¡Tenemos un momento sorprendente en NASPA New Otani este hotel es una opción fantástica si usted está visitando Yuzawa, especialmente para una caminata de invierno! El personal estaba muy caliente, bienvenido y atento durante toda nuestra estancia, lo que nos hizo sentir en casa desde la entrada hasta la salida. La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y cómoda, perfecta para relajarse después de un día de esquí. 長野到妙高高原站44分鐘火車，初夏一路都是養眼的綠色，郵件預約了14.10分的接站，回覆很快，人氣很高，這個點接站需要二張小巴，到酒店約十五分鐘，中途會經過纜車站，酒店紅頂歐式風格的滑雪高原酒店，接待大堂復古低調並不高大奢華，服務專業熱情對老年人和外國遊客非常耐心友好，訂的單人間，這個房型在主樓很少我覺得衹有二間或四間，主樓正對景觀的是雙人間，較多，其他是在無邊遊池套房樓的豪華套房，我的房間301是端頭房，景觀沒雙床房好窗也沒雙床房大但有兩面窗户，景觀也是不錯的，主樓較舊房間不大，單人房衹有23平方米，馬桶舊式手動沖水，衞生間還高一截，但我入住後非常喜歡，像東京帝國酒店一樣，舊但沒有殘破使用良好，房間無異味，很整潔，很安靜，温馨舒適。lounge 有飲料酒水，一嘗就感覺酒店嚴選品質，有自己很高的標準，沒有一樣糊弄，酒類咖啡非常出色。晚餐有懷石料理、烤肉和涮鍋，默認懷石料理，我吃的懷石料理，非常好，早餐衹有自助，品質優良。套房樓很新有網紅無邊泳池和大浴場，無邊泳池有壯麗的風景，大浴場很好室外區不大。酒店的服務和品質讓人印象深刻，慶幸還有價格適中的單人一泊二食，住一天覺太少，又下單了9月兩晚聯住的，這樣可以坐纜車上山上看看並體驗獲得國際金獎的水療，吃飯的話有三個品質很好的餐廳，午餐也有簡餐。很想體驗上高地帝國但一直訂不到，這裏非常棒。缺點就是301完全沒有無線網絡。之前住了共立集團的酒店草津温泉的季之庭，和這裏沒法比，這裡是真正優秀具有優秀傳統的日式服務酒店，對品質精益求精，季之庭純粹垃圾酒店。

The hotel itself was nice, but the staff at the ski resort was horrible, the rentals are also not well maintained. The boards are not waxed, which makes it difficult to work with as there are a lot of flat routes which are difficult to avoid (Pony and village road were the flattest slope Ive ever seen in my life, I had to unstrap and walk and the board just wouldn't move). Ski resort staff were unfriendly and the rental staff was the worst, there was a lady there that was cold and rude. The only reason why the rental shop is surviving is probably because the equipments are salomon branded and that there is no other option.  I would visit again but only because the routes are fun, Myoko long run was the best, but I would never want to rent from the shop again. The food was very very good. For breakfast, you could choose from western or Japanese buffet. Western buffet is highly recommended, the omelette was the best ive eaten in my life and there was a diy risotto which was great as well. For dinner, there were 4 options, either buffet, steak, Japanese or shabushabu. All requiring reservations which is tough if you are checking in the evening as some might not be available. Highly recommend the steak, the food was good and the staff were amazing. Japanese was the hardest to get a reservation for but the food was quite underwhelming. The room was clean and ski lockers are also provided but it's tiny and can barely fit 2 boards. But I wish that in the toilet in the common area, you can adjust the tap temperature as the water is freezing cold. Amenities wise, bottled water are provided daily, also, yukata was provided but you can only wear them to the onsen which was extremely troublesome as I had to change multiple times a day.  The hotel provides shuttle bus services to and fro jyoetsumyoko station which was easy to book. The bus drivers were also friendly and helped out with the luggage. In summary, for a 5 stars hotel, it didn't live up to expectations, ski resort and rental staffs were unwilling to help and unfriendly. Also, some of the staffs could not speak Japanese which is puzzling for a hotel in Japan. If not for the amazing snow and slopes I would never come back.

燕三條在燕市和三條市中間，酒店距離高鐵站很近，東橫是日本最大，分佈最廣的經濟連鎖酒店，經常入住的朋友可以加入會員，有另外的優惠。 必須一説的就是酒店旁邊有一家蕎麥麪館，是目前為止，吃過的最地道的，非常好，嚴重推薦。

Spacious and comfortable room. The onsen is quite large and well equipped, however the downside is that it has no view. The hotel also has locker room for ski equipment which is very convenient. It takes 10 minutes to travel from the hotel to the Akakura Onsen town and most other ski resorts in the area, driving is recommended but there are also shuttle services.

Was given a room with 2 single beds. When I checked with the reception, they said their level 10 was under renovation and that my booking doesn't give me a choice. This is the first time I was told I don't have a choice to the bed configuration. Rooms are not sound proof. We could hear voices from next room.  Room is spacious by Japanese standard, and location is good, near to Bandai Pier and fashion shopping. We could walk to the train station in 10 minutes.  Enjoyed our stay.

位置距離差強人意，我115/3/2入住當月接駁車只到19:00，但是有自己的雪場超棒（只能雙板）乾淨程度沒話說，完全看不到發霉！不過可惜要住4天3夜才有房務打掃，重新鋪床，我住三天兩夜而已。朋友問起會好好推薦～～

Reservé una noche y viví. ¡Los conductos que emiten desde la estación de Xinjiang también son fáciles de entender! Las grandes piscinas públicas son grandes y hay una piscina al aire libre. Si instalas aplicaciones especiales, puedes usar tarjetas de crédito o códigos bidimensionales para pagar aplicaciones para lavar y secar. Si usted vive en Xinjiang, este es el hotel que quieres quedarse cada vez! Desafortunadamente, el WiFi es lento y la carga no es compatible con el tipo C.
