호텔뷔페 퀄리티 이정도면 솔직히 개인적으로 그랜드조선 아리아보다 더 맛있었어요 너무 좋구요 음식의 퀄리티로만 보면 손꼽습니다 강원도에서 뷔페로 이정도면 최고라고할수있어요 대게의 신선도 퀼리티 진짜 우수합니다. 생각나면 한번씩 1박하면서 뷔페 즐길예정이구요 이런곳이 존재해서 너무 감사합니다 직원분들은 왜이렇게 다들 친철하신지 진짜 최고였습니다 스크린골프, 오락존, 수영장, 사우나, 편의점, 지하주차장도 넓고 좋았으며 자주 이용할예정입니다 ~

La ubicación era buena. El hotel era impresionante. Sin embargo, las habitaciones eran un poco estrechas. Lo peor fue el aire acondicionado, que no funcionaba. No sé si la temperatura está configurada de forma central o qué. Aparte de eso (el problema del aire acondicionado), fue una estancia muy agradable. El personal era muy bueno. Algunos de ellos hablaban inglés perfectamente, lo cual es fantástico. También fueron muy serviciales, lo cual agradecemos.

El servicio fue muy bien, el personal fue a la milla extra para ayudarme a ordenar comida a través de su aplicación de entrega y entregó una caja de secador cuando se lo solicitaron. La ubicación era bastante buena con una parada de autobús a sólo 3 minutos. Sólo tarda 20 minutos para llegar a Searaksan. Los cons son que no hay mucha selección de comida en la distancia de paseo, aunque hay un 7-11 sólo abajo y un CU en el contrario. Our second stay over 4 nights during the cherry blossom spring festival. As before, the English-speaking reception staff was welcoming and met our room request as return guests upon check-in. We had a higher floor unit, just as clean but with some wear and tear in bathroom fixtures. Although Spring is warmer, the central system is still set to heating instead of cooling, so we left the balcony door open most of the time to prevent the nights from being stuffy. The sunrise and coastal views were just as magical with more clouds. This time, we enjoyed the indoor spa pools and outdoor pool, as well as the buffet breakfast with fresh and nourishing regional Korean and international ingredients. We liked that there is a GS25, patisserie, wine store, retail shop library, laundry room, gym, and stylish eateries in the Monogram complex. One unpleasant incident marred our stay, however. Our clear ziplock bag of medicinal tea and beverage satchets packed from home went missing from the coffee counter on the 4th day (the last photo shows where we had placed it). We suspected housekeeping staff might have accidentally thrown out this personal item during room cleaning while we were out that day. We contacted the housekeeping and front desk, but it was not resolved beyond a promise to search/investigate, and later a denial that they had touched our personal items. We were not planning to pursue the matter, but we would have appreciated more initiative or efforts to lessen our distress (the medicinal tea for our digestive health problems was crucial for our travels). Will we be back again? Probably, but this incident has made us realise that in this aspect, the Shilla team still needs to work harder to meet the 5-star hospitality standards it promises to Korean and international travellers.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood of Gangneung, not close to the main centers of interest of many tourists. The hotel itself is quite new and modern and clean. The check-in is not open until 4pm, however you can self check-in earlier on a kiosk for an additional cost. I really appreciated the possibility to do a laundry for free, in my case it was needed. The bathroom is equipped with smart toilet which is nice. A complete Korean breakfast is offered in the morning. Around the hotel there are plenty of restaurants and cafes

We stayed at Mona YongPyong – Bliss Hill Stay 🏔️ The place was very strategic and convenient. Just below our hostel was the YongPyong Bus Station, and right next to it was Mona Park Ski Resort ❄️🎿 We also enjoyed halal food at Efes Kebab, which made our stay even more memorable 🍽️🤍 We will definitely come back again next time!

Hoteles en El Hotel: Este hotel es un hotel muy nuevo en el mar. El desayuno es bueno pero muy caro. Tienes que pagar por la piscina y la sauna. Puedes ver el sol subir en tu cama.

Sooooooo niceeeee!!!! We will definitely come again for a skiing trip. We took a 2 bed-room with kitchen unit facing the skiing hills. The view is awesome. As a guest staying at VivaldPark, we got a 10% discount for the Snowyland Ticket. Unforgettable memories.

1. Poor Room Layout and Lack of Consideration for Female Guests There is no dressing table/vanity. Without one, there should at least be a mirror positioned where I can sit down to apply makeup, but the only mirror is located by the entrance (where you put on shoes). I tried using the bathroom instead, but the lighting is so poorly placed that it reflects off the mirror, making it impossible to see my face clearly. Furthermore, the hairdryer cord is so short that I can’t even look in the mirror while drying my hair. The lack of consideration for female guests is appalling. 2. Unreasonable Trash Disposal Policy Guests are required to sort and dispose of their own recycling. I don’t understand why a guest staying at a hotel is expected to do the housekeeping. To make matters worse, the trash disposal area has no roof, so if it’s raining, you have to either hold an umbrella or just get soaked while throwing away the trash. 3. Unmanaged AV Room There is an AV/Game room, but no staff members are stationed there to manage it. This means if one team decides to monopolize the equipment and play for hours, there is no way to intervene. There is clearly no oversight or system in place to ensure all guests get a fair turn.

The hotel was nice despite the fact that it's quite far and secluded from other place. The service was good too. We had a decent stay here. The price is cheaper compared to the ones at alpensia and yongpyong resort.
