My stay was very enjoyable. The view is truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of the hotel. The facilities are diverse and well-maintained, offering many options for guests. There is also a small grocery store inside the hotel, which is a new and convenient idea that I really liked 👍🏻
The food was delicious and varied, and the laundry service was fast and well organized — I really appreciated that.
However, room cleanliness needs more attention and stronger disinfectant scents to feel fresher. Also, they do not allow delivery drivers to go up to the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

Esta es siempre mi hotel cuando visito. Muchas tiendas y opciones de comida cerca. Las propias habitaciones están bien mantenidas y en buenas condiciones. La TV tiene acceso a canales básicos gratis pero nada de premio, así que no hay Premier League, etc. El único fallo es el agua caliente, donde el agua no es suficientemente caliente.

-I got a work emergency and I needed a bit more time in the room. The receptions granted me free late checkout.

This hotel is located right on the edge of the road. It's close to everything. The rooms are small but clean. The pool is also clean. Moreover, when you enter the reception, you'll find lots of antiques that came from Java. I'll definitely come back and stay here again. Highly recommended.

TTravellingmaudeFrom arrival to checkout, the stay felt warm and welcoming. Staff greeted us kindly and were consistently courteous throughout, which set a good tone from the start.
The room was very spacious, and being on the 18th floor, we had a lovely view over Bandung. The bed was excellent — super comfortable with great pillows. I fell asleep almost immediately, which says a lot. Facilities overall were solid and worked well.
The furniture shows a bit of age, but it still feels classic and well maintained rather than run down. The only real downside was the bathroom shower. The shower head is old and the water flow was uneven, which took away slightly from the experience. Towels, however, were clean and perfectly fine.
Breakfast was a highlight. A wide spread with lots of local options, including jamu and rebusan. It was fun sampling different traditional flavours, and the variety made breakfast something to look forward to rather than just routine.
Location is another plus. The hotel is just a short walk from Braga City Walk, making it very convenient for exploring the area, dining out, or taking an evening stroll.
Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service, a great bed, and a strong breakfast offering. With a small update to the bathroom fittings, it would be even better.

In addition, I took a note about the water when having a breakfast, the next day the representative approached me and showed some gratitude for filling the survey and gave me complimentary cake.
It was the cake I love that I mentioned before.
Thank you to Mr. Lucky & all the F&B staff for the nice gesture.
And for the hotel itself, the atmosphere, location, food - everything was great! Will definitely come back another day. Keep up the good work! 😊

UUsuario invitadoOur room was upgraded to grand deluxe and it was very spatious. The service was great, all the staffs are very friendly and polite. Aldiansyah was very attentive, so kudos to him. At first, there were some input error, so supposedly our cards to the room should work for 2 nights, but only registered as one, but staff worked very fast and delivered the new cards to our room immediately. Breakfast were great, especially the fritters and the tofu coated with some red sauce. Plenty of options also from indonesian and western food. No iron at room, but you can ask for it and they will deliver it to your room. No shaver, Some slight smell in the bathroom, but nevertheless it was a pleasant stay.

Lokasinya ada di daerah Dago atas, jadi udaranya lebih sejuk dan jauh dari hiruk pikuk kota. Cocok banget buat quality time bareng keluarga tanpa gangguan.
Selama stay di sini, vibes-nya terasa lebih ke arah “healing staycation”—dengan area yang cukup luas, banyak pepohonan, dan fasilitas yang mendukung untuk anak-anak maupun orang tua. Jadi walaupun nggak keluar hotel, tetap bisa menikmati waktu bareng keluarga dengan nyaman.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, close to major attractions and easy to access. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding.
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in and when we needed assistance. The breakfast options were decent, though there could be more variety.
One downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, and there was some noise from outside at night. Overall, it’s a good value for the price and I would consider staying here again

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us.
We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones.
Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton.
While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff.

UUsuario invitadoThis is the most worth it Hotel in Puncak Area, even it is near from Jakarta (like you stay in Bogor City). The service is best, eventhough there were some misunderstandings, they always be responsible to give customer satisfaction. My room was also upgraded for free and it was an amazing room. The facility is perfect for family with 3 pools, games room, as well as free photoshoot. One thing that I feel not satisfied was the breakfast system, it was not buffet caused by the occupancy that low. The gap price between room with BF nd non BF is big, however if the buffet is ala carte it was not too worth it tho.
