クイーンツイン2部屋に6名で宿泊しました。清潔でモダンな雰囲気、広いベッド、バスタブもあり家族みんな大満足でした。 連日の猛暑だった為、ウォーターサーバーの近くに、製氷機があれると嬉しいです。 また、 チェックアウト時に、レシートを紛失してしまいました、すみません。チェックインの時と同様にタブレット対応やスマホで操作できるとイイと思います。 また、利用したいと思います、 お世話になりました。

他の方もおっしゃってますが 建物自体は新しくないですが、フロント 部屋は清潔感がありとても良かったです。 部屋も広く 和室があり落ち着ける空間でした！ 食事は別途注文という事でしたので 外食しましたが 旅行先で現地の飲食店に行くってのも良いなぁと感じました また部屋には電子レンジ、湯沸かしポットがありスーパーで買って食べるのも良いかなって思います。 トイレと風呂が別なのも良かったです また行きたいと思えるホテルでした ありがとうございました

I have two feelings about this stay. 1. The photo posted by this website was a lie - the room was very different to the reality. For a start there was no in room onsen and that had been a major factor in me making this booking. I was really disappointed on arrival. 2. However it has to be said the staff are fabulous, the food excellent and everything about the place shows a tremendous attention to detail. After a lovely long soak in the Onsen available to guests and a fabulous dinner my mood was quite recovered. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for someone looking for a luxurious retreat and plan to return myself.

Location was less than 5 mins from JR platform. Note if you are arriving onto Kintetsu platform, remember to cross the overhead bridge first to JR platform before exiting the station otherwise you’ll need to walk 15 mins to cross the railway crossing in a roundabout direction. Room was 15msq but didn’t feel tiny as we brought a small size luggage. Plenty of food options and familymart nearby. A must eat restaurant for dinner (washoku sato) great variety and very reasonable prices. Outer shrine was 15mins away and inner shrine was a 25mins bus ride. Great weekend getaway!!

Booked this as a side trip from Osaka to escape the city and have some quiet time. Set in a tiny village in the middle of a mountainous & forested area alongside a beautiful river with tons of waterfalls, very picturesque and perfect for walking around. The hotel itself is immaculate with great amenities including large bathing areas. Food was incredible and service was top-notch with staff that were always friendly, helpful and eager to please. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting an authentic Japanese-style onsen hotel in a tranquil setting.

Comfortable y limpio. Pero la ubicación no es conveniente. Pequeños restaurantes cerca. Hay un restaurante de carne de barbacoa con dos minutos a pie del hotel. Nos encantaría comer en el restaurante de la carne de vacuno, pero cuando llegamos a las 6:30 pm, incluso tienen mesas disponibles, no nos permiten cenar, tan ridículo! Recomendado cuando se quede en este hotel.

酒店入住當天落大雨，入到酒店後職員即刻遞上雨傘，於大堂亦有welcome drink，整座酒店設立於成個山，地方非常大由大堂去房間當時大堂喺10樓，我需要搭電梯落2樓，要經過長長的走廊，喺山頂一級一級轉兩次搭𨋢 ，大得誇張，地方大酒店外亦有很多商舖，餐廳咖啡店，位於當日夜晚酒店內食咗Sukiyaki非常好味，乘坐電梯酒店亦有燈光表演，非常震撼，第二日早餐於10樓環境寧靜。

I’d recommend the Castle Inn for those looking to do hikes and trails. It’s an ideal location for exploring the Suzuka Mountains, and offers great value for money with affordable room rates. The place itself is old and you can expect some wear and tear throughout. However, I found it both comfortable and relaxing. Further, the staff are very friendly and willing to help. Overall, an excellent choice in terms of value and location.

Room large enough. Hot spring available on the roof to overview the city. WiFi is very good. But parking get full early and overflow to the park next to hotel. Overall is good. Price make sense.

A very nice and clean hotel. Bed is very comfortable. Room size is consider big for Japan hotel. Sky lounge with refreshment is very thoughtful. Only inconvenient is the onsen is over at another building in the older Sanco Inn and both buildings are not connected.
