where I can sit down to apply makeup, but the only mirror is located by the entrance (where you put on shoes). I tried using the bathroom instead, but the lighting is so poorly placed that it reflects off the mirror, making it impossible to see my face clearly. Furthermore, the hairdryer cord is so short that I can’t even look in the mirror while drying my hair. The lack of consideration for female guests is appalling. 2. Unreasonable Trash Disposal Policy Guests are required to sort and dispose of their own recycling. I don’t understand why a guest staying at a hotel is expected to do the housekeeping. To make matters worse, the trash disposal area has no roof, so if it’s raining, you have to either hold an umbrella or just get soaked while throwing away the trash. 3. Unmanaged AV Room There is an AV/Game room, but no staff members are stationed there to manage it. This means if one team decides to monopolize the equipment and play for hours, there is no way to intervene. There is clearly no oversight or system in place to ensure all guests get a fair turn.

The hotel was nice despite the fact that it's quite far and secluded from other place. The service was good too. We had a decent stay here. The price is cheaper compared to the ones at alpensia and yongpyong resort.
