«Had a big problem at check in time. Had 2 separate bookings and both of them caused alot of stress and issues. Had to check in on both occasions and at one point i was charged again but luckily my payment never went through. I was notified half an hour after payment was attempted. Booking with this website caused so much confusion with the hotel rates. Rates on this site are definitely cheaper however it dors cause alot of confusion and un-necessary stress with does not help the situation. Great thanks to Vincent and Beata who were a great help and managed to solve the situation out and they did a handover in the morning and yet we had a problem!!!»

«La ubicación del hotel es muy buena en un campo de golf en las afueras, muy cerca de la autopista pero hay que conducir. La única queja es que el desayuno es realmente malo y todo lo demás es bastante bueno. »

«Schöner Aufenthalt im Woodland Grange Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Woodland Grange und können dieses Hotel durchaus empfehlen! Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, ist aber nur 10 Fahrminuten vom Stadtzentrum von Leamington Spa entfernt . Die Anlage selbst ist sehr gepflegt und erstreckt sich über 16 Hektar weitläufiges Parkland, das zu einem gemütlichen Spaziergang einlädt . Das gesamte Personal war herzlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat . Unser Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, geräumig und makellos sauber. Das Hotel bietet hervorragende Einrichtungen, darunter einen gut ausgestatteten Fitnessraum, einen Billardtisch im Spielzimmer und ein Business Center . Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der großzügige, kostenlose Parkplatz direkt vor Ort . Und nicht zu vergessen: das schnelle und zuverlässige WLAN . Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können es jedem wärmstens ans Herz legen!»

«El hotel está situado en el centro de Arden, donde se encuentran las habitaciones de la ciudad y las habitaciones del hotel. La habitación en la planta superior de la onda de calor de mayo estaba muy caliente en la noche, incluso con ventanas abiertas y el ventilador abierto, y lo alimentamos de nuevo al personal del hotel al final de la estancia. La piscina y las duchas pueden mitigar esto un poco. Aún nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía y es una buena base para eventos en el NEC, aunque no se juega golf.»

«It’s an impressive building so I was having some expectations. The room it was a bit dated in the newer part. Not many amenities as you can expect from this kind of hotel. The bar area is really nice looking over a fabulous garden and so the restaurant. On that note the food was areal let down. I have ordered a Thai green curry chicken. I was soo looking forward to this but when arrived it was a total disappointment. The chicken was probably a leftover from another meal, very dry. The sauce was nothing like green curry and the rice it was microwaved. The waitresses were very lovely and apologised and the removed it from my bill. They said that they have an agency chef! So it’s a real shame !!»

«Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!»

«I have stayed here 4 times for conferences. Staff, especially in the restaurant are so friendly. Rooms clean and comfy beds. Air con in the communal areas but not in the rooms - which were pretty hot overnight.»

«Excellent location in the centre of town. The staff were friendly and attentive and the facilities at the hotel were very good. Rooms were very modern and clean and nice touches such as Nespresso machine and mini bar were great. Overall a lovely trip.»

«Another great stay at Doubletree, Stratford. Perfect location near town centre, 5 min walk. 2 min walk to train station.  Really quiet room.  Comfortable bed and nice towels 👍»
