Lovely hotel in the middle of Sendai, only a short walk away from everything you need. Extremely convenient location for arrivals from Sendai Station. Wide variety of food options nearby, including the old reliable convenience stores. It's the perfect hotel for anyone that wants to be centrally located, but not in a noisy road. Amazing for the price.

Found a shortcut to the hotel! From Sendai station, walk towards the Parco 2 building, go down the stairs and walk the back alley towards Sendai Morning Market and the hotel will be right infront of you! Staff were friendly and they had many amenities for you to choose from at the lobby! They even provided hair curling irons etc 😅 Room was clean and big enough to open 2 luggages.

The location of the hotel is good with many restaurants nearby. The room is spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. The staffs are efficient and easy to communicate. If the hotel could change its policies not to stop the lift at the reception floor whenever we go up or down.

Business hotel, located a 5-minute walk from JR Sendai Station (east exit). Probably the only business hotel that I’ve stayed at in Japan that doesn’t have a bathtub in the room. There is a public bath on 2F, however I was not able to use it due to having tattoos. The shower in the room was fine though, with good water pressure.

El personal estuvo bastante atento a las solicitudes que les solicitamos en recepción como recibir nuestro equipaje en nuestro lugar cuando fue entregado y hubo muchos tipos de comodidades a elección personal de los huéspedes.

酒店地點離仙台駅大約十分鐘內步程，穿過Parco傍的步道便可見到酒店，對遊客來說，非常容易找，不會迷路。 今次安排入住是五樓的雙床禁煙房，房間整潔，所有梳洗用品已安排放在浴室內。酒店每天會提供兩支樽裝水。但由於最接近馬路，晚上會聽到較大嘈雜聲。 酒店會提供早餐優惠券，可自行跟據自己需要而選擇要不要在酒店食早餐。由於太太不慣早起，所以沒有機會嚐試。

前台服務員有不同國籍的，可以很安心地溝通。 房間光猛，清潔，空間夠大。三人間有三張單人床，打開四個旅行箱，也夠位置走動。 交通方便，附近有藥店、食店、便利店……走路到仙台站也是十分鐘內的事，那邊就更齊全了。

Great hotel near to subway station. The front desk staff were very helpful. They even rang a ferry company to confirm tickets for our onward journey. Room was clean and smelled fresh. The buffet breakfast was worth paying for.

Honestly everything from start to finish was great about this hotel. Employees spoke english, rooms were spacious, nice and modern. Location was in sendai station with malls, food and sightseeing everywhere.  Sendai is also the home of gyutan. Try it, honestly. If I had something to complain about it would be that one of the 3 elevators only go to the 3rd floor and not 1st.

En el desayuno buffet sirven comida con todos los ingredientes alérgicos, pero no se mencionó claramente si tiene cerdo, carne de vacuno o pollo. Ejemplo: había una salada de patata donde dice que no tienen cerdo en ella, pero descubrieron que ponen salsa de cerdo en ella mientras comen y te dejarán saber después de que les pregunten. Si hubieran mencionado claramente, sería mejor reconsiderar cuando usted tiene problemas de alergia. Creo que se ha organizado mal. Por favor, tenga cuidado con los problemas de alergia antes de comer durante el desayuno y pregunte a los compuestos en detalle si se siente confuso.

Everything is good. We love the view, facilities, room, especially the dinner course is very good. Less tourists which is very good for us who want peaceful travel :)

I am so glad I chose Komatsu-kan during my stay in Matsushima. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. When I told him I am a vegetarian, he kindly informed the kitchen to exclude animal flesh and seafood from my meal. (Usually, hotels ignored my food request, or they just gave me tofu and pickles for my meal.) The next morning, I was so surprised to see my breakfast. I loved the fresh salad, steamed vegetables, over-easy eggs, chawan-mushi, and the pickles even tasted better than before. Then the room surprised me with the pine tree and the beautiful sea view. The next morning I woke up at 4:45 to see the sunrise. Just from my room, I could see the sun slowly rising from the other side of the sea. Stunning! I really enjoyed the little Me time here. Actually, this hotel is well-maintained, and that helps raise the value of it. I also love the fresh little flowers right next to the washing basin. And the people working here are quite ya-sa-shi. They are kind and gentle. Generally speaking, this is a nice place worth staying and relaxing in.

Podría pasar un día muy cómodo. El objetivo es ir a la mesa para ver el juego de béisbol profesional, pero desde que me dirigí a la mesa, está cerca del estadio, por lo que no me restringimos. Está cerca de las atracciones turísticas, con calor y desayuno más altos que los precios.

Title: A Disappointing Stay at Sendai's 大江户温泉物語松島温泉壯觀酒店 I recently had the misfortune of staying at the 大江户温泉物語松島温泉壯觀酒店 in Sendai, and I must say that my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel was not up to par with my expectations. First and foremost, the location of the hotel was rather lackluster. Situated in Sendai, I had hoped for a scenic and picturesque view of the surrounding area, but instead, I was greeted with a rather uninspiring landscape. The hotel's proximity to attractions and amenities was also quite inconvenient, as it required a fair amount of travel to reach any notable destinations. The staff at the hotel were far from friendly or accommodating. Their lackadaisical attitude and indifference towards the guests were disappointing, to say the least. Requests for assistance or information were met with apathy, leaving me feeling ignored and unimportant. It is evident that the staff lacked the proper training in customer service and hospitality. The accommodations themselves were subpar and in dire need of renovation. My room was outdated, with worn-out furnishings and a general sense of neglect. The cleanliness standards were questionable, and I encountered several maintenance issues throughout my stay. The lack of attention to detail and upkeep was simply unacceptable. In terms of dining options, the hotel fell short yet again. The on-site restaurant served mediocre food with limited choices. The quality of the meals was average at best, failing to impress even the most casual of diners. The lack of variety and flavor left me disappointed and longing for better culinary experiences. Furthermore, the overall ambiance of the hotel was lacking. The atmosphere was dull and devoid of any character or charm. The common areas felt neglected and poorly maintained, further contributing to the overall sense of dissatisfaction. In conclusion, my experience at the 大江户温泉物語松島温泉壯觀酒店 was far from satisfactory. The lackluster location, indifferent staff, outdated accommodations, underwhelming dining options, and overall lack of care and attention to detail made for an unenjoyable stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and memorable experience in Sendai.

¡Las dos fuentes termales prospectivas en el quinto piso son de primera categoría! Hombres y mujeres rotan por la mañana y por la tarde. También hay una fuente termal en el primer piso con servicio de masajes. No se recomienda el masaje. La zona de sofás en el tercer piso tiene vistas a Matsushima y ofrece una variedad de bebidas y aperitivos gratuitos. Zona muy relajante. Se pueden reservar 40 minutos de karaoke gratis antes de las 8 pm, y hay canciones chinas para elegir. El hotel está conectado directamente con el pabellón de cristal junto a él, y puede visitarlo de forma gratuita con la tarjeta de su habitación. El alquiler de bicicletas es gratuito. El desayuno y la cena son muy ricos y deliciosos. La cena es un buffet de 11.000 yenes por persona, impuestos incluidos. También hay muchas opciones de bebidas y vinos. El arroz de ostras y la tarta de castañas son especialmente recomendables para la cena. El saneamiento del hotel es muy bueno y la actitud del personal de servicio también es buena. El hotel ofrece un servicio gratuito de traslado en autobús entre la estación de Songdo y la estación costera de Songdo. Puedes consultar el horario en la web del hotel, que suele coincidir con el horario del tren.
